One more week for one and two more weeks for the other lady.

Diaries updated daily so please check back! Welcome to day 1 of week 4 aka day 22 since breaking ground. Nesia continues to impress, being by far the most advanced plant for her age that I have grown so far. I am very excited for this week in particular. She is following Karen's pattern exactly, except without the three week bad start. By the end of this week I expect she will be 50cm in diameter at least. Day 22.5: Performed LST on secondary nodes. Day 23.5: Fertigated. Adjusted pot and added risers. Performed some brutal LST. She's growing almost completely horizontal now. My plan is to train her around the pot circumference. She's currently about where Karen was at the end of week 5. She is consistently 10-11 days ahead of Karen so far. Exciting. Brutal LST honestly I'm basically torturing her at this point. Day 23.75: Fertigated 3l Day 24: Nesia has put on a lot of foliage growth in the last 24h. I am noticing a pattern here with defoliating, it seems that the plants seem to alternate between focusing on foliage growth and focusing on height. I am starting to think regular defoliation may reduce internode distance and stretching. I am going to test this theory a bit by letting both Nesia and Misty grow a bit now before I further LST the primary node. Removed a few fan leaves. Day 26: Reconfigured tent. See video. Nesia now has more light. Incidentally, I believe I have now corrected the Magnesium deficiency, colour is looking great, growth accelerating rapidly. I did say this would be an even bigger week than last and it is certainly shaping up that way. Fertigated 2l. Day 27: Performed major LST and minor defoliation. Nesia is really growing well. She fills the big pot already. I severaly pruned the companion plants to make room for Nesia. I also reorganised the tents and configuration again while installing upgrades. New reflector. Much bigger carbon filter. Airflow and light both increased and optimised. See video. Day 28: Nesia has responded quite strongly to the LST and defoliation yesterday. Nesia has not been watered for 48h. I am doing a short "dry spell" for all the plants. End of week summary: Well what a great week for Nesia. She hid a lot of her growth under massive leaves until the LST on day 27. I was pretty hard with her, and I aslo defoliated. She saved us a big surprise for the end of the week. Can you believe the response 24h later? That is quite shockingly good adaptation. I am certain that the reason she responds so strongly, is because by now, the end of week 4, she is well used to this regular process. Every time I have done LST and/or defoliation she has responded quicker and more vigorously. Nesia is going to far, far exceed Karen in size if she keeps up at this rate. Overall I couldn't be much more pleased with Nesia. She is an absolute star and I am already thinking a possible future diary of the month winner. I have been extremely impressed with Fast Buds genetics so far.

Everything is running beautifully. The plants are showing their first buds. Had to remove a lot of leafs because there was a humidity problem I couldnt get rid of. Any tips for improvement are allways welcome! :)

Week 13 : This wraps up the last week of flush for the biotabs, they got 2.5 ml/L of humic acid each feed 3x 4 pints this week. These have a real funky smell to them, cant really put my finger on it, kinda plant musty, really strong smell, maybe skunky or something, main thing is they're getting the chop soon ! Clipped a fair few leaves but the idea is a dry trim and hanging the plants whole for 10-12 days of slow drying before the cure. Man i cant wait to wrap this grow up ! These kinda grew crowded, i can tell because the biotabs and mrB's have a few branches that are anemic, small, useless, so they're all gonna go into the bubble hash, let's see if i can extract anything from these beauties ! wish me luck 🚀

- Ich hab die erste Woche des Biobizz Allmix Düngeschemas gestartet und gebe wie immer erstmal vorsichtige 100%, da meine Erde an sich durch den Kompost recht potent sein sollte. - Außerdem hab ich mit meinem Calmag-Rechner mein Leitungswasser angepasst. Die Werte könnt ihr auf den Bildern sehen. - Den PH-Wert passe ich ebenfalls auf 6,5 an.# - Die Lampe bringt zur Zeit etwa einen PPFD-Wert von 350 - 360 µmol/s/m² bei 18 Stunden Beleuchtungszeit (DLI von 22 - 23 mol/d/m²). Sie wird aber nur eingesetzt bis es warm genug draußen bleibt. Tagsüber stehen sie jetzt schon draußen, sofern es nicht regnet oder stürmt. Been working on getting rid of the purple stems. She seemed super happy today. Not a ton of noticable stretching going on with her. She looks really nice so far. I haven't noticed many pistils yet. Been about 8 days since 12/12

This week I switched from feeding them the General Hydroponics MaxiBloom to KoolBloom. I kept the same pattern with feeding. I feed them the nutrients then just pH'd plain H20 the following day. I pH at 5.8-5.9. I also defoliate as I go so the plant doesn't get stressed out and stop focusing on flowering. These ladies are definitely starting to stink and get sticky!

As the plants grew, I was trying to control them with the LST. However, it feels a bit hard when you start the seed in the center.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Die Hitze der letzten Wochen macht sich nun doch bemerkbar. Die Buds beginnen wieder zu foxtailen, und einige Blätter zeigen vertrocknete Spitzen und Ränder. Vermutlich liegt die Ursache bei mir, da ich die LED-Leistung früher an die Temperaturen hätte anpassen müssen. Wahrscheinlich konnte die Pflanze bei diesen Temperaturen und der Lichtleistung Wasser und Nährstoffe nicht mehr schnell genug transportieren. Die LED habe ich vorerst wieder auf 50 % reduziert und senke sie nächste Woche wahrscheinlich um weitere 10 %. Die Buds sehen dennoch gut aus, und einige ordentliche Kolben sind dabei. Jetzt gilt es, die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Blick zu behalten und für ausreichend Umluft zu sorgen. Beides liegt aktuell im grünen Bereich: Umluft ist ausreichend vorhanden, und die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird nur bei Regen kritisch. Für den Notfall steht ein Luftentfeuchter bereit. This week, spent a little more time on the garden, Transplant, microbes on the soil, new 20 litres pot, and every day bending, to mantain an homogeneous canopy ... Fed some Green Explosion again because i want a little more branching , but im switching next week to Flowering nutes, but imma keep Veg nutes because autos seem to keep growing more when switchin ... But heyy im new with autos hahaha lets see what happens.... The plant is soo healthy at the moment :) --------------------- Micro Vita : Applied 6.60 grams for the 20 litres of soil, recommended is between 2-5g per 10l .... TopVeg: 2,5 ml when applied alone and 2 ml/l when used with Deep Underground or Green Explosion. Green Explosion: 0,5-1ml/l, always with TopVeg because of PH balance Deep Underground : From 1ml/L first weeks, and until now, 2ml/l. Irrigations : Everyday in the morning, alternating 1/2 with water and the other with nutes, but if the plan is dark dark green im irrigatin only water so id would be 1/3 in that case. #####Top Veg always balances the PH so im never using boosters without it (they have high ph like 8 - 10 ) --------------------- Take care GD !!!
