Decent strain to grow. Finished mid October. Did pretty good against mold and pests. Earthy lemoney smell. Fed 6 part GH nutes through a drip feed system.

6.18.25. 7th week of flower started on 6.16. To bad I stunted this one so bad because the quality is very good just quantity is sad. About 2-3 weeks left until harvest! Started lowering nutrient strength get a nice flush for the final 2-3 weeks

Day 65 harvest of the main buds and some bigger side buds. Lower parts stay for a couple more days for better results.

Had some major deficiencies pop up but with some help from some top tier growers they were able to get me back on track.

This week went well for the Durban Nights. Not much to report, she hit day 14 today and is working on her 3rd node, I will transplant her in 48 hours, then hopefully top her in about a week or less. I will wait for her to grow at least 7 nodes so I am sure her roots are solid before the topping, but she will absolutely explode after transplanted into coco coir so that shouldnt be a problem. I will also complete the first two sets of toppings at the 3rd node, so that should shave a little time off as well as I previously completed the 2nd and 3rd toppings at the 5th and 3rd node to further spread out the plant. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. Smell Increased a lot this week and got that real sticky-icky-ickyness to the touch now it’s like glue :) and smells fire… So fruity and sweet took a few more fans off possibly almost all apart from a few lol got a bit aggressive with her so she paid me back by giving me hives or whatever the bumps on my arms I always get are haha 😂 but yeah to allow the lighter green lower bits to get a little More light for the last few weeks 💚🔥💪

Getting up there with the longest fattest buds ive had on a plant still a long way to go been a breeze to grow no problems or hiccups had the best start to life and the best nuitrents since switching to xpertnuitrents ive seen a massive improvement in my buds quality amd size

Dont know why but while i was defoliating the Chemdog smelled a little bit like soap haha. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Day 53 of flower today. I filled the reservoir from empty and stopped using the macro. I replaced it with General hydroponics Ripen at 5ml a gallon. Everything is frosty and smells good. As far looks I like the RC the best and the PE the least. I'm going to end up with a sheet ton of it out of the 3 so I hope I'm wrong! 😆 I'm going to do a lower defoliation mid week to get more air flowing. RH is stable but I just want to be careful 🧐 being this close to the finish line. This is definitely one of the easiest runs I've had. It seems PE is pretty maxed when it comes to nutrition but LMC and RC could take a bit more. My PE phenotype is super stretchy compared to them as well.

This was week 4 of flower, she smells nice! I use living soil so there isnt much to do. I just observe make sure all is going well.

Finished week 9 and cut them down... It was a forest.

Another week has passed and this lady seems to have recovered from last week's sudden problems. I just kept feeding with clear water, I suspect low PH and my solution fixed it. I also raised the light a little more, this SP 3000 is a true beast of a light, and especially the Kush in the middle couldn't handle it that well. Thank you @MarsHydroLED I did some final defoliating, only bundled up leaves and leaves covering major bud sites. This Orange Hill Special is something else though, Im happy to grow this, she is pretty and sophisticated in all, almost majestic. The buds are speckled with orange hairs, the shape of each like a round ball of ice cream. She was pretty from seedling on and looking back, I would have loved some offspring of this pheno. She is a thrill and no signs of male parts on this one, although it can happen with this strain. So glad I have some more seeds and cant wait to put a tentful of this. Don't let its low score dissuade you, yes there is a chance she hermies but when she doesn't my my my... Check em out here @DutchPassion_Official She smells of orange and tangerine with a very strong hazy undertone. This combination promises a great smoke and frankly, I cant wait. This grow is going to be testing my coco based auto watering setup. The plants will eventually be going into 2.5 gallon airpots which I cut to be very tall and narrow which I hope will give great performance for this grow style. Nutrient solution will be pumped from a 5 gallon bucket to halo-style drip emitters 6 times a day for 5-10 second intervals. I am going to try to use inline flow control knobs to dial in the watering and allow for slight runoff every fertigation. For lighting I am using my HLG 100 watt lights, one per plant. I am a big fan of these quantum boards, they have given great performance in the past! Thanks for reading! 🌱👍 May 13 day 1: the Blackberry breached after germinating in a rapid rooter for 2 days. I am impressed with how quickly this seed popped! It had no issues with stuck seed casings, which I find is the main downside of germinating in rapid rooters. I am excited about this one! May 16 day 3: Auto watering drip emitters are set up, and I am testing them to dial in the amount of runoff it produces. I also planted the seedlings/rapid rooters into 1 litre grow bags and began feeding nutrients. They are still under the humidity dome for now for the time being and seem to be doing well. Day 4: seedlings doing well, they are staying under the dome untill they grow their next set of leaves, then I will take them out and run a humidifier.

High hopes for next week, just bought Biobizz Trypack Indoor and BioBizz ActiVera.
