The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. Tuesday Ok so the plants are doing really well. One of the kalini Asia plants is in the only regular pot I’m using now. It’s a little larger than the AutoPot XL’s so therefore the plant is slightly bigger but spread out because I topped it a while ago and today I took all the bottom leaves as well as quite a few of the lower lateral branches that well small and weak. Hopefully this will encourage the energy to where it want it - The main growth tips! I think it was the other kalini Asia that is in the AutoPot XL that I ended up ‘super cropping’? Do correct me if I used the wrong term. The main growth stems were quite a lot higher than the large lateral branches so I squeezed the stem with my finger and flopped the main colas over then taped them and tied them to support them. The canopy is MUCH more even across all plants now. They look a bit bent over at the moment but I bet when I look tomorrow they are all facing the light again. Magic! They are def in the stretch phase now. They are growing like crazy. I’m really glad I did the nasty job of pulling each plant out and tying it down and cutting off the shit that won’t grow anything good. Oh I also gave them a watering from the top using lots of microbes (ecothrive biosys) and molasses dissolved into warm water. The res was basically empty and honestly the AutoPot XL’s don’t even look wet at all on top even though they are getting all the water they need. They don’t react negatively when I occasionally water goodies in from the top so it’s all good!!

Bueno esta semana se sube el EC a 0,8 aprox. Probé a hacer un corte apical ( no sé si lo hice bien 🙁) y una defoliación, si todo va bien la próxima pasamos a floración. Esperemos resistan mis torturas, pobrecitas!🙏 Esta semana fue bien, soportaron los cortes y se recuperaron bien, mucho olor a vegetal....🌲🌲🌲🌲👌

Holky jsou ve finále, teď je ještě propláchnu a půjdou mi dělat radost :) Palice jsou o trochu tmavší než minule, voní stále silně a lepí snad i jen při pohledu, listy trochu zežloutly, řekl bych normální průběh před sklizní :)

Day 61 - Into week 9 and back from my little vacation and the wife did good with the girls while I was gone. The girls didn’t need water today but when she dries out, I will be giving her a feeding of nutes. I did a bit of defoliating today and some more leaf tucking. She’s grew up a ton since I left and the buds are looking gorgeous. She’s definitely putting out an awesome smell right now. Day 62 - Nothing new really today, just checked her to ensure she didn’t need water and tucked leaves again. She’s definitely starting to put out a smell of an old wet shoe or something. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and gave her a feeding of nutes today. Fed her with the FoxFarm trio and went to runoff to check the pH. Water going in was 6.7 and coming out easy 6.6 so all is looking good.

Stomp my feet for this one but I did not weigh it. Nope, I smoked it. My bad. I started out only smoking a small bud and then one led to another and I got busy, yadda yadda LoL Go to plant #2 for better details.

Am one week into flush, a lot of leaves went yellow but hope not anything too ad will be cropping in one week. Is 76 days old. Can't believe how big has got 😁

This weeks video is not to trick anyone or deceive anyone. These plants are tough and if you start them young at higher EC values they will adapt. Never feed them to the point of harm…if you start to see burnt tips on the leaves then back off the EC. I hope all my videos helped someone along this journey. WEEK 7 TIME TO FLUSH FOR 2 WEEKS NUTRIENTS USED THIS WEEK PH’D WATER 5.8 It’s the end of week 7 and all is well. I will defoliate slowly over the next 2 weeks. All the major fan leaves will come off and any sugar leaves will be left in tact. Temps will be lowered, especially nighttime temperatures. Shooting for 66 degrees and 40% humidity at night. Daytime VPD will stay consistent at 1.4. CO2 will stop sometime this week. Really I am just looking to harden the colas not grow them any further. This weeks video is about EC “stacking”. I think it’s a good one and blows some people’s misconceptions about EC build up in the substrate. Just like you can train your plants with trellis netting, so can you train them with high EC. YOUR ENVIRONMENT MUST BE RIGHT BEFORE TRYING THIS. High CO2 levels and warm temps are a must for this to work and maintain rapid growth. Good luck guys and see you next week!

10.08. OG KUSH Day 107# The plant is making great progress, with the fact that the day after the last update it broke during a storm..it broke in the middle of the tree where it splits into two main stems... After this much stress, plants either die or go wild, this one got through the critical period without any problems (I immediately tied it with laces where it broke and gave it against stress), so I expect some crazy flowers and now it has to stretch like crazy... Today it started to form crowns and will in the next ones days to enter early flowering The day before yesterday was the end of her 15th week. 2 days ago she got half a dose boost and a dose of bloom, and bloom again this morning. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

coming along nicely, this one did not like the low temps. I found 1 bud with some rot on it, cut that out. NO PWM thanks to the foliar sprays of Si. Buds did not grow much from last week to this one due to cold temps. This is an indoor strain here or its going to need to be crossed with something that likes the cooler fall temps.

5 days under the Mars Hydro and the growth is noticeable!

The best quality cannabis I have grown so far. Sweet and smooth with a mellow, balanced and creative high. Nuggs look amazing after 12 days curing. Shame I don't have any more seeds, will def grow again. RQS done a great job. 123 Gram of top quality bud and 32 Gram of trim for hash. Sincere thanks to the grow diaries community. In just over a year I have learned enough to grow top quality medicine at a fraction of what I would normally pay. Plus, it's such an interesting hobby!
