I had a long week and a lot happened in the garden. The plants were growing too slow and their leaves were closing like they were trying to protect themselves, some of the leaves ends were dropping downwards, purple stems and I also had tecnical problems; the GoGro ( auto feeding equipment ) valve didn't work and I ended up with a flood twice, which brought a few freaking little flies, and the lights were disconnected for 7 hours on sunday morning by accident. To solve this issues I had help from the folks here and some research online, I raised my lights up because it was cooking the plants, i adjusted the ppm giving more food to stop the leaves tip dropping, got Calmeg for the purple stems, pest control spray, I fixed the valve a gave a pretty good cleaning with Clorox in the tent. There were good things too. I did fimming technic to make the plants shorter and to get a more even canopy to get more ligh to them and more flowers. The girls are doing great, they are 4 feet taller now. I learned more about how they work and how to take care of them thanks to some free online books and lots of youtube. It has been hard work with lots of hours of dedication. I'm loving it. Thanks people from here. Thanks GrowBoss.

Starting to see almost all Milky trichomes. Buds are pretty dense. Smell is strong and loud. Smells like lemon sweet kushy

Going into week 3. looking forward to seeing some more progress this week to hopefully get this girl transplanted into 3 gal fabric pot and under a veg LED light. Popped two other seeds. One is doing great and the other one seems like it had a hard time penetrating the sub, the leaves opened but the root looks like it is coming up out of the sub.

Welcome to week 1 of my CBD Medi Kush Diary! I have 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds going in the same tent with 14 other plants (full details on all of the other plants can be found on my "Dude's New Diary to Rule Them All" diary, check it out). But with the CBD Medi Kush I'm also growing 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem, 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem, 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman and 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co. The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time (all other plants are clones). Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. The pictures in week 1 were taken right after transplanting (check week 2 and you will see a very noticeable change all around). My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for all of these girls. In this diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in the other diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. Please follow and comment away!!! Suffered a little burn, but flushed it and voila, she is back up and running beautifully. Day 18/19 she has started spitting leaves out left right and centre. Can see little calyxes and hairs coming through. Really is coming along nicely The Critical is a photo period as you know, she too is coming along beautifully. Gonna veg her for 2-3 more weeks and begin flower for 6-8 weeks. Will do more updated on it.

6/21/2021: - Transplanted to final pot. Next cycle, will germinate seed straight into the soil/final pot. - Bought a pump sprayer for even irrigation. - Fed soil a kelp, karanja, neem & coconut water tea. No adverse reactions as of yet. - Soil went hydrophobic before transplant, will water as necessary. - Branch on first node bent from stalk upon transplant, currently being supported by a stake. - Noticing red/purple stalks and branches, very stoked! - Need to re-feed lacto/wild yeast starter. - Need to brew up more kelp tea. 6/23/2021 - Took off support early, split seemed to heal, but has separated once again. Going to manifold, so not too concerned. - Had to water about .7g of water to keep soil moist for duration of day. - 6th node growing vigorously, birth of leaves for 7th node showing. 6/27/2021 - Topped plant for quadlining at the 5th node, cleared all growth under 3rd. - Watered with a mix of coconut water, DIY neem, karanja & kelp extract. - Foliar fed with DIY kelp extract. - Trimmed leaves already giving off great grapefruit aromas. - Pressing trim for framing.

Another week in the books and significant growth as I increase dosage of nutrients, closer to 100% full dosage. I have read mixed messages about feeding every watering, to every other, to once a week...full strength, 1/2 strength, etc etc. I decided to ease into the nutes and work my way up, and feed only weekly. Less is more! Wait for her to get a little bigger and more mature and will feel better feeding at 100% full dosage. Did some more LST, pulling down higher stems and continue to build the table. Day 37: more growth; did some light defoliation to open up center; raised light to 18" (was at 15" in some spots) as it continues to grow. Day 41: more growth; transplanted into 5 gal fabric pot; installed ScROG and will continue veg stage until rest of the plant catches up to at least a few inches above the screen

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

This week I decided to remove the LST and let her strech out as much as she wants. I lollipopped her on day 49 and cutted down all the branches that will never grow to the light. She has to strech as much as possible because there are some way taller plants under the same light. I hope she gonna produce some nice flower and will continue to strach abit. Been a working week! Defoliated twice! First I did lower fan leaves, waited a few days and snipped the Rest to allow light to reach all news growth! Dynomyco is a banger it’s got these girls so sturdy! Just look at the stems and how much growth I have already and this is just day 28 in veg! A lot more to come! I can’t wait! Still continuing with foliar sprays a few times a day!
