Had no issues germinating with my setup. I have a grow mat with temp probe set to 78f and they popped within 24 hours. I'll begin a light feeding at 0.4EC and by the end of the week I'll have it up to 1.0 EC and a pH range of 5.9-6.2. I've drilled several holes in the bottom of the cup and repurposed the copper cloth mat from the Autopots setup. That keeps the roots from leaving the container and naturally pruning them *I hope* .... but either way this should be a lot of fun as this is my first time growing in such a small container! I hope the drain to waste style of fertigation holds up well in this scenario. Also, this strain is a promo strain which is a mix of Snowcaine and The Spice! which both have been on my watch list for a while now.

I started doin some LST in her and she flipped into flower about 5 days ago. She’s responding well to the training, I think I’m in a real treat with this lady.

Rough week! Found two major hermie issues Pheno #5&2. Could be because they where the OGs and they just had a long stressful life. Really bummed because they where the biggest in the tent for sure. Have a coupoe tops with orange hairs so maybe got pollinated, all i can do is keep my eye on them! Besides that everything is looking so great had to re-train and move canopy around but still have full coverage. Getting allot more tops

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

So far so good, we are at the 5 veg week, the hulk berry is shooting up many pre-flowers. The RO water has been great, using this clean water is much better and you see a strong difference, and you are able to dial the ppm/ec without the interference of random stuff plus the chloride and fluoride that comes with tap water in my region. This version of the Hulkberry i have is a bit more on the sensible side of things, se feels already if you keep touching her, also better not to nuke this strain with nutrients from what i have seen so far, so I’m going easy on her. The other two strains form Kannabia, one been the unstable version of Purpple Kush, got many aliens already out of some seeds, and ironically a Lucky dip, mystery strain is extreamely vigorous and nice to work with. A side from that i have chosen two HLG QB324 V2 quantum board with a Meanwell 320H-54a driver to build a DIY light, with passive Heatsink and 90 degree optics to power the flower tent, so basically i will move this plants to the other tent in a week or two when i get this build. This is a huge step up for me since i was using a generic Chinese blurple led. My setup changed a lot and i will try to keep things consistent, i may have some adaptation going on to drive all this new perpetual style grow.

Commencing Week 5: day 29 on December 29 Bunch of cool plants 👍😁 The WW is living up to its description of being short stocky and having a dark green hue. HP is looking amazing has a very similar to the White Widow but is almost double the size. the bloody skunk is really impressing me in a few different ways that were unexpected. It's a week or maybe two ahead of everything else in the tent, also the shape is much more of an Indica structure. mostly I just can't believe how quickly it is maturing I think it's going to be very fast plant that's ahead of what sweet seeds has online. Lastly if you look close in the pictures you'll notice some of the leaves tips curling. Also the leaves are a bit dark. This is my first grow using "Medi One" nutrient and I think the recommended dosage is just a bit too strong for these autoflowers. Doesn't look terrible but definitely lesson learned for future reference 👍

harvested first 1/3 at end of week 13 rest at end of week 14 after seeing no change in the trichomes, of which a lot stayed clear but that OK. It might be a strain where they don't all go cloudy. After chopping 1/3 down it seemed like more stuff just kept coming up, it's the plant that keeps on giving. In the end I was smoking this for about 3 weeks before I got to finally get a dry weight yesterday which was 7.5 tip not including what I smoked over the past three weeks which I estimate at a minimum of 1.5 ozs. So the total yield was 9 oz. This really did knock my socks off. I thought I'd get 7 in my dreams. There was likely a bit more than 9 but I just got too stoned to keep track properly. Buds are covered in crystal and the quality extended all the way down the branch, they are hard and dense and fluff out well. Unfortunately if I'd had known this was going to be such a big yield I'd have kept better records of what I used, when I say 9 oz that's because there was 7.5 a couple of days ago curing, and I'm estimating 1.5 oz smoked over the past three weeks, I'm allowing 1/2 oz per week for the past three weeks but in reality I've smoked more than that. per week so 9 oz is an absolute minimum the actual figure is more like 10 oz. The stone is exceedingly stoned but mellow, you forget how stoned you are. Does not cause too much munchie problem or dry mouth. Lots of flavour when used with the FireFly 2 and the flavours are still changing, but I'd call it herbal. The defoliating scrog and hydro set up made it easy to deal with but I can see this plant causing some difficulties for those not experienced in dealing with a bushy plant prone to mould. The Viparspectra did a pretty sweet job, using an average of about 270W at the wall.000

And we are done! Both plants have now been chopped after 48hours darkness. Now currently drying. I will post some close up harvest shots once bud is dry :)

02.07.25. Day 46 These ladies have gone out of control. Not much time. Had to make airport runs. Family staying over at my house. I have been trying to keep things as discreet as possible so I have them locked up in the loft with highs of 34°C or 93°F. I changed out reservoir today with 3 liters of water in each pot.
