I've been having a tough time with shipping getting things I need to properly control my environment and running into issues. I have invested in a new; 4x5 Vivosun tent to give the bigger plants more room, a Spider Farmer 1000 ( MrCanucks, a guy I learned a lot from on YouTube did a paid trial of this product with pretty great results, thought I'd try compared to my current crappy LED.), Sizing down to 1 and 3gal fabric pots for a softer transplant transition next go around, the hygrometer/thermometers, some more appropriate sized fans for the tent ( Genesis clip on and treveda circulating fan) to help with general airflow. Overall I'm actually very happy with all my first set plants (the bigger ones), most seem to be producing multiple sites and growing bigger every day. Noticed the seedlings having trouble about two to three days ago at most. Honestly did not give them the attention they needed. First though it was nutrient deficiency or lockout, maybe, overwatering. Finally checked the soil good and seen how clay like and thick it had become, then took a few out their cups and seen the roots we're choking. I have a grow question up wondering whether I should try to save the seedlings or scrap them in favor of more light for the bigger plants that are obviously growing well? Until next week! Happy growing and much love to all! ✌️🌱 -UPDATE- So I ended up receiving my new Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED grow light and my two fans a bit ahead of schedule today! ☺️ Got the Treveda circulating fan and Genesis clip on fan. Reset all the plants to better benefit from the new gear and a couple other things. Need video I uploaded shows the most current setup. I moved all my bigger 1st set seed to the left side and hung the SF LED to about 20.5-21in from the tallest of the 4 of those plants. Most all are at least 9 inches. I moved the ring of the 1st set and seedlings to the right side under the Vivosun 600W at about 24in. Still haven't received much feedback on my grow question regarding my seedlings. Since I wasn't quite what to do, I ended up leaving them out of the cups and putting them in my germination tray. My hope is I can keep the plants surviving long enough off of regular sprayings and using the tray as a make shift nutrient reservoir until the soil and pots finally arrive. Scheduled to be here Wednesday, hopefully earlier like the light and fans 👍 Would love to hear all your feedback and opinions! Hope everyone is having good grows and good vibes!

Thanks to the advice of you guys, they get in better shape then ever before. The extra grow nuts keep them in a better darkish green, instead of paling out. The 2 mainlines look very strong! Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on them both...about half cloudy now..👌 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because they are entering the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I watered them today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was their last dose of any nutes...flushing with spring water from here on out. THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess... FRIDAY: The guy at Solacure is awesome! He immediately Fedex'd a replacement!👍 SATURDAY: I took a few photos and inspected trichromes...I guess that's it for them both! I'll start flushing tomorrow.

This week she has thrived immensely and continue to grows each day. I have only given pure water because of the excess nutrients she received last week. Looking well so far, perhaps a but of defoliation needed in the next week or so.

week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I could look at them all day * Bud density: 10/10 * Aroma : smelling like gas with a mix of ripe peaches * Taste : damn the peach terps are insane on the inhale, a strong gas taste on the exhale * Potency : 10/10 * Kind of high: next level strong, like you are smoking extracts * Colour of thrichs at time of harvest: 20% amber 80% milky * Drying time: 10 days in the dry tent, curing 10 days * Good comments: This has to be the frostiest plant i have ever grown, the trichome/resin production on this plant is insane and never seen before. Also one of the prettiest plants i have grown, the leaves turned out completely dark purple/black at the end of flower. The terpenes on this plant are incredible. Im super impressed by this seedbank and i will definitly grow more from them. * bad comments: this pheno wasnt a heavy yielder but thats ok, quality over quantity

-27.06.2024 The first week of the vegetative phase begins today. The little plants look quite good. The light is still 100 cm above the plants and is running at 30% (5% more than last week). The values measured with the Photone app are ppfd = 240-270 and DLi = 15.5 - 17.5. The temperature is 22.9 degrees and the humidity is 65%. -28.06.2024 The plants were watered properly for the first time today. About 500ml per plant. A little bit of mycorrhiza was added to the water.. -29.06.2024 Visual inspection, everything looks good. I put sticks in the soil as a precaution to give the plants some support. -30.06.2024 Today the soil felt quite dry so the plants got about 200ml of water (per plant). I also increased the light intensity slightly. Measured values with the Photone app: Ppfd = 300-320 DLi = 22.5-23.6 . -01.07.2024 Just a visual check, everything looks good so far -02.07.2024 visual check, the soil was dry again so each plant got 200ml of water. The distance to the lamp was reduced by 20cm and it now hangs 80cm above the plants. Measured values with the Photone app: PPfd = 360-370 DLi = 25.8-27 -03.07.2024 The last day of the first week in the vegetative phase. The soil was dry so each plant got 200ml of water.

Week 8: Everything is going great. I didn't plan on taking them all out again till they got chopped, but decided to get them out one at a time today and give them a good thorough defoliation, peeled off any undergrowth and water and feed them all. Temps remain completely under control and no longer an issue, even in 90 degree weather here. I've continued to alternate between feeding and just water, cal mag and fish shit. The only plant of the 6 to show any deficiencies was the #1 Skunk. Every leaf on leaf chart looks same to me lol. I upped today's feeding to 3/4 strength instead of half strength. If I had to guess, I would say that this is the last feeding for the Creme de la Chem, Strawberry Couch and the Double Grape. Those three will likely all fall in the 70-80 day harvest range and those three are at day 58. Not 100% on the #1 Skunk or not, it may get one more feeding, along with the Watermelon Skittles. The Fruit Punch? Well there is a chance I will be smoking cured Creme de la Chem before that one gets chopped lol. It will continue to get fed for a while as buds still very under developed. Today's defoliation was barely anything for a couple plants like the Watermelon Zkittles. A few big fan leaves blocked bud sites, but the Skunk needed thinned out badly and I took a good 20 minutes to go around the outside them come in from over top to really get in there and try to make some airflow and better light penetration. These are definitely drinking at different rates but in order to not be mixing up stuff daily, I feed them all on the same day and the couple that still had some weight to them just get less. I think these will all meet and exceed my 2 ounce goal per plant and 5 of the 6 after topping and training have conformed to the types of plants I really want to grow with the space I have. Thats 6-8 tops on a short compact plant. The Fruit Punch went off the reservations waiting till day 50 to start flower and is acting like this is a 3 plant grow not a 6. But shoving it in corner and putting short Skunk plant by it on bucket to raise up canopy along with raising one side of my TSL2000 and lowering other side towards shorter plants appears to be working great. Its great to be thinking about the flush. Having plants out, I did check trichomes on a couple just for the fun of it and mainly clear so got couple weeks or more for most of these.
