A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 520W. This whole grow's main sponsor is Spider Farmer. The girls are starting to get really heavy, we may be forced to cage the rest for support, we couldn't move them much this week for fear of them collapsing..not recognizing or stopping the runaway stretch soon enough has come back to bite us..lesson learned about this strain.. the canopy is terribly uneven lol, we're just kinda letting them do their own thing at this point, we did drop 1 of 2 lights to accommodate the shortest of the group. Plant two is doing a little better color wise. Something is going on with the leaves of plant one mostly. Maybe it is because i was using overflow water straight from the air conditioning unit instead of the tap? I'm having to pull a lot of dead leaves off

Did more tie downs, she's very resilient. Planning to flip to flower end of this week. debating when to remove root protection, before or after flower. Love being able to interact with plants on a daily.. got a 5×5 in flower and that tent is just in auto mode lol.. Happy growing

Day 79 17/09/24 Tuesday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Seeing good developments, buds forming nicely, divines are smaller denser structures but the buds are not lacking! Damn I'm surprised by 2L pots. Day 81 19/09/24 Thursday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today. Day 83 21/09/24 Saturday Another feed to push this week they seem to be handling it 💚. Fattening up on the buds now and pistils starting to mature. Day 84 22/09/24 Sunday (End of week) Damn!! Noticed I have leaf rollers!!! Damn caterpillar, from moths. So I have removed affected leaves and areas and this AGAIN will affect yeilds on all plants...but I have determined the strains I will re run ! Let's hope we make it too the chop 😅💚

Day 56 This plant is developing at a steady pace, but it’s clearly not as frosty as some of the others in the tent. The buds are forming nicely and stacking along the branches, but trichome coverage is noticeably lighter compared to the rest. The sugar leaves have a bit of resin, but not enough to make them look really frosty yet. This might be due to genetics or possibly some mild stress earlier in the grow. One thing I’ve noticed is that several of the larger fan leaves are turning yellow. It doesn’t look like a severe deficiency, but it could be related to light underwatering or the natural process of the plant pulling nutrients from the older leaves during this stage. The yellowing is mostly on the lower leaves, while the top growth and buds still look healthy. The canopy overall looks good, but these signs show the plant might need a little extra attention to keep it on track.

This is my first grow and I'm following the canuck method because it's the easiest . Eventually I would like to get into high frequency fertigation with a coco medium but I want to produce a great smoke in soil first to get some experience.
