Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. It is this dedication to their customer base that made this company have a fanbase... Yes, a fanbase with a website and a wiki. Lineage: Chem Sis x Chocolate Diesel x Sour Dubb Popularity: Extremely Popular Flavor/Aroma Profile: Chocolate, Earthy, Fuel Yield: 400 g/m2 Stress Tolerance: High resistance to disease Potency: 24% THC Flowering time: 58 - 63 days The Soil: Those who saw my Monstercropped Gelato #33 grow (you should see it if you didn't, I'm so proud of that grow), know about my super soil and organic nutrients/ permaculture tea combo that starred in my previous diary. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Defoliated this week, they don't seem to bothered. 😅 maybe they didn't even notice. I will give them a week then Defoliated again if necessary.

Hola a todo el mundo!!🙌😃. Espero que anden bien amigos!, yo ando con poco tiempo (créeme que me encantaría poder cultivar y vivir de esto😅, pero esta complicado), a lo que este diario se refiere, he aumentado dosis de fertilizantes, con un ph de 6 -6.1, aun no he vuelto a medir drenaje, las plantas vienen respondiendo bien a pesar del bloqueo que ha tenido, pero prometo en el próximo resumen cargar estos valores. Nos vemos la próxima semana! Y si lees esto y no me sigues, en instagram, ayudarías siguiendome( es gratis seguirme😅😉).

Has a nice skunky smell. Just going through her thing. Shout out to AMS(Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds) for this beautiful Afghan Feminized. She is completely done with her stretch, has starting stacking her bud sights and started to produce noticable trichomes. Giving her nothing but RSO, tiger bloom, black strap molasses and CalMag. Possibly add Bestie BloomZ this coming week. Still have along way to go, but definitely be worth it. 🔥 🎄 💕

A really hot week last week, The lamp doesn’t make it any easier but steady at 28 degrees now. OG auto in its final days I think, leaves are starting to turn yellow so I’ve started a flush, it’s a beautiful plant, 80% of the plant is covered in bud, I’ll post some good pics before harvest. Not gonna be a crazy yield but for the size of the plant really decent. The feminized OG are all exploding with bud sites, amazing how fast it’s going the smell is getting better by the day Gorillas are cute! Flowering a little slower but a lot bushier and the leaves are sooooo pretty! Started to give more water and upping the dosage of nutes since I’ve not seen any signs of over feeding might as well try it out Okloveyoubye ❤️

Ultima limpieza de bajos, y a florecer!! las plantas presentas 3 fenotipos, pero 3-4 características diferentes, algunas no ramifican apenas, algunas mucho y otras lo normal, Las de porte grande y robusto tienen un espacio entre nudos entre 6-7cm, pero sus ramas no cogen un vigor muy alto. luego hay otro fenotipo mas pequeño con espacios entre nudos de 4cm que si tienen gran vigor sus ramas. y otras que son como una mezcla entre las dos.

Harvest after 9 weeks of blooming

Week 8 is here and Budville is getting chunky and skunky. If this was not my first grow I would probably would have started some defoliation by now but decided to just be patient and see what the end result will be. She is right on track to be harvested around the end of this month, we shall see. Waterings have picked up greatly, getting 2L about every 36hrs with BioBizz every other watering, @ full strength based on their schedule. Set up an intake fan bringing in cool air from the A/C in the room. Able to keep the RH down around 40-45%, with temps running about 27C°. Budville is getting between 900 & 1100µmol , 65/72 DLI from the TS1000.

They have a slight magnesium deficiency, but we can correct that. The others are developing splendidly; they'll be defoliated tomorrow.

OG kush and hulkberry are nicely thickning, Green gelato showing some deficiancies. Keep up those green tumbs!!!

This is still week 7 but a couple days after last weeks pictures. The Photos haven’t fully flipped to flower but are showing clear signs. Really pleased with Somango and BCP but I’m not really liking the way LSD is growing. Doesn’t have an abundance of leaves and is growing really long Branches. We’ll see how that goes in Flower, I hope it’s not going to turn in to a lot of Space and/or humidity Problems.

This is a purple haze clone I received on 3/23. She has been topped and trained in prep 4 scrog!! She received her first @gaiagreenorganics all purpose 4-4-4 feeding on 4/23. Also installed scrog on 4/23. She received her second dose of 4-4-4 on 5/23. Installed Marshydro tsw2000 on 5/31. She received a 15 tablespoon dose of Gaia green worm castings on 6/2. 6/30 gave her a mix of Gaia green all purpose and power bloom. 6/30 switched light to 12/12 cycle. Lastimosamente gracias a las bajas temperaturas y a la gran humedad constante (no puedo hacer mucho al respecto) la aparición de hongos en las hojas es inevitable. Mantengo a raya podando mas hojas infectadas y regando lo menos posible + secando el piso de la carpa en cada riego. Hoy 18/9 estamos en 1100 de EC a 50 días de empezar la flora.

La fine del viaggio.siamo in Italia,e in Italia la cannabis é illegale.nel mio quartiere c'é stato un blitz violento che ha portato via tante persone,ho deciso di tagliare perché la situazione polizia qui si é fatta pesante,sono salvo ma non ho più tempo per continuare,avrei voluto farvi vedere di più,portare le piante al massimo,ma questo é stato il loro tempo,non diffidate mai delle autofiorenti buone,se fatte bene possono competere con le loro sorelle femminizzate.Sono veloci rapide e potenti,tutto ciò che serve a chi non ha tempo e spazio,come dimostrato se fatte con conoscenza possono portare risultati esorbitanti,é stato il più bel raccolto della mia vita.il costo totale del raccolto é stato all incirca 1600€ fra terra bolletta e fertilizzanti,il valore della materia prima prodotta si aggira intorno ai 10000-15000€

Not much on this week besides a strong streech and the set-up of an aquabox system to manage some days I'll be out for holidays. Mantaining the same nutrition and feeding through acqua box. Almost any gnats on the tent on this week. Not doing much besides trying to avoid disrupting their streech period. Good growing to everyone! Ps. Almost forgot: AK moved to a smaller tent with another plant I'm reporting in a separated diary since she is an autoflower and I belive it would be most beneficial a 18/6 light schedule

La fotografia de esta semana es la del ejemplar mas alto, cerca de los 18cm, no es un espigamiento; mas bien parece que es un ejemplar "grande" solamente, ademas es el ejemplar que mas consume agua. Adjunto video donde se aprecia junto a otra variedad de original sensible.
