I raised the light a few inches as this is a very stout plant and I wanted a little more stretch between nodes before topping. Otherwise, we should be topping this plant middle of next week.

Bud development is really nice. Now you can clearly see purple buds, starting to produce a layer of resin. The purple from spreads from the inside to the sugar leaves, leaving a nice colour. The smell to this point, is not that strong. But she smells like a doughy overripe fruit, very sweet, but not yet like a cherry. I'm excited to see, how it's gonna turn out in the end. She is not a thirsty plant and is not asking for a lot of nutrients. I just added a small mixture of bloom fertilizer, just to prevent deficiency symptoms. O guess she will take another 5 to 6 weeks, to become fully ripened. So far the plant is really easy to handle , just don't overfeed her and she is running on her own.

So she grew 53 cm this week!!!!!!!!! Over 20" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally out of headroom. Hopefully gonna be awesome. 😎

So today’s the day I did my first weed harvest. Never thought I could feel such emotions over a plant but I’ve spent a lot of time with her over the last few months. Hopefully I’ve done her proud. I planned on doing a dry trim so I took off all the bigger fan leaves to start. I noticed a lot of the fan leaves had some trichs around the base so I kept these. I don’t know if you would class them as sugar leaves but I am going to try and make some tea from them. In my drying cabinet the average rh% is about 75 so I’m running a small dehumidifier which is bringing it down to about 65% which I think is a bit above the ideal. It’s been hot today and temp in cabinet is around 25 degrees C but due to be cooler from tomorrow. Anyway I’m off for a cup of tea, I will update with effects and dry weights over the next few days. Update** So eddy 2 has been drying for 8 days, and she’s now trimmed and in jars. To be honest I found her a pain in the ass to trim there was a lot of long spindly buds (I would say airy) so the trim pile is pretty big with a mix of sugar leaves and airy buds. It’s not a problem as I’m definitely going to make some edibles so it’s all good for that. I’m still really pleased with the amount I got off of her and if her sister produces the same I will be over the moon! Eddy 2 weights (harvest day 82) Wet - 623g Dry Buds - bang on 100g Dry trim - 51g Eddy 1 weights (harvested day 97) Wet - 496g Smoke Report; Full disclosure I haven’t smoked weed for 20 years and even when I did it was only now and again at parties. I also don’t smoke. I’ve had anxiety and depression since I was a kid and I’ve been on all sorts of pills to try and help it. After doing some research on CBD and THC I thought I would give it a go! I’m also looking to cut down my alcohol intake and I’m really hoping this is a new way to relax and get that buzz on a Friday/Saturday night. I don’t want to smoke it so I’m going to get a dry herb vape I’m just waiting for it to be delivered. So here goes: The tea was a bust! Well unless you like lemony butter water. I don’t think there was anywhere near enough of the good stuff as I didn’t feel a thing. Still no vape so I bought a cheap bong. FML I think I coughed up a lung 😂😂 definitely got a buzz but I couldn’t enjoy it as my fucking throat was on fire for hours! STILL no vape so I made one. And that’s more like it. Tasty cool vapour and a nice relaxing buzz after. I didn’t have too much (about 3 hits) as I know I’m a lightweight. For the first 30 minutes or so I was light headed and happy (like after your first couple beers after a long day). Then I felt my body physically relaxing and I just chilled on the sofa for a couple hours watching tv. I went straight to sleep when I got to bed (which never happens) and I had a great nights sleep. Only downside was a headache in the morning but could put that down to many things and it was gone after a coffee

Another week of decent growth 🌱 All three plants seem to be healthy and are growing quite a lot each day. Having to adjust the light on a daily basis to avoid too much light exposure. Some little deficiencies showing here and there but for the most part they are looking good. 🤞🏻👨‍🌾🏻🤞🏻 ✌️

This level of RH mimics a tropical environment, creating the ideal conditions for delicate young plants that need extra hydration support as they begin to develop roots and leaves. Why High Humidity? • Encourages Strong Root Development: At nearly 100% RH, plants focus on root growth while pulling in moisture directly from the air, helping them establish themselves early on. • Protects from Stress: The high humidity reduces transpiration (water loss through leaves), which prevents drying and keeps seedlings hydrated. • Promotes Healthy Leaf Growth: With constant access to moisture, the leaves expand smoothly, giving each plant a strong start in the vegetative phase. Growth Status & Observations 🌱 These little mutants are showing some funky characteristics and growing at their own unique pace—a perfect reminder that no two plants are the same! Each seedling has sprouted its initial set of leaves, and I’m seeing great promise in their vigor and resilience. Key Observations: • Color: The seedlings are a healthy green, with some displaying slight variances in shade—typical of unique genetics like Mentha de Croco. • Structure: Leaves are developing steadily, with short internodes (the space between sets of leaves) that hint at nice, compact growth patterns as they continue. • Energy: Each plant seems to be finding its rhythm, which is a beautiful thing to watch! Some are taking their time, while others are diving right into rapid growth. Nutrients & Supplements 💧 For this first week, I’m keeping it light on nutrients, letting the seedlings draw what they need from the Root Riots and the remaining seed stores. However, I’ve continued using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster, both at 1ml/L, to support foundational growth. Why These Nutrients? • Aptus Regulator: Adds silicon to fortify cell walls, giving the seedlings extra strength to handle environmental changes. Ze is week 14 ingegaan, maar ze is er nog niet. De meeste haren zijn nog wit en ze zal geoogst worden wanneer ongeveer 75% van de haartjes bruin zijn. Ze krijgt sinds vorige week alleen nog Spa Reine mineraalwater.(zie foto) Ik zal gedurende de week nog verse foto's updaten van deze prachtige koningin. ✌️🏽

Day 52, stacking beautifully. Got her last kelp potassium boost today. I’m thinking another feed of a Green rush beefy bud on day 56 before starting to flush/ripen. It should be finishing off that 70/30 Gaia feed I gave a month ago. Very eager to smoke some of this medicine. LEMONS! Slowed down to drinking 3L of water every two days again. I ended up cutting all nutrients out for a ripening. I never went back with a Green rush feed. Im positive there is very little gaia breaking down in the soil if any ! Cloudy trichomes happened this week too ! very eager. Ill be adding a final week photos plus hanging and wet weight photos in a week or two and then in a month you can come back and see what final product and weight looks like with a smoke review!! thanks for making it this far ! i appreciate you guys checking on my progress !
