Here comes the first Preflower Update

Plants 1 & 3 are doing good. #1 is a beast so far. I will probably start flushing plant #3 here soon, she got stunted and I don’t think she’s really packing on weight anymore. So part of plant #2 was dry enough for jars after 5 days. Dry trimmed about an 38g. Still have about 2-3x as much left to trim. I think I’ll wet trim the other two it seems way harder to dry trim. I’ll have a total dry weight for plant #2 tomorrow.

Bio Tabs NL. vs. Weedefix (Stuttgart/ Germany) Hier im Weedefix Grow haben wir nun nach 29 Tagen des Einpflanzens eine Höhe von 45 cm Erreicht. Im Wachtum lässt sich vermutlich beobachten, dass die Weedefix Komponenten etwas mehr performen, da die Pflanze insgesamt etwas buschiger und schneller im Wuchs ist. Das nur Mal zum jetzt feststellen. Dadurch dass mir bei der anderen Pflanze ein Seitentrieb abgebrochen ist, habe ich der Fairness wegen bei dieser Pflanze den Trieb an der gleichen Stelle ebenfalls abgeschnittenen. Diese Woche, habe ich mit Wasser und 5ml Wachstum (Ferment mit Melasse und Hefeextrakten) gegossen. Und es zeichnet sich bereits ein stärker werdendes Aroma ab. Keine Komplikationen, alle Pflanzen sehen gesund aus und entwickeln sich gut. Der Lichtzyklus wurde über 6 Tage hinweg schrittweise reduziert, jeden Tag eine Stunde weniger Licht. Heute ist der erste Tag mit 12/12 Licht-Dunkel-Zyklus und damit der offizielle Start der Blütephase. Erste Anzeichen der Blüte sind sichtbar, Internodienabstand nimmt zu, das Wachstum verlagert sich in die Höhe. Keine Mangelerscheinungen oder Stressanzeichen. In den kommenden Tagen wird das Stretching genau beobachtet. Ab nächster Woche beginnt das Monitoring der Vorblüten.

Not giving her much water these days; today’s may have been here last. I think one more week, maybe two?

Excited for the flowering phase. So far plants seem to be very healthy. They’re stretching noticeably now every day. A few white hairs coming along. Smell isn’t loud seems to be coming along shortly.

She grows nice and quick if you Treat her well! I transplanted and made a couple mistakes so she didn’t reach 100% imo but it’s still a nice turn out! Hadn’t she not gotten pollinated I think the yield would’ve been more! Oh well still not a bad turnout will compare her to my other cut of this strain I have finishing up! Hey guys! Sorry for the big delay since my previous grow! Right now I'm growing some babies from Royal Queen Seeds! Kali Dog! 😃 The first week was calm! The babies broke out from their shells rather fast and two babies grew out of their jiffy pods rather fast! Also, since the strain is Kali Dog I decided to name each of the plants with a different dog name! I'm still unsure about the names but the first two are called Roko and Max! For the first time I also noticed the first buds looked... different? You'll be able to see them in the photos tho... and once again two of my babies are suffering from helmet head 😰 But eh, I'm used to it. Gladly it's an easy error to fix. I'll try to make a longer timelapse (these were bad!) but I didn't know my camera battery wasn't enough for long sessions 😝 Anyway, thanks for reading! See you all next week! 👋

I still have problems with high levels of humidity, usually around 65% during the night and 55% during the day, I ended up removing more leaves to try to reduce the amount of humidity in the air. I can see that the buds grew since last week, I was expecting the buds to be a bit bigger this week, but I'm happy with the current size, but I'm happy with the amount of trichomes present. This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

The overall cycle was a lengthy process for a fast version variety. Therefore, I would personally consider this as a normal photoperiod type based on this growth experience. However, the results were worth waiting for and produced some extravagant buds with colours unseen before. The taste is somewhat Berry fruity affect along with earth like aroma (I smoke pure cannabis only). Good head high followed by relaxation somewhat, overall excellent plant and would consider growing again. Bit disappointing on the dry weight but its all satisfying in the end. I may try Geotextile pots next time to help boost the yield and performance.
