Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! 10/23-10/30 final week. 10/24 - this grow is not as ready as I would like it to be but its needed to be on a set schedule since the get-go as this was the first plant in my perpetual. the next plant will be harvested on trich color not time window. 90% cloudy 10% clear hoping the rest of those clear finish up this final week. I usually prefer at least 10% amber. 10/26 - Starting to get amber triches faster than expected, should hit my 10% threshold by tuesday for harvest!

This beautiful hazey lady looked ready for the take down, and since I had some time on my hands , thats exactly what I did, she was smelling very nice and rich , Ive got her hanging to dry atm, but im looking very forward of giving her a taste once she's dried and cured. I'll be back for a weigh in once her buds are dried and seperated from the stems etc.

one tank, the left side, went bad water... some kind of something in the water... some kinda growth or thingie.... so .... i went after the bad water tank hard... pulled it out... scrubbed the tank... scrubbed it all... the funny thing about this is.... these plants are both 50 days old.... haha.... i put em into a type of suspended animation .... lol they are just now starting to hook onto the solutions and are now both feeding.... the growth rate will increase exponentially over a short amount of time, now that they have both hooked onto the neut water and are growin roots thru the clay balls....... (look close at them, notice the first stage 3 leafs ? so u know what stage of growth, 3 leaf and 5 leaf and 7 leaf.... etc... so 50 days and u can clearly see the first stage 3 leafs... lol) (this probably has some major implications for growing food in space) 👍😎

Potted up four gorilla girl xl in to 5 gal pots, using plagron light mix.🇬🇧 moistened the The soil gently in advance with 1l regular tap water and 4ml root juice. Using gloves pushed the seed just under the soil. dusted over With a bit more soil, added A tiny bit more water gently as possible and finally covered with humidity domes *Day 2, all four seeds germinated over night, chuffed! removed Humidity domes *Day 3, Two of the Four seeds are expressing yellowing, one just Having 1 yellow leaf. I’m guessing this was down to the seed case partially being stuck. and or bad ph. Ph up and down on route. *Day 4, mixed up a litre of cal-mag buffed Tap water, left out to dechlorinate/come to room temp and watered accordingly. Plant’s #1 and #2 progress. Plant 3# yellow leaf dropped. Plant 4# stunted but think she’ll be ok *Day 5, gave mini feed bio- grow and cal-mag then ph to 6.0. I changed the light cycle to 18hrs on, 6 off also *Day 6, possible nitrogen toxicity:/, just water from now

The start of cultivation was not at all favorable at temperatures below 10 degrees then came a storm that caused cracks and tears in the leaves ... The leaves were very dirty from clay and perlite, so I tried to wash them all with a paper tissue. The weather was not at all kind, so I added Advanced Nutrients- B52 vitamins and Rhino Skin to strengthen the stem and leaf I often meet different animals on my way through the forest, today I met a newly born young fallow deer

starting week 4 of flowering . day 21 of flower . all is good she is starting to fatten up .. had some trouble with her , leafs started to turn yellow very fast but i kinda fixed it i gave her more N and more nutrients overall

Got a little behind on the defol. but everything runnin smoothly besides that. I lost a fight wit a greenhouse and he bruised my ribs. Been gettn around a little slow. Then on top of that broke my phone again ya kno, because im retarded. That makes life difficult sumtimes. Just given em a gal of water and a recharge, coconut/aloe water mix rotated every 3 or 4 days and trying to stay out of the way. I had an issue wit the blumats so just turned it off about a week ago. Ill get around to fixen it eventually....50/50 on if thatll b during this run. Member berry grew weird but turned into a monster, purple punch is standing out and so is the wedding cake and gorilla blue. And obviously the D is lookin lovely as always. Im down to 13 because i cut a gsc. It was a long shot from the start and didnt want to risk a hermie. Cant wait to finish this run so that i can make a plan for outside. Form sum kinda ranking. How many of which plant goes where and all that. I kno...I Kno I take shitty pics🤷

Suffered a little burn, but flushed it and voila, she is back up and running beautifully. Day 18/19 she has started spitting leaves out left right and centre. Can see little calyxes and hairs coming through. Really is coming along nicely The Critical is a photo period as you know, she too is coming along beautifully. Gonna veg her for 2-3 more weeks and begin flower for 6-8 weeks. Will do more updated on it.

I’m a couple days behind on my posting of this girl. But here she is! Growing strong and healthy. I am getting ready to transplant her into a bigger pot soon enough. Then hopefully I will be able to get a picture of a stellar root system. On another note, the field peas in the “400” are coming along, slowly but surely! I plan to transplant into the “400” in approximately 2 months (8weeks). Day 26, I’ve got a larger pot (2.7 L) with my fancy soil, lots of greensand, I checked the pH and it seems stable at 6. I did add a lot of lime. Maybe the lime takes time to raise the pH too? Anyhow, I have potassium silicate to help raise pH if needed. I hope this isn’t a mistake putting her into that. In fact I’m going to add more lime to the top half and then the potassium silicate to water in. Fingers crossed for stable, beautiful, warm and sunny weather!! Happy Growing 💪🌳

La piccola Purple Og Punch ha mostrato segni di carenza con foglie gialle giovani, non vorrei che sia qualche fungo non mi è mai successo così piccola con foglie così, anche perché il terriccio biobizz dovrebbe avere concime per quasi 2 settimane quindi forse la volta scorsa avevo dato più acqua che non è riuscita ad assorbire? Sono sicuro di averne data non più di 60ml non vorrei che era troppo carica di radicante però strano perché le altre stanno bene e sono sane…ora sto preparando per la prossima volta un mix di foglie di potatura con buccia di banana secca bollito per 15 minuti e lasciato poi sempre coperto fino al giorno dopo…dovrebbe aiutare a risolvere e aiutare le radici, continuando ad aspettare nei prossimi giorni 🙏✨🌱📸🔛🔥🎶🌀
