I have spent the last week studying how to use COB led efficiently. On my last grow I just whacked them straight up to "11" and hoped for the best. This grow I intend to change track and try and use the least amount of light possible to get the best results. To be fair my light is way over spec for my 60x60 tent. I want to use the dimmer to lower the intensity of the light to more than adequately match the needs of my space. Then I can use the over head of light intensity that I have as the grow progresses into flower. I would enjoy any comments or feedback any advice is good advice in my opinion.

25/04/2023 Day 69 I cut the "twins" and finally discovered the inside of the DWC MyPot. I took lots of pics so you can see the unexpected plant of the seed that I lost in the clay and then germinated anyway and found an awkward path to the surface through a tiny hole! Unbelievable! I also found that the watering tube from the pump had moved during manipulation, don't know for how long it has been pressed between the upper and lower parts on the DWC. Pretty sure for that final plants had received less or no feeding solution, and the use of Clean might not have been efficient. I guess it's also the reason why I found the white (?) on the top of the clay, salts and something else, because of lack of watering. Will come back in 3 weeks, will be dry and then I'll can trim and weight. And smoke, yeah! Not expecting much and could be hard to smoke if the cleaning was not efficient. Anyway, the next one will be better!

Another week under the belt and I’m not sure how much longer to leave these two. Starting to smell a bit more like weed but still waiting on the clear to opaque transition. All I want for Christmas….

Lets hope they will grow for another week before they go into preflowering. Thats it for now, new pictures and updates will follow within this week. Stay tuned! Update: Day 28: Canna cure did his thing. The leafs start to get greener again. Also my feedings made them grow and recover again. Removed some lower branches and leafs. They are back in the race!

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this CBD Fast Eddy plant from Royal queen seeds will turn out. CBD Fast Eddy Automatic is combining Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis, Fast Eddy is a rapid growing, flavourful, and CBD-rich auto strain that goes from seed to harvest in 8-9 weeks, produce generous yields, and induce a clear, mellow, and most importantly, functional high. THC: 9% CBD: High Yield Indoor : 400 - 450 gr/m2 Yield Outdoor: 80 - 130 gr/plant Height Indoor: 60 - 100 cm Height Outdoor: 80 - 120 cm Flowering: 6 - 7 weeks Harvest month: 8-9 weeks after sprouting Genetic Background: Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis Type: Sa 50% In 40% Ru 10% Effect: Clear, Painrelief Climate: Mild .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Update 2017-08-15. Both seeds have germinated and planted in small pots inside the humidity dome. I'm so glad it worked so well and now it's just hoping they'll start growing and become 2 big healthy girls :) ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. And i use 15% of perlite and mix it all together. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-20. These girls are much slower to germinate and to start growing than the other 6 girls I started at the same time. One of the germinated seeds split in half, so I had to take a new seed and germinate it. It took 2 days. It was just a smal taproots after germination with this strain as opposed to my Fastbuds cbd. But I hope everything goes well from now and that they live up to their name, Fast Eddy. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ Update 2017-08-21. New pics. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ 2017-08-22. Nr1 dident make it and died. Started germinate a new seed to get another Nr1. .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 2017-08-27. Nr 1 is in a small pot in humidity dome and i hope shes going to break the surface soon. Nr 2 is slow but doing fine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-28. Nr2 is transplanted in 15 liter autopot. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-29. New movie of the girls Nr2. Its no water for 3 days now so the roots develop more and match the plant above the soil. The temp controlled fan is awesome, its easy to set what temp you like to have in the room. Right now its 28 celcius. And humidity is 56%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-29. Hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I just want to say that I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-30. Cleaned the room this morning, just vacuuming and cleaning with chlorine solution. Im testing the fan to control temp and humidity, it works great. Added a movie. Everything is looking great right now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-08-31. 3 New pics. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-09-01. Cleaned the room this morning, just vacuuming and cleaning with chlorine solution. KL 12.00. The girl got 2 liters of water with nutes in it, added a video. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-06. KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. Everything looks good and I keep trying to tuck the leaves so they get the maximum amount of light where needed. Added pics and video. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-07. Day 17 from sprouting. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Kl 10.00 Tested PH in the soil, it was 6.9 and tested my tap water and it was 6.8. Added video of the girl. Kl 22.30. * ***************** Week 2 of Growth From Seed, April 18 to 25, 2020 - Days 8 to 14 from germination ********************** * Getting rolling on week 2. She is not growing super fast. Suspect I have gotten a little heavy handed with the nutes again a little early on. Keeping an eye though and haven’t been too far off. Switch CalMag this week and going with GH as it has a 1% value for Nitrogen. Will be increasing the CalMag now as well. Will be getting ppm in the 500 range more this week. May start to introduce Sensyzime at the end of the week. Keep moving the lights up and down trying to dial in between 18” and 30” and see how they react. Seems to be about 28” right now they are happy. Playing with the VPD and finding that they are not as happy with the VPD up around 1.0 and rather happier around 1.4??? Happier meaning tips and looking like she is getting bigger. Played with humidity this weekend as well between 52% and 75%. Again, they seem happiest around 58%..........going to try that for a couple of days and see how they grow for the next few days. I feel they are alrighty slower at the high humidity. Not backing away for this but rather trying to read the girls🤪🤪🤪🤪 *****Daily Detail: Apr 18, Day 8 - VPD - 1.1 - 0.5L feed with Vitathrive and Velokelp and Dual Fuel @ 0.75ml/L, CaMg+ @ 0.75ml/L = 575ppm, 5.8pH. - playing with humidity up and down today. - ready for a plain water feed and a little larger quantity to soak all the medium. - not sure if tomorrow though.......might be a little wet yet in the medium. Apr 19, Day 9 - VPD - 1.3 - 2L watering today with CaMg and Sensyzime @ 1ml/L each. 240ppm with 5.9pH. - Had more runoff, that was the goal. Didn't bother to measure this though. - Just trying to bring the medium pH in line and reduce some of the ppm. - Things just aren't progressing as I think they should. Apr 20, Day 10 - VPD 1.5 - dry out day - lower humidity in tent to 55% Apr 21, Day 11 - VPD 1.5 - dry out day, again. Humidity kept low. - Added home made CO2 to the tent today. - 2.5" tall only. - wavy leaves so think she has battles some pH issues.......some sensitive than the other strains currently?? Apr 22, Day 12 - VPD 1.4 - Dry out day yet again but now raising the humidity back to 65%. - tips back up today. Apr 23, Day 13 - VPD 1.4 - 0.5L - P & V & Vitathrive @ 1ml/L, DF & CalMag@ 0.5ml/L = 410ppm and 5.9pH - primarily calmag and something for roots. - She has straightened out more today. Apr 24, Day 14 - VPD 1.4 - 0.5L - Voodoo and Piranha and VeloKelp @ 2ml/L = 180ppm pH'd to 5.6 - tough week.......she battled over watering as a result of some over feeding last week.

I had to bring her back inside this week. She was still growing in the greenhouse, but stuck in preflower. She was getting taller and taller with no budlets in sight. Hhmmm i wonder??? You guessed right, SHE IS A PHOTO PERIOD! FXCK! so i had to take my Zkittles that was in preflower outside earlier than i wanted, in order to make room for this huge lemonberry haze that i had to start 12-12 on. Three days of 12-12 is starting to give me pistols....so she IS NOT an auto. She is still GROWING, and the 2 main tops are getting close to the leds. I had to tie her down using pipe cleaners and the tent frame. I sure do hope she doesn't get to much taller. I don't want the leds to burn her up, as i cannot raise them anymore. The LEDS are zip tied directly to the tent support frame and the support lines have been double looped to half their original hanging length. There is not much more i can do but start tying her down to the tent poles. THIS GIRL IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER YALL! Stay tuned! Other than the inconvenience of it being a photo, if i can pull this off with the limited space i have, she should yield HEAVY.

These are doing pretty damn good for the most part. I figured out with the green buzz the only thing in bloom that raises ppm is the base bloom and the more PK which is good to know. Also been using lower ppm for the autos and they seem healthier than usual. These pics and the video were taken on Day 36.

Welcome back to another thrilling update on our Lego Ninja Tropical Tangie Run. Week 7 has been an exhilarating journey of rapid growth and breathtaking canopy development. Our Tangie is proving to be an extraordinary ninja superstar! Last week, we embarked on an exciting transplant adventure. Our fearless Tangie had outgrown her previous home, so we bravely transferred her to a spacious 25-liter fabric pot. With the assistance of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix, we ensured a smooth transition, providing her with beneficial mycorrhizal fungi. These underground helpers are like her very own ninja squad, supporting her root system and establishing a strong foundation. To continue supporting her growth and development, we incorporated the incredible Aptus All-in-One Pellets into the soil. These pellets act as potent ninja power capsules, packed with essential nutrients. Each watering session delivers the perfect dose of nourishment, fueling our Tangie's journey to greatness. She's thriving with optimal health and vitality. And let's not forget our loyal companions, the trusty Lego Ninja buddies. They have remained steadfast by our side throughout this green adventure, offering both moral support and an unwavering display of ninja vibes in the grow room. Who would have guessed that little plastic warriors could be such fantastic companions? After the successful transplant, it was time to introduce our Tangie to the art of scrogging. We skillfully installed a scrog net, creating a framework for her to weave her way through. This setup resembles a challenging ninja obstacle course, encouraging her to grow horizontally and maximize her bud production. It's truly remarkable to witness her impressive moves as she gracefully and sexily fills up the space. Of course, proper nutrition remains crucial for our Tangie's ninja training. Instead of using Aptus Holland Veg Watering Mix and All-in-One Liquid separately, we have now transitioned to solely relying on the pellets. These convenient premixed pellets integrated into the soil eliminate the need for additional liquid NPK. This simplification allows us to focus on other essential aspects of her training. To ensure she remains pest-free, we have been diligently conducting leaf picking sessions, which also serve as an opportunity to check for any unwanted visitors. So far, our Tangie has passed with flying colors, and her vibrant 9-fingered leaves are a fantastic sign of her overall health. As our Tangie continues her epic ninja journey, she basks in a PPFD of 600. These photons act as her loyal ninja training partners, stimulating robust photosynthesis and fostering explosive growth. With each photon absorbed, she becomes increasingly formidable, ready to take on any challenge that lies ahead. In summary, Week 7 has been an absolutely exhilarating chapter in our Lego Ninja Tropical Tangie Run. The successful transplant, the magic of Aptus products, the support of our Lego Ninja buddies, and the installation of the scrog net have all played vital roles in our Tangie's remarkable progress. We owe a tremendous SHOUT OUT to Aptus Holland, Dutch Passion, and Grow Diaries for their continued support and exceptional products for the love and for it all, without them nothing we see here wold be possible. Join us for the next update, where we will delve deeper into the fascinating world of ninja training techniques and witness the unfolding of our Tangie's extraordinary ninja powers. Until then, continue cultivating with joy, embrace the indomitable ninja spirit, and remember that every plant has the potential to become a botanical ninja superstar! As always thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all , this journey of mine wold just not be the same without you guys, the love and support is very much appreciated and i fell honored and blessed with you all in my life<3 <3 <3 #aptus #aptusplanttech #aptusgang #aptusfamily #aptustrueplantscience #inbalancewithnature #trueplantscience #dutchpassion #dogdoctorofficial #legoninjago #growerslove

This week 2 of Veg went really well! Overall I just continued the same nutrient feeding regiment I used last week just without a few due to them being Organic amendments they'll break down into the Soil releasing slowly so I'll amend with them again before Flower. I used Fish Shit or Fish Emulsion at a rate of 1tsp per gal and gave them both a Liter of the solution. The ppm was 200 and EC of 400. Then, a day of just H2O. Next, I gave them the MaxiGrow at a rate of 1tsp per gal and gave them a L each. The ppm was 710 and EC of 1420. Next, I gave them just H20. Then, I gave them Real Growers Soil Recharge at a rate of 1tsp per gal. The ppm was 105 and EC of 210. Then, I gave them The Stash Blend at a rate of 1tsp per gal, PPM of 705 EC of 1410. Oh I need to mention my H20 is always at a PH of 7.0 and all my Nutrient Solutions are a PH of 6.2. due to my grow medium being Soil. That's all for this week but overall what easy growing, well spacing, evenly looking, and nicely branching plants!!
