Day 50: I'm back home and she survived!! With only 1 L in 12 Days. Awesome. I love this plant. Day 5x: she grows and grows and she looks so pretty. Let's see how dense are her buds going to be...

The strawberry gorilla has come out of the soil and it pushed itself up very well without having to dig it up out the soil. This is one plant I’m excited for I hope it grows to look like the photos The temps are rising around here making it some much easier to start seedling than in the winter with heater on full blast

What a champ! She didn't even blink an eye at the massive defoliation I did... she's eating and drinking and going to give me a pretty good harvest I think. Just amazing! Going to bump up the EC today to 1.2 and keep it there for the rest of her run... Honestly, I'm so impressed with this little lady, I can hardly believe her... and to think there were so many times I was going to throw in the towel and start over... I'm glad she wasn't able to read my thoughts! 10/27 - She continues to humble me... her persistence makes me ashamed of my earlier pessimism... each bud site is stacking - there will be few, if any small single buds (not talking "popcorn" but rather decent sized but still single buds)... She's plowing through the water and the nutes .... I've got the lights up as high as they can go unless I end up having to rest them on top of the top crossbars of the tent (which I may have to do!). I may try to eliminate or at least mitigate that problem with some creative LST efforts... she won't mind... she hasn't really minded anything I've done.. Also going to do a little bit more defoliation today... 10/28 - EC and pH are both nice and stable... she's gone through about 1/2 gallon since yesterday so will top up the reservoir. Didn't get the defoliation done yesterday.. heading in to do it NOW! :-D 10/31 - Haven't been terribly attentive to this part of the diary - but there's been little to say! She's doing really well, drinking a lot and handling a LOT of defoliation like a champ... And tomorrow, she turns 8 weeks old... I'm thinking she's going to run for another 5 weeks or so... Buds are rather slow growing at this moment in time but again, I'm not worried about her at all ...

Boa notícia: O calor foi embora e voltou a marcar 26°C no grow. DAY 32 Após breve seca, as meninas receberam um pouco de água oxigenada para ajudar as raízes prejudicadas com o overwater. DAY 33 Minhas garotas estavam com sede, ficaram felizes... Eu também! Espero desta vez não errar na quantidade de água. DAY 34 Aumentei o intervalo das regas. Acho que estou acertando. Feels like this is taking forever lol hairs starting to turn brown and starting to get thick and resiny. Nice smell, girls are still really thirsty, drinking 18-20L every 4-5 days. Can’t wait to see the end weight. Also wish I had something to test the quality like T check.. I’m thinking 2-4 weeks left. Still some white flies around but the big boss is keeping them at bay

19/07/20 (Sunday) 7AM - Set 4 seeds to germinate in cups of water (Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Columbia) 7PM - St. Vincent and the Grenadines seed shows taproot 9PM - Trinidad and Tobago seed shows taproot 10PM - Seed from Jamaica shows taproot 11PM - Set the 3 germinated seeds into individual half gallon pots filled with promix. 20/07/20 11AM - SVG seed rises to the soil level 8PM - Jamaican follows suit 11PM - TT also exposes itself 21/07/20 The weather and forecast for the week show scattered showers and the seedlings are showing early signs of stretching so I decide to build a makeshift grow tent to supplement their light cycle while bringing them outside for a minimum of 4 hours every day to acclimate them. I decided on a 75W output LED bulb with a temperature of 6500K and 1055 lumens while using my room fan to simulate wind for healthy stem growth. 22/07/20 The plants show slowed stretch symptoms but still not to the level I want, so I revamp the 'grow tent' with reflective material (crumpled aluminium foil for more reflective surfaces) and upgraded the bulb to a 100W output LED with the same temperature and a higher luminousity of 1350. One cotyledon on the SVG strain was broken but not completely sheared off, but I'll leave it to its own devices. 23/07/20 Columbian seed has yet to germinate so I added another from my backups. 24/07/20 Seedlings have shown normal rates of growth so I think the current grow tent is sufficient. When I took them outside they endured light gusts and rainfall for a half hour during their sun bask. I decided to add foil to the door of the tent to trap more light in. 25/07/20 Tropical Storm Gonzalo may make landfall today and the skies are set up for thunderstorms so I decided to keep the plants in their indoor setup for the full 18hrs of their light cycle. Since both Columbian seeds still show no signs of germination, I decide to go collect another strain. I got my hands on a 21 day old Dominican Republic strain that was grown in a seedling tray and left there; It was fed once with 20-20-20 and calmag. The cotyledons were white, the stem red between the top nodes and yellow the rest of the way down, the leaves a light green, and it was no taller than 2 inches excluding it's 1 inch sq root cube. I immediately transplanted it into my remaining half gallon pot upon returning home, dampened the soil with my spray bottle and left it to sit with the others and finish the light cycle.

143gr for the Larger pheno and 97 for the shorter, very respectable yield in total for 3 Wk Veg. Total 240gr even they each had 1.5’x1.5’ of space. Big yielder, buds are 10/10 & very easy to grow . Could be prone to mold in an uncontrolled environment.

La EC se mantiene estable, pero el PH no, baja demasiado por lo que he decidido esta semana corregirlo con ph+. Se mantuvo toda la semana en 6.2 se rellena tanque con 20 litros cada 2 días. un volumen muy bueno. A casi 1,2 litros al día por planta Se ha disparado el tamaño por el centro, algo lógico teniendo en cuenta que por esa zona recibe la luz de los dos lados del foco continuamente. Se ha girado el foco para mayor comodidad ya que tocaba el cable en una barra y se quedaba enganchado. un tema peligroso. Estoy gratamente sorprendido con este foco, su rendimiento es espectacular. no se que ocurrirá cuando ponga el otro 😲 Las plantas tienen unos tallos fuertes y preparados para soportar grandes pesos. So now I have finally harvested my first hydro plant!! It was a pleasure. My partner and I were busy cutting the plant all Sunday. Everything is ready and it is now hanging! To grow: I'll keep it short. At the beginning I worked according to the individual cann thinning scheme. Halfway through the grow I started working with H2o2 because I couldn't maintain the temperatures in the water to avoid illness. The plant was grown like a photoperiod plant because I also had photos in the tent. The plant also suffered a nutrient burn during the flowering phase. I think I worked with the PK 13/14 too early. I'm happy that I was able to learn so much from the grow.

Day 9- A little disappointed with the sprouting process but I will move on and try to do my best with what I have! Day 14- Transplant day/ DWC / 5 gallons Low's Bucket/ 10 inches Net Pot / (GENERAL HYDROPONICS WATERFARM FARM KIT WATER RING + Air Stone)

Day 28 veg: All is going daily good with these 3 ladies from Exotic Seed. The burn in the leaves is from a treatment forbrhe horrendous fungus gnat issue that ibhad hoped to managed but they are winning. lol. I am daily spraying them with home made treatment of steeped tobacco and dish soap with bicarb of soda. I caught the leaves with aspray here and there leading to the discolouration and burn The Strawberry cola is doing well and forming a nice top cola with good height supporting side branching . hopefully I can keep them together as the canopy grows. There are hints of white hairs on the bracts so flowering is close. Herz O.g is a big lady so far .Her f.i.m went good and could benefit the end yield . Shebhas fairly wide spacing on her frame so far so I will have to watch the stretch carefully. White hairs at the bracts are showing her female gender through so another close to flowering. she will need some l.s.t to stay in good light. Monster Mash looks happy enough and is keeping pace with the others so far. let's see what next week reveals. be safe folks

I was using a very cheap light at this stage which was averaging 80 ppfd which was crap. I was feeding tap water leaving it for 24 hours. At that time I was feeding them bottled water with 7.5 ph water 2 off them are bag seeds so I don’t know the gender

That is my 2nd grow, so i tried some Lst. I use two tents and change positions depending on needs and size of the plants. I did half a Pack of "Monster Bud Mix" (Zamnesia) in the soil, now i feed little amount of Plagron (i dont feed every watering). She made no bigger problems (sometimes she showed signs of lightstress, iguess - i am still figuring out why), but i am a noob in this game and others would have better results. From day to day she looks more delicious. In all i like the result of this strain. 1 of 1 germinated august 28th.
