Techpuffin Plant starting to show some possible deficiency on the new leaf stems (purple colour) as it has started to go through 2.5 l in a day!
Lots of prime bud locations due to LST
Bottom of pot was filled with perlite to stop the taproot from circling by air pruning.
If it will double in size while flowering might run out of space!
Hi mate is at all possible the seed got mixed up? I haven't heard of autos vegging that long as that would defeat thier purpose. Switching to 12/12 will not make an autoflower flower it will flower when its ready but if indeed you have
been given a wrong seed that is a photoperiod strain switching to 12/12 will make it flower and thus solve your question. Hope this helps 😀
Techpuffin Flowering stage initiated only after switching to 12-12 lighting schedule.
The Deficiency (purple colour on leaf stems) was cured by using extra cal-mag pro by ionic nutrient supplement
I was using 1ml per litre
Had to use 3ml per litre
Lots and lots of top nodes prime flowering locations
And they are stacking one above other.
It has begun to double in size and I’m about to run out of space!
I might have to install a scrog (net) to hold the top branches from getting to the light

Techpuffin I managed to turn the negative heat temperature in to something positive by introducing co2 to the environment.
As a result of the diy co2 method some of branches grew up by 1.5 inches in 2days!
Will continue to utilise co2 in the box for now.
I also had to adopt the defoliation method
Way to many leaves could cause problems by raising the moisture level in the box.
As a result of the defoliation a lot of light is reaching the bottom of the box.
Which means I can grow other small plants in the box.
I switched to bloom NPK ratios.
Slowly introducing the raw mix.
It’s doing fine and as allways no tip burns

Techpuffin Finally the buds are starting to take shape and actually look like buds !
The temps have been hot but I keep the lights of during the daytime from 11am to 11pm to avoid the hottest hours
Defoliate as it was essential to avoid moisture buildup.
Other then that the plant stopped stretching and it’s growing buds from now on
O super frosty all ready the phone cam dose no justice!

Techpuffin Flowers are still stretching towards the light.
Also starting to look like actual buds now all that work is starting to show.
Plant is now very thirsty and drinking about 3l during lighting hours it could probably drink more every morning the pot is so light showing me that it’s drinking all of it over night
I like this plant so much I started making more seeds by rooting the cuttings in soil. They will produce seeds as they will also produce pollen!
Hopefully I will contain the pollen away from the main plants by keeping the pots under humidity dome
I can't really tell from the photos if your plant is a Hermie. The only thing you can do at this point is just keep growing her way past harvest to see if she will Hermie. But you are better off taking that pollen and pollinating another clone that has just entered flower. She might not be in good enough health to produce
good seeds that late in her cycle. Colloidal silver is a good option to force pollen but it has to be started at the first sign of flower.
Techpuffin This plant produces lots of very sticky buds.
The photos don’t do it any justice
This strain has been impressive to say the least
Lots of flowers that are starting to fill up and look like actual buds :)
Otherwise the humidity is around 55-64 which is high but I currently don’t have a dehumidifier but I must get one for the room.
@smo4smo, you are correct it’s deffo not an auto !
But I’m quite impressed with the genetics of this plant, looking forwards to a decent harvest in about 10 weeks!
Here they will b photo auto are a timed thing it does everything itself and u would not need to change lighting in order to start flowering they do it themselves
@Techpuffin,i dont mess with them bud depends who they get their seeds from but bro they look auto to me the leafs bud wen did it start budding busy stusying pics now
@Fruitgrower, your suggestion is great if only I had time to experiment with it
Unfortunately they were ment to be autos but sadly I don’t think they are
I’m going to fully flip them 12-12 and keep an eye 👁️ on them to see if any crowns develope.
Hi @Techpuffin! Obviously that baby is not an auto, but the good thing is that you have a wonderful plant which will become a real monster once flipped into flowering! I think you have no other choice than to switch your light schedule to 12/12. These things happen, it's not a common thing, but it happens. Happy growing, enjoy your monster! 👊
@Stick, thanks for the encouragement
I had my suspicions It was not.
I don’t mind growing photos and I’m deffo looking forwards to the harvest of this plant.
Just a bit disappointed that I specifically picked autos for my first grow and was sent these instead
To be honest with you I’m not sure if it will even b a stress killer CBD strain.
@Techpuffin Hi mate If you look at my RQS diary one of my autos has taken forever to start flowering too and has only just started to show preflowers as I see yours have them showing now aswell.
We are also both on a 24 schedule is that correct? maybe their genetics do'nt like that lighting schedule?? just a thought regarding the issue we have been discussing.
@Techpuffin, I am still on the 24/0 schedule because if I turn the lights off the temps drop too low stresses the plants It's winter here 10-15 celcius max temps 😱 When the temps remain stable everything seems to run smoother as well
@DILLIGAF,
I get you when you say stable environment
A bit like people right?
I’m having to switch off the light during the day as it’s getting too hot!
I just adjusted the driver on the led light to run lower at 160w
It was on 235w
It has sorted out the over heating
But I made this for the winter time to be kind of a heater for the room as well!
@smo4smo,thanks
I’m going to switch to 18on 6 off
Maybe that will help.
maybe royal queen seeds gave me a wrongly labelled seed?
Or maybe I did something to make it continue to grow for longer.
The seedlings started off with only direct sunlight for the first 2weeks on a window sill
Since introducing the light I noticed it still wakes up at the same time as sunrise!
