Week 8 Plant Growth Summary Lighting: Light schedule remains under review, currently around 16.67 hours as part of the ongoing reduction plan. The goal is to reach 15 hours of light by the week of May 26, aligning with civil twilight to avoid triggering early flowering during the eventual outdoor transition. Irrigation & Feeding: Began the week with 4 gallons of nutrient solution in the reservoir (standard feeding levels). Midweek, the reservoir was flushed and cleaned, then refilled with 3 gallons of plain water at pH 6.5 to help balance conditions. Training & Maintenance: Performed light pruning of lower leaves showing signs of nutrient burn or receiving insufficient light. Continued low-stress training with soft ties to open up canopies and encourage light penetration to new growth. Blueberry Muffin was topped this week to encourage bushier growth. Overall Plant Health: Both plants are looking healthy and responding well to training. Adjustments are continuing in anticipation of the mid-May transplant outdoors.

I am cutting G13 autoflower down today. She has run her course, and is ready to be harvested. She has a strong layer of resin with a woody, skunk, sweet, and fruity aroma. She grew well considering the issue I had early, especially after the mite treatments. We beat them, and she finished well. She will hang dry for 24 hours then get a mild wet trimming. From there She will go in the cannatrol for 8 days. Then I will final trim it, and do a smoke report. Starting off week 8 pretty solid. High Tide amendment from Commonwealth Canna has really helped the plants out. Added a 4 foot stake to the tallest plant. Pound Cake does not need much nutrients. My tips were burned as a result of too much Humic Acid in weeks 3-4. You and learn. Besides for that issue, they are rolling alone very nicely.

I am late this week because on the girls' 8 week birthday, they both started looking HORRIBLE, and I was scrambling for a couple days. Looking back, documenting those moments is probably more helpful than just showing pictures of everything going smoothly. I think it might have been a Zinc deficiency, but it all boiled down to poor nutrient, pH, and watering practices. This is my first grow, so the more I learn the better! New leaves were forming brown tips, growth was stunted overall, and the veins on the leaves were becoming very prominent and white. After a day or so, the tips and edges of leaves started to curl up or "taco". So I flushed the plants for the first time. One recovered really well in 24 hours while the other improved a bit, but was still looking sad. I ended up flushing her a second time the next day. Soil for both plants is still pretty damp but should be flushed well, and once it completely dries out, I can amend my feeding practices and give them another ~week before flowering. I'm going to cut the nutrient amounts in 1/2, only feed nutrients with every other watering, and also give the plants more water to allow the proper amount of run-off. I guess this is very important in preventing a build up of nutrients in the soil. Hey, you live and you learn! Also started trying some super cropping because I want to try it all, haha.

She is looking beautiful and her Smell is so intensive you cannot unsmell it. Its Loud! Has Some Fruity (Plum or Tangie like), Soapy and Floral Notes to it. I cant wait for the smoke.

Hey Growers, end of week 6 from seed, end of week 1 of flower :) Plant #1 is looking healthy and has grown tremendously. I previously had them in a 24x24x48 grow tent but after seeing how much plant#1 was growing I went ahead and purchased a bigger tent 36x36x72. Light is about 17 inches away from the plants right now. Might have to do some LST so the top leaves don't receive too much light. P1 is filling up with pistils, looks like buds will soon begin to form :) I have not been able to figure out Plant#2 gender. It has different charateristics from plant#1. Earlier in the week I noticed P2 was not growing in height and the leaves were starting to look pale. Light is currently set to medium low 140 Lux X100. I reduced it to 100 Lux and after a few days it began growing again and its gaining back its color. P2 has given me minor problems since day 1 but its looking better now. Changed light cycle 12hrs / 12hrs I had issues trying to maintain humidity levels at 45%-55%, I might need to purchase a stronger dehumidifer cloned two plants and they are beginning to grow :) Its been an exciting experience so far, everyday learning something new about these plants. I sometimes stand and just stare at my grow tent analyzing little details about them trying make sure they are in healthy condition. My wife complains because I spend too much time with them lol. I know once these plants get more mature she will show more interest in them. Made it 67 days before the chop. •••03/21/2020 After a 6 day hang I've trimmed and started to jar cure. Had a total flower weight of 85 grams. Over all I'm pleased. Will update with a smoke report in about 3 weeks.

Solid week!! Fed her bloom nutrients on day 50. Responding nicely. I pulled down the main 8 to allow for better light and airflow throughout. Once I did that she really started to fill in again. This also seems to help stop the stretch, or maybe it was just timing and stretch was coming to an end anyways. Either way, glad it did as I am am running out of room to raise the lights and have no more options for setup. Bud sites are all starting to fill in good and fatten up a tiny bit. Looking forward to seeing how these shape up!!!

Finally, a seat at the table! I created this beast by crossing Sherbinski's Larry Lemon OG with pollen from a reversed Mephisto 3 Bears OG and created this tried and true, but never showcased powerhouse. She was originally called 3 Lar OG, but after my first run with her, the name OG Triple OG stuck, apparently because she's so gangster!

July 13: first heat wave of the year was last week, and there is another forecast for next week, but for now this is pretty ideal cannabis weather. Added a third Scrog layer and tied it off to some weights (partly filled water bottles) to open up the canopy further. Works, simple, and easy to move around the yard as needed. I really like this plant and how it’s going so far. July 14: re-scrogged again to widen the canopy further. Supercropped the ends to maintain the same elevation at the various growth tips. Four stems in middle were topped to keep them from getting ahead of the others. Experimenting to see how it goes. July 16: hot again. Increased water volume and sometimes misting air with garden hose water for the evaporative cooling. She looks great. July 17: another 32 C day. Watered four times today so likely 7-8 L in the heat with the growing plant. July 18: hot again. Mixed Power Bloom and malted Barley with some soil and added as a top dressing.Hit 34 C and 20% relative humidity which is far too hot and dry for cannabis. Lots of watering, and misting of leaves and air to provide some moisture and cooler temperatures.

Nothing special this week. I've defoliated the plants this week even though I've planned to to that next week, but it was just getting too messy. I'll need to defoliate even more later this week so that I can switch them to a 12H cycle on the 7th week, and not cause too much stress doing both things at once. Happy growing 🌿

Deze hybride strain, bekend om zijn gelukkige en opbeurende effecten, maakt het kweken tot een waar genoegen. Groei en ontwikkeling: In de derde week zien we duidelijk dat onze planten goed reageren op de verzorging die ze tot nu toe hebben gekregen. De stelen zijn stevig en de bladeren vertonen een mooie, gezonde groene kleur. Er is een aanzienlijke toename in hoogte, met een gemiddelde groei van 10 cm deze week. We hebben de planten goed afgebroken om de ruimte te geven voor zijtakken, wat de komende weken zal bijdragen aan een vollere plant. Voeding: Deze week hebben we onze voedingsschema's aangepast, met een focus op stikstofrijke meststoffen om de vegetatieve groei te bevorderen. De planten lijken goed te reageren op de voeding; we zien een sterke groei en grote bladeren, wat een teken is van een gezonde fotosynthese. Licht en omgeving: De LED-verlichting is ingesteld op een cyclus van 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis. Deze instelling blijft optimaal voor de vegetatieve fase. De ventilatie is consistent, en we zorgen ervoor dat de luchtvochtigheid binnen het ideale bereik blijft – niet te hoog, om schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Kijk vooruit: Met een goede basis in week 3 kijken we vol vertrouwen naar de komende weken. We bereiden ons voor op de overgang naar de bloeifase, wat betekent dat we binnenkort onze lichtcyclus zullen aanpassen en wat veranderingen in voeding zullen aanbrengen. We verwachten dat de planten zich in de volgende weken verder ontwikkelen en hopelijk ons zullen belonen met prachtige toppen. Conclusie: Serious Happiness heeft zijn naam zeker waar gemaakt tot nu toe. Het kweken van deze strain is een fijne ervaring, en we zijn enthousiast om te zien hoe ze zich verder zal ontwikkelen. All is well for the blue cheese! changed how i hang my light - its now hanging with adjustable rope rachets instead of bungee cords :) now i can grow seeds with a height up to 1.4m tall! this blue cheese will probably be under 1m tall but im really excited as blueberry and cheese are among my favourites! BC is about 47cm tall now and should stretch through flowering, no smell from the plant yet. cant wait to get a whiff of it! Week 4: Had no problems at all. Some leaves turned brown, but that's okay. Unintentionally, I doubled the fertilizer amount because I thought I had 2 liters to mix, but I only had 1 liter. Next week, you'll see how this affects the plant. Despite this, everything has grown well.

At the end of the 6 week of bloom the blackberry cake feminised is holding up. Her bloom is not that fruit full as was lacking the essential nutrients to achieve that. Although the lady is blooming nicely. Her leaves have faded due to the lack of nutrients.
