French Macaron hit peak purple and trichs are all ready to roll. Chem Brulee smelling amazing and packing on weight. Pineapple Meatball remainders have now started going DEEP purple. Could end up with a few head stash nugs off of this late harvest.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS HAS APPEARED AS 'VEGETATION' THE WEBSITE SEEMS TO BE GLITCHING OUT. THIS IS STILL A FLOWERING WEEK! I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THIS I've now harvested the Northern Lights and Afghan Kush, will add the harvests once they've dried and I've had a chance to weigh up and smoke up. The Gushers and CATB still need a fair bit more time so I have added nutrients again and will decide whether to flush Tuesday next week or extend further. The harvest of the AK and NL means I can spread out the branches out further allowing light to penetrate deeper into the plant (giggity). I've put in a SCROG to hold up the colas and round the back I've used some string to hold up the colas that have fallen over. I think I flushed 1 week too early. In hindsight I should have done 1 more week with the EC at 1.2 then last week should have been the week with Dragon Force with an EC of 2 and I should have started the flush this week. That probably would have been perfect but we live and we learn. I'm gonna er on the side of extending the schedule in future. I think I harvested the Northern Lights and Afghan Kush a lil too early as well, definitely could and should have pushed them 1 week further. I'm not gonna make the same mistake with the other 2. So far the harvest has been modest but the 2 much larger plants should easily make up for it.

So It's been a great week! Apologies to anyone following as I'm a couple days late updating the diary this week due to work. Anyway, bud growth is really coming on! They're starting to fatten up nicely and the smell is just fantastic. Lots of trichomes as you can see from the pics and her parentage is really starting to show with those lovely bright orange pistils. The addition of PK warrior has certainly given them a boost but I have a feeling she is going to need longer than the advertised "8 weeks" to fully mature. We will see. Have a good week. 😁👍🌴

🌱 Runtz - Week 4 Update 🌱 🌿 Genetics: Gelato x Zkittlez ⏳ Flowering time: 8–9 weeks 🔥 THC: Around 27% 🌈 Effects: A balanced mix of euphoric uplift and deep relaxation, perfect for both creative moments and evening chill. 🍬 Aroma and flavor: Sweet, fruity candy notes with tropical and creamy undertones. This plant is an absolute powerhouse! 💪🌿 Strong structure, vibrant growth, and an impressive number of side branches make it a joy to cultivate. Despite its compact size and short intermodal spacing, training has been easy, allowing for a well-shaped canopy. After 31 days of veg, this beauty is ready to shine! Grow Conditions (Week 4): 🌞 Light schedule: 18/6 🌱 PPFD: 600 µmol/m²/s 💧 VPD: ~1.1 kPa She has built a solid foundation, and I’m expecting some amazing flowers in the weeks to come. In few days I will mark the transition to flowering as I switch the lights to a 12-hour cycle. Let’s see what she can do! 🚀🔥

Man, that Skunk Apple runtz plant is giving me some trouble. It's still really small and hasn't grown much at all. I think I might've messed up a little because the leaves are looking kinda rough. Hopefully it can bounce back. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

With this being my fourth grow...I’ve realized the best way to germinate cannabis seeds is by sprinkling it in the Grow medium and just watering daily...let seed sink as opposed to letting it soak in water which worked for me before but it takes away the dangers of transferring the seeds from a glass of water to soil. 1 year ago this January I germinated my first grow and I had a good harvest because of the dry season stepping in the Caribbean...I am definitely looking forward to a fine grow with some males and females so I can expand my seed storage.

The outdoor girls settled into mid-vegetative growth this week under stable late-summer conditions. Daytime highs hovered in the mid-80s °F with warm evenings and good airflow. The 5-gallon plant continued to bulk up with thick stems and wide fans, while the two 3-gallon pots stayed slightly smaller but healthy and even. Light training was maintained to keep open canopies and even tops. All three plants showed solid color—medium green with no major deficiency signs—but minor heat stress and light leaf curl appeared on the hottest days. They were watered evenly through the auto-watering bases with RO water and light Cal-Mag, letting the soil dry back fully before refilling. No top-dress or compost tea this week; amendments from earlier feedings were still active. Overall, Week 6 was a steady outdoor stretch phase with healthy structure, balanced moisture, and a smooth lead-in toward pre-flower.

This strain is performing like crazy. My god, she just wants to go and go and go. See the difference with the previous week, it's going crazy in this tent. I had some space to fill because one of her roommates turned out male. More about this in my Xtra Kush diary. But fill up they did, I turned her around, for the change of scenery, but also to let the longer side branches fill up the space in the scrog. And did she. With all these bud sites, the rapid growth of flowers, this strain is having a good time. Very happy with how my soil recipe is performing (see the yellow image in earlier pages), none of the crazy stories of going hermie when stressed. Just some T. L. C. and this strain outperforms anything I have recently grown. But this SP-3000 is just a beast of a light and we owe much of this success to @MarsHydroLED, who was so kind to let us try their light. Check www.mars-hydro.com for the Black Friday deals! What I did to prevent this strain from going hermie: - No defoliation. Will start a little after the third week of flowering. - Little extra flower feed in the waterings, no amendments yet, I have no yellowing at all. - As little stress as possible - Reassuring them in their gender, be proud of your female qualities, no need to go all masculine on us. See you next week, thanks for checking in again!!

Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

The colors this week are almost overwhelming! I am particularly excited as last time I ran her she wasnt nearly as colorful. The scent is also really starting to get up there & is noticable even with carbon filter. Shes starting to have a few pistols wither so she cant have long left. Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!
