This plant is finally over. This was my very first plant in general and I went with DWC. The learning and experience I have got has been bountiful. This was not as easy as I figured to be but I have a huge appreciation now. --------Mistakes------------ I topped the plant twice super stunted snapped a main branch. Put it back together with tape it survived Took me 1 full month to figure out the nutrient ratio to provide got discouraged from the mistakes and neglected the plant for 3 weeks Had light burn while trying to figure out what light it can handle ---------Overall Results------- With this being my first run in a DWC I am happy with the results. I got 50grams overall of very sticky covered with trichomes larf that has a beautiful fruit loops aroma to her She smokes really good for what it is. She has small buds that aren't very dense and burns pretty fast because how leafy Taste great, gives a great high, smooth smoke through a Volcano With the grow and the overall way the plant has came out with this harvest I give myself a grade A lot of room to improve but with it being my first grow and the amount I learned overall I give myself a GRADE: C+ Was a great experience and I can't wait for what the future holds with my homegrown experience!! ** HARVEST DAY FOR PHENO2: 09-27-2022 ** Pictures are from weeks 11~17. Flowering was a breeze, the girls were pretty much on cruise control, I only had to water and feed them every week or so. Notes of spicy orange, really pungent smell. Both are very similar in that regard, one being more spicy and the other more fruity.

Things are started to get some size to the buds. I upped the nutes PPM this week to 1050. The durban clearly has awhile longer to go while the green crack looks like it might be done sooner then later. I'm debating giving green crack it's first overdrive feeding next week.. we will see how the buds are looking then.. I used to feed a week earlier then I should have so I'm trying not to get too ancy with it yet. Both look great.. some slight light burn so the light went from 100% to 80%... just put up to 90% to see how it reacts.. if any issue I'll go back to 80%.. that might be the most it can handle at 18 inches at this point. Gave a heavy defoliation to both plants tonight after nutrient freeding. I defoliated more of the top leaves to expose more bud sites. Then I defoliated the bottom buds sites that I know won't amount to anything and the twig branches coming from the bottom that don't get any light neither. Took 3 hours to get it all accomplished.. forgot to take before and after pics but both plants were monsters.. not much light could really get thru the top canopy Now light gets thru the entire plant so the lower buds are exposed to light and better air flow for sure. My final defoliation will be 1.5 weeks before harvest.. pretty much at the point I start to consider beginning my flush. That way it will fatten up the buds and help finish the buds that haven't been getting much light. Excited to see the final results.. this my first time really doing a heavy defoliation throughout a plants entire life cycle. It defintely helps final yield if done correctly from what I've seen. I figured I'd give it a try and see how it goes.. so far I'm satisfied with the results.

Day 28-35 Mistake d28-29 (videos) Shortly after transplantation, I tried to LST the plants by making a bend in the main line. However, I did it too quickly and without proper preparation. This ended up more like a HST. The poorly developed roots suffered from the force coming from the bending. I also happen to have increased the DLI from 25 to 30-32 which surely didn't help. The result of this was stomped growth plus leaf scorch mainly caused from roots damage and lack of hydration/nutes intake. Fortunately, they did a nice comeback during the following days. Plants 1 and 3 survived the pinching d31 Plants 2 and 4 were topped from severe pinching d31 Grow room was updated to final setup d34 They are drinking like healthy plants d34 Controls setup: DLI 32mol RH 60% Temp 24.8°C Plants fan 30m/15m - on/off Extract fan >= 25.3°C
