These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. A nice strain that is very worth while growing, can take some punishment and still give a good return. The buds are top shelf stuff 👌 will definitely be growing again.

Start 12/10/2020 Finish 23/1/2021 I grow outdoors and use organic farming so there isn't too much to say. I just want to talk about a few things about strain: - Odor: not strong and very pleasant, I think it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor planting, but difficult to detect by the smell. - Bud: strong, many trichromes and fast growing. - Color: both plants and buds are green. - Height: short trees - Yield: good (because my country usually shines on 12/12 in sunlight, so plants grow slowly and bloom early so the output will not be high). Had a great week. ILGM has always been a strong grower for me. I've grown a few different strains from ILGM and they always grow very well. She went from 8 inches to 16 inches this week. I topped her about 3-4 days ago. She recovered from the topping very well and has new growth so she is doing as well as I could want. No problems to talk about this week 😀. Onto week 5.

I really enjoy growing and this strain is one I've spent a lot of time on. This is my largest harvest of Gelato Cake and it was only 1 plant, I have harvested 5 at once and just equaled what this one plant did. I feel really good about it thanks to the GD community for the support and diaries to learn from

I loved this strain from day one she grows uniformly and the internodes are great distance and she was the strongest smell the quickest of the girls . I'm loving her colour a deep green and she smells just like the strain . No problems to report at all and after a few more weeks she will be getting the flip over to 12/12 and that will be a great day ...cheers canna family ...

Mintz Runtz automatic is doing good, I should of changed the solution last update, but I did today. 01/10/22 Everything is Going good, which means something bad is going to happen. Plants were 9 inches at the end of week 4 on day one of week 5 they were topped and defoliated which brought the height to 4.5 inches, So after the shock of having there tops removed they grew 4 inches in one week. Extremely happy I'm keeping track.01/13/22 Defoliated and LST'D the plants.01/14/22 Adjusted LST , removed all branches growing on the underside to allow for proper Growth of other branches. Fingers crossed this should be a decent harvest flipping on week 9.

Day 29 fm seed/Week 1 flower: I did some LST/HST to the plants to try to even out the canopy. The light is set to 80% and is creating some good growing conditions. Flower has started and most of the plants are showing little bud clusters and pistils. They are starting to smell already, just mild skunkiness. I say this every time, but there are some super short plants like the skunk and tall lanksters like the Blackberry. There is some stacking on some and mega stretch on others, such is the case when you grow 7 different genetics. It’s all good tho, we’ll train them up. Did some leaf tucking and removed a couple beastly light and site blocking fans. Other than that we’re just gonna watch and see how this plays out. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Happy Growing 🌱

10/08: i just switched the lights over to 12/12. I am pleased enough with how the grow phase has gone, though i made some mistakes, and i am frustrated with how significantly different these phenos have been in their grow patterns. The canopy isnt great, and two pf the plants are significantly taller than the others. And i simply was not able to train them the same. I took 3 cuttings of each and am hoping to propagate them and keep a mother of my favorite of the 4 plants, assuming any of them actually end up with color. Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks as buds start to grow in. Fingers crossed for purple.
