I'm going to try an 1hour/day of UV light. I want to know if it will increase the weight, increase the trichomes, is it true?

Defoliated on day 19 and 20. One of the Blueberry Cherry had a bunch of nanas on the lowers only, but it's not a full herms. So I left it to monitor. Only one or 2 on some others but on the lowers. The scent is lacking tbh but let's see how it progresses. Switched back to top dress organics and water in brix and aminos.

ph meter is broken. i use ghe liquid to read ph lol ph goes down every night. 650ppm is still too high for this strain, drinks a liter everyday i need a bluelab ph/ec meter 2 Februari: the buds start to appear on the hydro plant with thc everywhere lol

Week 8 of flowering: This week, only water and a little Ata Clean for rinsing. The buds are finishing swelling and starting to take on a beautiful orange/copper color. The sweet-citrus aroma is already intense, and harvest is approaching.

This plant grew very well. I yielded 7 ounces from just one plant, too bad I killed her sister. Honestly the only trouble I ran into, were the problems I created for myself. I am super excited to take everything I learned from this grow and apply it to my next!~

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Day 1 - 03/31/2022 Hello, World! 34th Street AK-47 Autoflower from OCS.ca germinated in 1 day after placing seeds in the freezer over night before planting. This was my 3rd attempt and the freezing method seemed to have done the trick! Sprouted on day 4. I placed the seed in the Aerogarden sponge pod and didn’t press it down too much. When the tap root started, it had nothing to grip onto, so I solved this by cutting a small portion of another sponge and placed it above the seed securing it in place with a loose “lid” on top so the sprout could easily push through. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 3 - 04/02/2022 Hygrometer is in. Was drier than a popcorns fart in the closet so I got the humidifier going and it’s looking good. Went from 22% to 38% humidity in ~1 hour. pH, water temp and EC/PPM all seemed high so I added ~0.5 mL of pH Down that brought the levels to 5.4 (too low). I added ~2 cups of Brita filtered water (water was getting low anyway) before I went to bed from the fridge that helped raise the pH, lower the EC/PPM, and the temp by a few degrees as well. In an attempt to cool the water down a bit over night, I took the “cap” off of the Aerogarden reservoir to let the water ‘breath’ while the light was off between 2 am and 6 am – that did not work... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 4 - 04/03/2022 Water temp remains high at around 28 c. I replaced about 1/3 of the tank with new water and added ~1ml of Miracle Grow. Didn't effect the water temp at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 6 - 04/05/2022 Levels appear the same. Tomorrow I’ll change the water out and start adding FloraMicro, FloraGrow and FloraBloom with some CaliMagic. Might pick up some Root inoculate of sorts or at least some preventative root rot formula – better safe than sorry. I’ll have to start seriously taking care of the water temp as well. Having it always around the 30 degree mark is not good. On a side note, I inadvertently found a great way to bump up humidity and air temp quickly: add boiling/hot water to the humidifier. My humidifier ran out of water over night while I was asleep. At 6:30 am I was lucky enough to notice since the humidifier rattles when empty. Humidity was down to 38% at that point. I went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and it was down to 28%. As luck would have it, there was some left over boiling water on the stove in a kettle and I needed something easy to pour with. I checked back 30 minutes later and the air humidity/temp was up to 60% / 30 C respectively. This was also the first time I added nutrients other than the NutriGrow formula. I mixed everything together in 16 cups of water. NOTE TO SELF: 16 cups is not enough for 1.1 gallons! I had to add another 5 cups of water/nutrients to get the water volume right. I added a bit of NutriGrow only in the last 5 cups with ~1mL of pH down (didn’t measure; kept applying in small doses until pH was around 6). 2/12: I moved the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine into the dark. The Velvet Sugah Bref, GG4, and Berry Bomb are the last plants from this diary, and they are just getting water and Liquidsoil. They are all in the closet now and getting blasted with extremely cold winter air and intense UVB for their last week. 2/13: I harvested the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine tonight. Sexy sexy bitches...ooh la la! Not embarrassed to say that I got major wood while giving them a bath...😜

This plant now only gets overdrive, i didnt flush her so theres still enough nitrogen, it will deplete slowly she will be ready in about 2 weeks

Bloom

Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. By now, everyone knows I use the whole lineup of FRONT ROW AG Nutrients. They do not sponsor me and neither does anyone else…and I like it that way. The last 2 weeks I have hammered them with the Bloom. I followed their nutrient schedule and then raised the EC to around 2.4 by adding straight bloom. All nutrients were then PH’d to 5.5-5.6. This week and next nutrients will be on normal feed off of Front row’s feed chart. Then flush. This week was amazing. The single plant that was lagging behind has caught up to the rest in the room. Probably 2-3 weeks left on the whole room. This week, til finish, temps will be lowered to 77 during the day and 65 at night. I feel this is very important to get a good crust of trichromes on the plants. It will work! Thanks to everyone who has been sticking around. This week has been just keeping them happy/learning the needs of the grow room to keep a steady environment. The humidifiers are pushing hard to keep it at 65~70 so im sure once I bump the RH down next week It will be more manageable. I have to fill humidifier #1 once a day but have to keep a eye on #2. It picks up the slack but it runs out every few days. Will start feeding on Monday so the plant can take the days to start rooting in the new pots. If you live in the south Publix reusable bags are .99 and are great 5gl~ fabric pots. Will find bin to put in the bottom of tent to be able to water to run off but I have time for that.

Day 28- business as usual. May top dress end of this week, not sure. But smells and trichs are setting up and no signs of deficiencies. I probably could push them more but it’s all good for now. Day 30- ditched the trellis and did a heavier defol as the humidity would reach 73 with lights off. See if we can get some better airflow and fatter lowers.

So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all!
