I have forced flower a few days ago so not to overbush her when she stretches in this period in going to stick her down in this first week of flower to keep her lower to the soil and opening her up it also hardens out the branches to support the buds better Day 33 pinned her down just 2 nodes further down the line so the stay horizontal

I must say it’s been a great week for Pineapple 🍍 Express,,she has really taken to her environment and feeding well,!! Her leaves are telling me that she is really happy,,so the next couple weeks are gonna be important for me as I will be doing my best to get her pinned in the 2x2,,as well as i can before she races off to flower 🤞🍍🍍

The pound cake auto so far is an amazing plant. It has grown great and is super strong. Honestly it might be the strongest growing plant I have ever grown The weather is starting to warm up a bit it has been below freezing for over 30 days and now the snow is starting to melt finally it’s a lot easier to keep the humidity on point when it’s like 32 outside compared to 10

now our dehumidifier is on. the buds are getting bigger :)

purple punch is looking great and smells even better There are 2 purple punch plants in this grow and they are defenately producing different types of flowers they both smell the same tho but look completely different. one leaning more to the sativa and the other lookes indica all the way. im going to run them in ice water during the flush weeks to see if either one shows some purple just another three weeks or so then it will be harvest time i cant wait smoke some of each type to compare sisters from one another one is skinny and the other is big boned and both smell kick ass. having a hard time staying in the 70s its gotten quite warm the last fiew days and has reached 84 had to open the tent door to get it down to 78 when the lights are on hopefully it wont get any warmer before harvest time . in 3 more weeks

Day 27 everything doing well. The side brenches are really really strong and are almost at the top of the mainbrench in the middle. I didnt even top yet. The phenos are really strong and indica dominant.

Day 56....buds developing nicely....laid off any nutrients for the last week and considering just one more spirulina feeding, then just well-water for the rest of the grow, with no flush....pollution/haze levels high which might effect the plants

Been a week exactly since I last went to the spot and it keeps on getting better and better! There all growing really really well! Just waiting for flowering now so as soon as I see the change I'm going to be putting down a bit of bat guano ;) Should get some tasty flowers of these girls for sure! See you next week!

Tip#5: keep your reservoir cool in the heat! Invest in a water chiller and be done with it. I’ve been using frozen water bottles and wreaking havoc on my roots. I was also slow to put styrofoam blanket around my reservoir and wrap with aluminum foil. I should have had that all in place not being reactive to the heat. I've had her Outdoor all week approx 9 hours sun and 3 hours cloud/shade day. This week temperatures are soaring into the high 20s low 30s. To keep roots happy, I use ice bottles in my reservoir when hot. I try not to let the leaves go into full stress mode i'll just have them hovering near that point. I'm on the north facing slope so the shade arrives just when the plant is starting to stress out. Running grow tent lights 530am-530pm is most ideal you can get in my spot. I cover my reservoir so the sun doesn't penetrate my basket and heat can dissipate. Night temps are down to 12 outside but in tent it is stable above 17c. I planned for budding in this weather window because of the temperature drops is said to help with terp development. The second picture shows how important calmag is to healthy growth. Experience with RO water has taught me a lot about plant calmag intakes. Too much you'll burn tips and chance lockout, not enough can cause widespread cell death and slow growth. I halfing her calmag dose now she's in 4th week of flower. I'm also removing big bud from my nutrient line after this week's reservoir change. Midway through the week wildfires are raging creating ideal conditions I don't have the resources to mimic. high CO2 ppms and high red spectrum light. High UV light which is damaging is being refracted into more absorb-able light. Temperatures also didn't peak above 32c today with the smoke cover and haze breezy winds: it peaked at a balmy almost perfect 27c. My prayers go out to those affected by the wildfires. LST training today opened up more bud sites to the light. Now she no longer fits in the 2x4 darkroom tent so I had to modify a lil. Stretch phase done It’s nearing end of week and she's drinking two 1.75 litre pitchers of solution. I refreshed my reservoir and will top up with a more concentrated solution as I think she's getting more piggy. I added h2o2 to reservoir at the wend of the week.

03/21/2021 All going well with the exception of the broken branch, but she is still looking healthy she(cutting) is in vermiculite and soil blend and soaked with Grow Rich 4-10-3 with IBA,to see if she roots. If not at least mother should have better buds with one less top. 1st video is at lights on, 2nd is just before lights out.

So we had a long hard battle with spidermites over the last few posts and im under the impression they are gone and i won the war with them as of recently tried a bunch of things commercial organic nothing worked so i made a concotion of tea tree and Eucalyptus essential oild and a small amount of soap and that seems to have worked . They are showing small buds. They have been through a tough two weeks thats why i havent posted. As of today they are recovering greatly and should be back to full health in a week or so then they can focus solely on budding. Ive also tooken quite a few clones and topped them as im going to be attempting a sea of green next and will be starting a grow cycle for those.

Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it .
