Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? Flowering day 49 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up. Finally the final chapter of the Big cheese twins chronicles!! Those twins were not identical at all and they had diff. pots too I will show you the diff: 5lPot: 151.98G wet harvest 28.42G cuttings and buds for oil. She was not that big (50 cm) but her buds were fat as fu*k! did not have big colas with flower but all the buds were fat, shiny and full with trich.😎 i can even use some of the big leaves for oil..👌 i love the smell, only in early stage of flower they were a bit skanky but later on the smell became more flowery and herby 😋 had a lot of pests and bad weather and did not get a lot of daylight.. But still she couldnt get cheddar than this!😁 you fetta believe it! (😳yeah im feeling very cheesy 2day) 11L pot: 75,45G ~75,45G for oil she was a freak with very strange leaves, i almost wanted to teminate her..but i gave her a chance..😎👊 she grew tall and was foxtailing all the way (very sexy 😁) So the buds were not so big or fat but very white, filled with trichomes! so maybe i will make oil with all of this (i made a diary about that if you are interested) i will see how she dries 👍 Must also not forget they were in my fridge for almost 2 years, waiting... Week 13 (Aug/1/2024-Aug/7/2024) DAY85 - Nothing new. Water, check, repeat. Added Kelp Meal for nutrients this week. I am thinking how I will separate the plants this week--they're starting to bunch up together--staggered may be the best option to minimize space in the garden. DAY 89 - Gave one of the girls to my buddy. Helped with the bunching of the plants in a limited space. They're a lot to handle when you harvest alone. Kept the tall one, the short two(LST), the different one in the 45 gallon pot, and the bushy one(LST-ish). By the way: I include germination as part of the day count. So basically day 1 is when I put the seed in water. These seeds all rooted within 48 hours.

The germination i forgot to take pictures so i just have a video of the first 3 strains i started before the other seeds arrived. I used the same metod for all of them 24h in the glass of water after that 48h in the cotton pads in the zip lock bag with 3 sprays of water on the cotton pads and 1 spray when inside the zip lock bag is closed untill 80% leaving a small gap for them to breath. I decided to plant them after that in the final resting pot for this strain in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I used the following media on the bottom of the fabric pot i used 10% of Goldlabel HydroCorn after filled up with Ecothirve coco (70% coco 30% perelite) and i made a hole for my potting soil where i used Advanced Nutrients coco cultivator (50% coco 30% perelite 20% pebbles) and i mixed on the media some Azos , Mykos and Great white. The light schedule for the first 5 days was 24/0 and after that i change for 18/06 schedule. Just water the plants on the 15/06 i think all my seedlings are stuned because my light is too strong for them and the light is dimed to 25% waiting on my new seedling light the Spider Farmer SF1000EVO LED should arrive just on wednesday. And my light meter for lux is saying i have 8600Lux converted is 148 and my dli on meter from the phone is saying 150 so its 3x times more the recomended i just dont understand if this phone app is working correctly. Update on the order from spider farmer from Ebay (Order the item on a thursday and the order was not updated on ebay on the following Monday so decided to contact them to understand when i am gonna receive my order i was told true ebay that my item as been shipped and i will receive an update within 1 hour to tell what time the item will be delivered. So never received any message giving my time slot delivery. Never received the item and at 21pm the tracking updeted on Ebay saying delivered so i contected them next day to be told that the courrier actually lost my order and that they will reshippe the order again but was told i need to wait 2 buiness days for the warehouse to processe my order beacuse they are busy what i replied that why should be me the costumer that needs to wait 5 or 6 more days for the order to arrive to me that they should send me the item on the same day and send me with one day delivery. The ansewer was they could not do it so i cancell the order asked for a refund and never more use their products appailing costumer service)

Adjusted the light distance to 55cm again it was toooo close about 32cm. 10/12/2019 - Decided to go back and check the basics, removed led strip to give a proper 'night' time, changing light cycle to 20/4h no more 'exotic' 22/2h, re-checked the light distance every 2 to 3 days to ensure 60-45cm and I can tell all ready she is loving it. Also added home made Co2 made with 1 tsp of yeast, 3/4 tsp of sugar 700ml of warm water in a 1l bottle with a tiny pin hole on the cap. 11/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.5PH water with 0,5ml of each Grow, Bloom, Max and Alga-mic, and 1ml of each Heaven and Vera,noticed about 10% run off. 12/12/2019 - 8 weeks have passed and no flowers I guess I'm flipping to 1212h to see if she reacts.

Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. Day 45 for this beautiful lady. She’s very impressive. I’m happy with how she’s turning out. Fast buds really knocked this one out of the park. Can’t wait to watch her swell and bulk. She isn’t too stinky yet can’t wait to find out what she will smell like. She’s big and bushy which is awesome because she was just a little baby I wasn’t sure about her potential but boy oh boy she’s grown up.
