My first outdoor grow. This is around week 9 of growth. I got these 2 clones from someone and grew them indoors for about a month or so before hardening them off. They have been through plenty of training and topping and even more since this picture. As of 5 days ago they were nice and wide so I'm excited to see the growth since the. I have done a great deal to keep deer and bugs at bay. Neem oil, dog and human urine, dried blood, ground pepper and powdered, oregano, garlic and onion. The site is very difficult to access. Poison ivy, thorns, steep ravine and large logs to climb over. No paths there and I take different ways constantly, as well as through some fertilizer in my wake. There's a small creek near by and a larger one it fees into about 75 yards away. There's 3 bags of FFOF and 1 bag happy frog between the 2 holes, with amino acids and great white mixed in as well as some water polymer crystals.

Dutch Passion Shaman Die vierzehnte Woche begann sonnig und warm und endete mit dem Beginn einer massiven Starkregen Front. Über 70 Liter Wasser werden in 48 Stunden fallen. So entschied ich zum Ende der Woche, beide Shamaninnen mit einem Gartenschirm zu schützen. Die Blüten schwellen, die Aufregung steigt. Ich kontrolliere die Pflanzen täglich, um sicher zu stellen, dass beide weiterhin gesund bleiben und ich am Ende saubere und harzig leckere Buds ernten kann. Und diese Zeit ist gut investiert, denn ich entdeckte zu Beginn der Woche eine Blüte, die verdächtig aussah und sofort herausgeschnitten wurde. Shamanin No. 1, die stickstoffüberfütterte grüne Dame hatte ganz oben ein klein wenig Fäulnis zwischen Blüte und Stiel. Im Laufe der Woche konnte ich dann nichts weiteres mehr finden. Auch der Schnitt ist sauber verheilt. Beide stehen gut da. Als klar war, dass es über Tage massiv regnen wird, habe ich begonnen beiden Shamaninnen nur noch sparsam Wasser zu geben. Ein bisschen Trockenstress soll sich gut auf die Trichom Bildung auswirken und ich hoffe, dass sie so in der kommenden Woche durstig und mit geschlossenen Spaltöffnungen weniger anfällig für Pilze sein wird. Denn eines ist sicher: Die kommende Woche wird für uns drei heftig. Ich habe das miese Virus und oben drauf noch eine bakterielle Bronchitis. 29 Grad Fieber. August 18, Day 28. Had to flush on Friday due to nutrient lockout. There were purple stems which caught my attention to a possible nutrient deficiency. Coupled by the dark green older fan leaves and bright green of new growth, my Apera TDS meter confirmed nutrient lockout. Kaboom was flushed a total of 4 times Friday night, then foliar fed at 25% strength the next morning. She was given 1.1 liters of pHd water since the top inch was already dry despite flushing the night before. I am taking her thirst to mean she is recovering well. I plan on resuming the GH least aggressive feed schedule tomorrow and will begin feeding with every watering. Now that she's on the mend from the nutrient lockout I can tell she's thirstier than what she used to be, I'm taking that to mean she's hanging in there. Friends, growmies, cousins, comrades, colleagues and cultivars. Updates last week were minimal because this plant mama came down with COVID. Flushing a plant during COVID fever is no joke. Stay well and healthy everyone. August 19, Day 29. Fed at least aggressive strength today until 25% runoff. Included a new supplement to the nutrient line up, silica. Today is the first time I use it so I went easy and used the weakest dose. Plant has 5 main sites so far, yahoozie. To top a second time? No se todavia, deja lo pienso jajaja August 21, Day 31.Topped one more time, clipped the tallest point to give the others time to catch up. I know I will need to defoliate a tiny bit, soon, but I'm a bit scared to remove either too much or a mega vital leaf. I'll watch videos about it and aim for next week. I sprayed the top inch with pH'd water and will feed and water tomorrow morning. August 22, Day 32. Fed and watered, no recharge since I used it on Day 29. As I repositioned the kabob sticks, I noticed a couple of milestones - she is in the very beginning stages of forming pistils and she is beginning to smell. I plan on keeping her in veg for at least 2 more weeks, hopefully this isn't super ambitious for a plant named Kaboom lol 😂 August 24, Day 34. I checked on Kaboom and found that the top inch was totally dry so I fed and watered her. I used everything except recharge, but will use it at next feeding since I'm aiming for 10 days in between applications. I think Kaboom is looking fabulous

The buds on WW#1 are packing on weight, the heartiness of these plants amazes me, I feel it must be the great genetics from Dinafem and RQS because it’s certainly not my skills as a grower. I think I’m nute burning the buds a tiny tiny bit, I’m currently doing a 3:2:1 ratio of the florabloom series 2-3 times a day till run off. Going to slightly lower the amount of nutes and see where that leads me. The smell coming off the two strains is incrediblely distinct and delicious smelling, I find myself standing in front of the plants wafting the air towards me. My carbon filter seems to not be working very well, although I’m not really complaining as stealth isn’t an issue for me, I’d wear this as a cologne... lmao End of week comment: things are well. No major major issues. WW1 nugs are massive and sticky, extremely dense. Lower buds are super lose, probably due to the looming beer bottle nugs above them blocking light. No idea when to harvest though- if anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it. I literally cannot tell the difference between trichomes with my 40x loupe. They all seem clear to me. Maybe some cloudy ones.

Harvest day 76 Harvested due to a single bud at the top having mold, the rest was fine tho, checked really good and there was nothing else. Considering all a OK grow, pretty bad for me but OK, I just wished I had discovered earlier that my EC probe needed to be calibrated and showed double EC values. After my first Mephisto grow I was like "OK that was really really good" and now after this one considering my mishaps I am convinced that the hype around Mephisto is because they really are that good. This was also a test for the rockwool cube stacking + flooding it every 4 hours, will do that again, seemed to work great and easier to clean and rebuild than my NFT build, also starting plants is easy peasy just stick the bean in and wait. This was also a test for my first 24/7 grow, will probably not do that again and give the plant rest at night, the plant seemed to want a night cycle as seen in timelapse even tough it was at 24/7 from the beginning. Will report back when drying is done in about 2 weeks, there will also be a timelapse of that :)
