- Day 62 and the 4 of the mephs are with some amber crystals already ( Stomper#1,#2 & GWK#1,#2), - Stomper #3 (D62) and SODK (D57) are a few weeks behind. - Stomper and GWK produced a light>medium bud structure (tap water only🚿) with full of crystals 💎 (pretty cool for an auto with little effort), not yielders (soil organic) thought but with buds to make diamond rings. - SODK looking more like a yielder from these 3 strains with more compact buds and indica structure. - Humidity a little higher than the optimum this week, except Stomper#3 & SODK we didn't water the plants too much and we had some dry periods in the medium. - Made a final defoliation before harvest (4), we will dry the buds in a dry machine (as the Root66 dairy 👀) and make the rest trimming before curing. 🔕 Smells were super stealth until now, no problem at all and the buds looking and smelling dense when touching and checking them. ⚠️ Next update --> next week with the first part of the meph harvest 🤯.

She grew well this week. Another 11cm. Day 42 - I trimmed off about 6 large fan leaves to give lower bud sites some light. This is her last week of 20/4 veg.

She is fully in flower now and is stretching 😻, hoping she stretches a lot more tho. She wasn't very thirsty, she only needed 2,4l of water. I again used 4ml of biobizz grow and bloom. I also removed a few leaves to make sure that every budsite gets enough sunlight.

Week went smooth plants kept on producing leaves and was showing a little bit more consistent

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

Wow a long week, experiment definitely started showing differences but also mistakes were made. First I missed a watering a let them get too dry soil starting to stay a dark color and threw me off... But watered and fed anyway but I think because I was using pH drops to test water (didn't know how easy it is to break the meters) I may have made concentration too acidic or soil turning acidic. I don't think there is any nutrient burn just deficiencies (calcium and phosphorus) but I could be wrong. Ordered cal-mag just in case. One thing I've noticed not sure if it is only because 5 gal pots but plants 1 nd 2 looking massive. I may only use 5 gal pots next time but still early to tell. If anyone wants more info on what I'm trying to test or see something I'm doing wrong plz comment. PS soil is waaaay different than hydro lol

She's pretty much on autopilot now. Trichomes clear still.

The two super-cropped plants healed up nicely and have grown more bushier in week 8. The top of the main-stem is showing sidewards now and the buds on it have turned upwards, towards the lights. The two SANlight EVO4-120 are dimmed to 100% and hang 30 cm above the top of the plants at this stage. My genetic gems LOVE the spectrum and intensity of these LED-fixtures and grow like hell under them, its amazing to see. The BIO-NOVA nutrients are still given at half strength from their recommended SOIL-CULTIVATION schedule and the plants have a nice healthy green color. Only the CHEESE-plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS starts to show some symptoms of overfeeding (gets rust brown spots and yellow leaf-tips). I will have to keep an eye on this plant. The amount of flower-crowns that are developing now is ASTOUNDING! In the close-up pics of the flower-crowns you can see, that the trichome production has started already! The plants start to smell more now and I can't wait for them to get the fruity aroma I expect.

Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #2 FBT #2206 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! 🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. The PRO-MIX soil was the perfect foundation — light, fluffy, with excellent aeration. It all worked in harmony. After unpotting, I carefully washed every root system, removing all soil to prepare them for the next chapter of their story. Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us.
