buds have started to ripen up all over the plant now, I think its another week max then flush time for the first ladies 💦💚🤟

Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news! -07.04.2025 Today is the day. After a thorough examination of the trichomes, I decided to harvest one of the two Royal Critical Automatic. After a total of eleven weeks. The wet weight of the flowers of Royal Critical #1 = 81 grams, The second Royal Critical Automatic was harvested 3 days later on 10.04.2025. The wet weight of flower of the second Royal Critical #2 = 90grams. The flowers are now hung out to dry and will be weighed again in 7days. -16.04.2025 After 9 days the Royal Critical Automatics are dry. The branches broke directly when bent with a nice cracking sound. The dry weight of both plants together is 41g. The flowers were stored in jars for curing with a humidity packet from IntegraTM and a hydrometer. Total Time: 1879,36h Total Energy: 326,30kWh 1kWh: 0,30€ Energy Cost total: 97,89€ 💚

I saw a fly in the tent about 10 days ago. The larvae of these flies feed on the roots of the plant. I first watered it with diluted hydrogen peroxide. then i flushed. now the ladies are fine. 🤓🌱🤓👍👍

Day 60: Well well well, while doing a quick loupe check I realised these ladies were about ready! So they were harvested and are currently drying! Harvest update to follow after dry. It is sort of hard to see the amber trichs under the microscope because in the actual buds themselves is where they were most developed, but it was easy to see with the loupe, and you can see some here and there on the sugar leaves and many "on the turn" and yellowing. outside temps killer 19f near a door with drafts and maitained 63f and arrid no issues turgid and bright moved smaller plant close to heat other plants respond well waiting to raise and water? i added soil to cover the leggs and moved closer to the light earlier in the week shortly after daylight between pictures week 1 considering patients. had issues with the smallest plant needed training repotted to check roots looked good soaked and massaged veg cleaned and replaced. the other root balls must be better raised lights short and tight all other variables constant -j repotted all the other plants and bumped humidity and co2 fighting cold and dry with tepid and moist. comfortable and constant with remainders excuse the deviance happy halloween DIRT just DIRT! totally over reacted and a constant 69F 4th plant back in the line-up 👌day 14th end of week two.

Day 28. Oh no! i lost a plant. GOAT'lato met an sad ending. I was careless and knocked it over. attempts to revive were unsucessfull. that said... would you look at NYC Sour D. its already 18" tall. BubbleGum is looking good. Grow dots and recharge are doing their thing.
