For the past few days, this girl (3), has been not growing in girth or height. Although she seems fuller and healthier.. Gonna wait her out! OH Another thing, A great big SHOUT OUT to Sacred Geometry and Astarte for giving me great advice on my stem issue with plant 2. I went ahead and chose SG's for my answer simply because I felt topping the pot was the right call. Oh but be aware, that my plant heights all went down due to topping off the pots with more soil... But I feel more comfortable about that plant now. Also I heeded SG's advice on Fox Farm Nutrients and halved the recommendations this week. All right, on to my daily log entries. These can all be found in the pics above, but I feel like it makes my comments more beefy.... 12/17 Humidifier ran out of H2O, trimmed first leaves & suckers off Plant 3. I know she's little but I hate her having to work harder for those terrible nutrient suckin leaves 12/18 Rinsed all plants w/ PH Balanced H2O & watered lightly around stem. Sat Back and enjoyed growth. Man, 4 is kick ass! Put in CO2 cannisteter @6:07P 12/19 Trimmed last two weird leaves off plant 3, only left 2 pairs up top hopefully enough... just wanted to get it focused. Topped $4 too, left 3 nodes 12/20 Fed w/ 1.5 tsp/ga Big Bloom / Big Grow, 1/8 tsp/ ga Clean Kelp topped pots w/Dirt (SO SG!) so heights went down Did not top #3's pot too short. Rinsed plants w/ PH Balanced H2O TDS @ 1154 PPM PH out 4.35. 12/21 Topped plant 1, removed bad leaves, P2 pinched baby suckers. (I realize now I'm not really topping, I'm more just trimming suckers) 12/22 CO2 juices on P1 leaves caused almost holes thru it Dropped light to 19 1/2" f/ #3 12/23 Measured plants, shook up CO2 cannister #4 Power Growth! #3 seems to be fuller but no measurement changes! Buds just keep getting bigger and bigger!! I think they need atleast 2 weeks more, so i gave them 1 week more pk booster and i want to try and give GHE ripen for late flowering next week. Going to flush them when i think they are as good as ready to chop, till they yellow and hopefully get purple :) Cya next week!

This week we are only in cruise control, we did the last irrigation with fertilizers and we are planning the flushing for the next week. We also had problems with humidity due to the weather. We don't have a dehumidifier, so we try other homemade techniques to solve the situation. The flowers have gained some weight and are changing the smell. We are excited for the harvest.

They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Today is the second day this week with sunshine. The days before were rainy and cold. All plants are doing fine, but I feel, they should be quicker. But then again I am probably spoiled in that regard, by growing indoor. One of the ICE (3) isn't happy somehow and rolling her leaves, but her green and growth matches the others, so I ignore it. The plants received nothing this week, except naturally falling rain water. I have some plant manure cooking, it should be ready in 10-14 days. The garden is full of sweet peas, so i am using those. I also made some compost tea, which I will give the plants tomorrow morning. If there is interest, I will cover my next batch of manure/tea with some pictures. The Passion #1 look like they have bounced back from the topping. In one or two weeks I will top them again.

Nacht Temperaturen draußen sind aktuell bei 5°C und fallend, nächste Woche haben wir bis -1°C. Temperaturen im Raum sind bei 15°C konstant, bei RLF 50%, letzte Nacht sogar bei 45%. -- geplante Ernte am Wochenende 13 + 14.01.2023 Licht : Lumii Black Blade 200W bei 100% Lumii Black Bar 30W UV/FR Temperaturen im Keller 16-17°C. Día 15. Las plantas ya alcanzaron un altura muy buena. Ya empiezan a aparecer los primeros pelos blancos. Por el momento me ha sorprendido la reacción de las plantas al bud blood. Si puedo voy a comprar bud candy para ayudar un poco a la mezcla. Por el momento decidí mantener el bud blood a media dosis durante una semana más con el big bud. Veremos que tal resulta. Día 17. El estirón siguió y las plantas alcanzaron 51 cm. Las pequeñas directamente quedaron tapadas. En este experimento se puede ver la diferencia entre tierra e hidroponia. La verdad que estoy sorprendido. Creo que los productos usados son los que han marcado la diferencia. Las plantas quintuplicaron la altura total que tenían al momento de pasarlas a floración. Y sospecho que van a seguir estirándose una semana más. Espero no tener problemas de altura porque no lo planeaba. Creo que voy a cortar algunas ramas bajas más, dado que se están generando muchas sombras nuevas. Seguiré actualizando. Día 19. El estiramiento continua, pero levemente. Ya alcanzaron 55cm. Estuve cortando algunas ramas y hasta supongo que podría cortar más. Pero a esta altura ya todo lo que hay recibe buena luz. La diferencia entre la madre que está en tierra y los esquejes en hidroponia, es cada vez más notoria. Si bien ya la he visto, tener una planta al lado de la otra bajo la misma luz, hace la parte alevosa de todo esto. De todos modos, he comprobado que el sabor obtenido en tierra, es más fiel al de la hidroponia. En hidroponia en principio, las plantas son mas fuertes en todo, pero el sabor de alguna forma, es demasiado afectado por los nutrientes. Incluso habiendo lavado dos o tres semanas, la planta sostiene un sabor constante en todas las variedades, que parece estar atado a la nutrición. Siendo que en tierra, cada variedad tiene su sabor distintivo, siendo una distinta de otra. La próxima actualización será en la nueva semana, ya que al quedar poca solución, la voy a cambiar antes y voy a poner 12 litros en lugar de los 10 que vengo usando. Las plantas vienen comiendo mucho.
