Hey guys week 2 flower check in, Flower nutes started. She's stretching.. around 6-7 inches of stretching within the first week had to Defoliate the lower canopy again to keep good airflow and to promote upwards growth, appears to be working. looking forward to keeping you guys updated in the upcoming weeks. :D

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. As you can see it's not a tru SCROG as the man-lining plant is taller than the others and there's also height differences among it's colas. In the other hand i'm very happy on how the plants are distributing themselves after i removed the training structures. I removed those structures to prevent more stress to the plants, as they have recieved a hard training and i want to give them a breath and also grow as they like. You can see how many vegetation they have, it almost cover the 85-90% of the tent, in the middle of flowering week 3 i will perform a massive defoliation. This week i can see how the Gorilla with the main-lining is developing more defined and taller colas than the other plants, let's see how they evolve in some weeks. Happy New Grow Year 🎈🌿🌹🌺🌻🔥🤩😍 to all my fellow Gromie's may it be a joyful & bountiful & of course quality new grow year. The 2 Orange sherbet clones are powering on! #1 is going to really fill out the space In the flowering tent 🤩 she is going to go nuts in flowering stretch! #2 going great as well. Unfortunately I should have have replanted the clones earlier last week when photos were taken as they were very healthy. But after checking on them 1 night, came in next night to find I hadn't turned the pump back on! & Yeah the heat had gotten to them a bit, have been replanted into final homes, put into veg tent, the 2&3 stem clones have suffered & dying off. Obviously couldn't support all the growth of 2& 3 stems being a bit unhealthy. The single stem clones are all coming back to health. Had planned to grow 3 Afghan kush, which didn't germinate ( seeds mafia) , & thankfully I've got these 2 girls to put into flower in the next few weeks once the flowering run is done. Was supposed to have 4 plants ready to go in & replace the ones that get harvested , going to start some new FF strains.👍

She has a sweet cookies and pine smell. Very frosty and should be a very calming smoke. I didn't have any major issues during the grow. I'm really impressed with this strain the growth is explosive and no issues at all so far, she has had som lst done and light defoliatian. Hopefully she is starting to go into flower soon, she smells quite strong already.

Wow she grew loads this week!!!!!!! She actually over tripled her height! From 21cm to 69! Incredible. Look at all her lower branches too! The massive internode length means they're almost as tall as the main cola!!!!!!!!

Tied her down as much as possible. Removed any leaves blocking any bud sites. I also removed most of the outside fan leaves for no other reason then they are getting too long, not keeping their hands to themselves. I added a video of the roots this week.

On cruise control now, done some defoliation here and there but that's it, feeding every 2-3 days and they are swelling up very nicely. OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊
