Let's start the week: Flowering day 56 Today the plant was checked for health. Flowering day 57 Today it was poured with 1.2 l, only with Clean Fruits so that you can use up your remaining nutrients 👍. Flowering day 58 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 59 Today was only controlled. Flowering day 60 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 61 Today was poured with 1 liter, and the trichomes checked, of course the tent was also cleaned. Flowering day 62 Today was cleaned, the plant cobtrolized for trichomes, mold and health. everything looks great 👍. And fresh osmosis water was filled in tanks for next week. The way the trichomes look like, is harvested in about 10-14 days 👌👍. Day 79 - The start of week 12 and she’s coming towards the end of her life. Her leaves are all starting to fade and she’s almost completely milky but I want more amber so I’m thinking another 1-2 weeks and she’ll be ready. Until then she’ll get plain water and one more watering with Calimag and Sugardaddy to try and give her one last boost. Day 80 - Well this girl will probably get chopped this weekend. She’ll get one more drink of water with MagiCali and Sugardaddy tomorrow and she’ll dry out till chop. I wish I could get good trich pictures but just won’t work but she’s about 10% amber right now so at the rate she’s going, chop day will be sometime this weekend. Day 81 - She’s really starting to fade out now and getting more and more amber in her. I really wish the buds would fatten up a bit more but the ones that are there and there are plenty, are pretty damn dense so not complaining. I gave her one last watering with calimagic and Sugardaddy and might end up giving her one last plain watering before harvesting but either way she should be ready by the weekend. Day 82 - Nothing much to speak of today, she’s gonna get the chop this weekend, she’s got more and more ambers popping up so just gonna let her dry up now and most likely chop on Saturday. Day 84 - The end of week 12 and haven’t decided if I’m going to chop her today or tomorrow. I’ll decide a little later today but just got some last updated pictures and will update again once I chop.

day 7 first time and first time using set up so had a few problems getting environment right,seems to be okay now they are coming on,eager to see how the take in the next few weeks gonna start terra vega by end of next week possibly.terrapro+ soil

At the end of week 6 the buds are bulking up and the trichomes are going milky with red hairs pulling in will wait for more amber trichs before harvest which I anticipate around week 8-10.

Una cepa bastante fácil de cultivar,yo al preparar un súper soil a base de guano,ácidos humicos,bacterias,mi suero de lactobacillus casero,algas marinas y humus,tan solo regue con agua por lo que no tengo mucho trabajo en ese sentido,ademas tampoco le aplique ninguna técnica de entrenamiento cosa que me gustaría hacer si tengo oprtunidad de volver a cultivar esta cepa, sin embargo vi que empezó la floración siendo pequeña de tamaño,término dando una excelente porra central y algunos cogollos bajeros con los que me fui haciendo algunas infusiones con leche entera y también con aceite de oliva para no tener que recurrir al mercado negro y poder asi añadir mis canabinoides a mi sistema para poder mejorar mi lumbalgia y descansar mejor. El aroma es sencillamente exquisito,ha sido todo un placer cultivar esta cepa,lo malo es que es muy poco para mi ya que soy un usuario que necesita una buena reserva de cogollos potentes sobre todo a nivel físico que me ayuden a lo largo del año.muchas gracias y espero que os haya gustado mi trabajo, paz compañeros Canabicos! 💚✌️❤️💛🌱

Hey y'all! I'm back with an early update because my biggest two plants are flowering! Hindu Kush looks like she's gonna grow some really thick buds. I'm super excited to see it flower. The GSC pistils are some clear, some amber. It makes me really excited for how she's gonna look as she develops buds. I wanted to give a better tour of how the plants look so I took a video to share as well! I am super excited, and I'm starting to get impatient quite frankly! Lol! But really, I can't wait to watch my plants grow day in and day out. I need to find a way to control the humidity, as it is getting hotter in my home and when my tent is closed the humidity climbs up to 82% and some leaves that touch condensate on each other. Not good! I leave my tent open for hours at a time to tame the humidity but this is not a full time solution. if anyone has suggestions please let me know! I will be asking a question soon on it!

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. What a journey it has been from seed! I made a lot of mistakes in the first few weeks of this growing journey. I feel like I had a mini-crash after finishing the first year of grad school, and although I am growing cannabis as part of my research project, I haven't been the greatest at paying attention to it. This is not an excuse. It has actually been a learning opportunity. I realized that my body needs proper schedules to function and grow, just like a plant. The problems with the plant have really been my own problems. Let's just say that a plant may be the reflection of the grower. First, the light cycles were wrong and inconsistent. I thought that I could manually control the light schedule for the plants and be alright. However, I was wrong. My sleep schedule has been very inconsistent for the past few months. Mainly because we are living through a pandemic, and secondly because I am a graduate student 😂. How naive was it of me to think that a plant could follow my own rhythms? I guess it highlights my 'plant blindness.' Second, the light intensity was low and PH levels high. In the last five days, I have learned that plants are living organisms (I knew this, but my plant blindness is quick to dismiss it, I need to stop fighting these "plant voices" (signals)) that require a proper environment to grow, similar to humans. Of course, a plant is not human, but it is alive and living. It needs water, a regular schedule (light (active) /darkness (rest), oxygen, nutrients, and an overall good environment to grow. Concern about the size of my plant at five weeks, I decided to conduct a few experiments at home. Here are my notes: Friday, July 23, 2021, I took the plant out of the tent at 6:00 AM and placed it in front of my backyard window that faces the Eastside, perfect for sunrise. On that day, I had a few errands to run, and when I arrived home, it was 2:30 PM. The sun was now hitting the West side of my house, and I had to move the plant in front of my bedroom window. At around 7:00 PM, I went to look at the plant and noticed that its leaves were looking plumpy. So, I decided to take a timelapse to see what I would be able to record. During "magic hour" (sunset), I recorded and witnessed the plant moving with the rhythms of the sun. Plant, like humans, function at their best when they are synchronized with their circadian rhythm. The pandemic has definitely disoriented us to the point that it has disrupted all of our schedules. To this day, I feel tired from everything we have all been through; how could I possibly think that a plant would thrive with such a messed-up schedule? The time lapse made me realize that the plant needs some structure to thrive, and so do I. So, as much as I like to think that I can be disciplined and follow a plant's schedule, I cannot. So, I went to the store and bought the Globe Suite smart plug to automate and schedule the light cycle to 12hrs of light and 6 hours of darkness. Saturday, July 24, 2021, the plant woke up to the set schedule of the lights. I checked on the plant first thing in the morning, around 9:30 AM. The leaves look much greener and thicker than they did the day before. Sunday, July 25, 2021. I was away overnight and did not arrive home until 2 PM. The plant looks twice the size it was on Friday! Today, I will water the plant. I got a PH test kit and realized that the way that I measured the PH level, the first few weeks was wrong 🤦‍♀️🏽. I measured the PH correctly, to 5.9, and added some Reefertilizer grow nutrients to the water. I watered from the top, distributing the water evenly around the stem. My partner pointed to me that the lights seemed dim for the stage of the plant's life. So I had my lights set at 100 watts running at 20 % 😅. I realized that I had not increased the light intensity since the first few weeks of vegetation 🤦‍♀️🏽. So I increased the intensity to 100 watts running at 60%. Monday, July 26, 2021. First check-in 7:00 AM: The plant looks like it loves all of the new changes that I have made! It is finally growing 🤗 The sun is out, but it is not as intense as it should be because tiny particles of smoke are present in our air due to the wildfires, and they create a filter that makes the human eye see the sun blood red. It is quite apocalyptic. Regardless, I decided to take the plant out from the tent and record a time-lapse. It is fascinating how much movement plants have despite showing no noticeable signs of movement (to the human eye). Tuesday, July 27, 2021. It has been five days since I have made big changes to the plant's schedule and environment. The plant is finally showing good signs of growth, and its leaves colours have changed to a deep green. I am not watering the plant today, but I am spritzing it with water. I decided to take another time-lapse of the plant, but this time inside the tent. As I was setting up the tripod for my camera, I accidentally increased the humidifier 🤦‍♀️🏽. Luckily, I noticed within a reasonable timeframe and reduced the humidity and made the environment better. I increased the light intensity to 100 watts at 100%. The plant will stay in the tent all day today because it is raining ☔️.
