So far pretty fast growing for 2 weeks since start. Had 1 that was over watered but made a easy comeback. Started giving half nutes or less because of size and container size. Will be putting in final pot next week. Also had some cloudy cold weather but the next 2 weeks are looking good so they should really take off as it said 9 weeks to harvest from germination. Happy growing

Day 42 Flower Hey Growers. It’s been a pretty easy week. Im just watering and feeding away. I’ve slowly worked the Vipar Spectra XS2000 down to 16 inches at 100%. Im moving the light back and forth every day from the right to left of the tent and the plants really seem to like it. They have a scent of over ripe lemon. A kind of sweet lemon skunky earthy aroma. The scent is uncontainable when the canopy is manipulated and they are covered in wet sticky terps and trichomes. We are essentially just on autopilot for the time being, just hoping they are able to bulk up some more in the coming weeks. I am expecting to be at this for at least another month as this is a 10 week strain according to GHS. So far so good. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Happy Growing 🤞🏻🌱🍋

Beginning of week.. I raised the lights a little.. They are at 50% power at 18" (roughly) from the plants. The ladies are getting from 420 to 500 PPFD. Went ahead and fed them some extra FloraMicro this week.. I'm guessing they are just very hungry girls.. And I'm thinking the pH in the rootzone issue is not clearing up at all.. BUT.. It seems like no matter what pH I water them with.. The runoff ALWAYS comes out at 5.8 or 5.9 with the Mandarin Cookies and 5.8 or 5.7 with the ETHOS Cookies.. So if you want to reuse your coco coir.. Make sure to remove ALL the roots. The girls dont look too bad at all.. And that's why I'm guessing they just needed more nutes in the mix.. We shall see how this week goes! Mid week.. They are looking alot better! Mandarin Cookies is exploding woth growth.. ETHOS Cookies is growing slow but she is growing for sure.. I think I may need to remove a node or 2 on the ETHOS Cookies.. I could just leave it.. But the very top 2 are covering alot of tops.. I could make some clones from it.. Hmm.. All-in-all.. I'm happy with how these girls are growing for now tho.. This rootzone issue isnt going away.. But I think I found a way to make it work out.. I've been watering a little differently.. Here is a bit of an example: Day 1: Feed at 6.5 Day 3: Water at 6.4 Day 5: Feed at 6.3 Day 7: Water at 6.2 Day 9: Feed at 6.5 Day 11: Water at 6.4 Day 13: Feed at 6.3 Day 15: Water at 6.2 Etc... The runoff is staying above 5.5 each time.. But as I lower the pH, the runoff pH lowers as well (obviously).. So I think watering this way has helped keep these gorgeous ladies happy.. And theyare also very hungry.. I may have to start watering one plant every other day.. Water plant 1 tomo.. Water plant 2 the next day.. Then plant 1 the next day and then plant 2 the next day etc... 1 reason I want to start doing it that way is because I think the ETHOS Cookies isn't needing as much nutes as the Mandarin Cookies.. But they are looking great. Very happy and so are they! The heat has been insane lately.. So at the hottest part of the day I try to just turn the light down to 25% for 4 hours or so.. I hate having to do that.. But it's all I can do for now.. Or maybe change the light/dark hours.. Blah.. Whatever, they are happy! End of week.. I supercropped 2 branches.. They pretty much healed up and are already back to normal.. Like it didnt bring them down any lower at all lol.. It straightened back up and its as if nothing happened.. Just a big ass (MOOSE) knuckle lol.. But I stopped using the Kushie Kush and was just using the normal Gen Hydro FloraBloom in the mix. Will be upping the FloraGro next week! Wow.. Such hungry ladies! It's been so long since I've grown a bigger photo period.. I forgot how much they can take!.. On to the next!...

I will be growing her again, as I feel like I let her down, by letting her PH drift so low.. Other than that, she grew beautifully, and fumes of potency as you gaze at her! She yielded more than I expected! She's not that far below my previously lowest yielding plant! :)

The heat is really intense these days as I've noticed her leaves are curling up…she was transferred to the 5-gallon pot 2 days ago.

Well it's finally time to cut her down. It's day 95 post germination for this lady, and she's at maximum potency. All trichomes are cloudy with about 5-10% amber & she's giving out a mixed palet of aromas. I can smell a very distinct mix of lemon, urea, skunk, and spice. It was relatively easy plant to grow. I started in a super soul which ran out of nutrients early and I had to supplement with bottled nutrients. Going forward I'm going to have to put more thought into my initial soil composition. Please note: I'm only estimating the 'Wet Bud Weight'; for the purposes of this diary I estimated 12-16 ounces. Cannabis can loose up to 75% of its mass during the drying phase and based on past experience, I am expecting 4-6 ounces of finished flower. Dry/cure process: 1. Cut entire plant down by main stock 2 hang upside down in a dark room with controlled humidty and temps.... - Temperature should range from 67-72 °F, and my humidity will range between 57-60%. 3. Full trim complete after 8-11 days of drying. 4. Stick in Mason jars indefinitely with 2-way Boveda humidty packs (62%). 4-20. Week 7 of flower and I opened the tent and it looked and smelled amazing 🤩 I took a few photos and than I checked for herms and other problems… Hidden in the middle behind the bigger buds from DW1 I found some yellow sugar leafs and of course it is bud rot. I remove the whole branch and checked it in detail outside the tent. At the moment I have no idea what I have to do now. I will start a google research and than I hope I can safe the plans from further problems. Sad day... Update After a few minutes of reading, I killed and removed the plant. I tried to clean everything as good as possible with alcohol. I ripped every cola in small pieces to check, on the outside everything looked very good, but I found two other mold spots deep inside the bud. Let's hope for the best. I changed the airflow and the inline fan to the maximum. Update 2 Omg, I am so stupid. I was very surprised because of the bud rot. Yes the humidity is a bit to high, but not that bad and everything was setup with a lot a passion. I grow tomatoes and peppers since 2016 and never had problems. Then I discovered my very big mistake. I connected the air circulation on the same power as the lights so 12 hours per day only the inline fan and I have no idea for how long. 😭 I only checked the plants after the lights went on and today I checked a few minutes earlier. Hope that will fix it.

3rd week

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days.
