D64. A new week starts, and the stretch continues. Sigh. The first girl stopped at 80 cm, while the second is over 130 cm and still stretching. If she doesn't stop soon, I'll be in real trouble. Quite frustrating since it will affect both yield and quality. I added a few sachets with predatory Cucumeris mites to the girls. There are no problems, and I haven't scouted any bugs, but since I had thrips in the tent in the previous grow, I want to be proactive in case some bugs survived. I gave the second girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with bokashi and fermented fruit juice. ------------------------------ D67. The second girl stretched even more to a point where one of the tops touched a light. To combat this problem, I removed the first girl and put her in my small drying tent since my LSD-25 was just done drying. It's a wee bit tight, and I had to add some side-lighting to get enough photons to her, but it should work out. The yield will take a hit, but I suspect the second girl will more than make up for it. I moved the second girl into the middle of the tent and thus could bend the tops outward, creating more space to the light. I also removed additional foliage in her lower canopy. The second girl is massive, by far the largest auto I've grown, and she drinks a lot and requires daily watering. Considering her size, I am concerned that she will run out of nutrients, so I need to devise a strategy for keeping her fed. Topdressing will be tricky as the pot is already quite full, but I will add as much as possible and then feed compost teas often. ------------------------------ D70. We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and the second girl is still stretching. She has slowed down, but one of the tops I already had bent hit the light, so I had to bend it even more. I top-dressed the second girl today to give her a boost, considering her size. I used kelp powder, rock dust, neem meal, calcified seaweed, and worm castings. She then got 2 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with fulvic and humic acid. ------------------------------

Water week but something crazy happened and I'm a little confused. I brought fem seeds but it looks like they wanted to flower on they own. If anyone could take a close look and tell me what you think. So I put them in the flower tent. So it's like it didn't have a full three weeks of veg.. Also what should I be feeding a seed to flower? Just bloom from this point on? Please help and thanks

Did a top dress of some grow powder dry nutes from botannicare. Just giving her rain water for now. Again—- temps, humidity, and clouds have been aalllllll over the place. One day it’s 86 and the next is 66 with nights in the 60s or 40s—- humidity and rain have been 100% down to 50%. All within a week.

17/01 So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference! With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :) 20/01 So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%. On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :) 23/01 She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.

Considering to chop in the next couple days just to end this, nothing happens, plant is sick and all, worst grow I had... so far. Values are average of the day. Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Happy growing and good vibes as always 🌱 ______________________________________ 4/29/20 - Update Okeydoke! Feel like I've been doing too much running around everywhere. Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 24th @ 3pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9in.) 3- (14.75in.) 4- (13in.) 5- (10.75in.) [April 26th @ 1:30pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9.5in.) 3- (18in.) 4- (14in.) 5- (11.5in.) [April 27th @ 12pm] Plant 1- (11.5in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (20.5in) 4- (15.25in.) 5- (11.5in) [April 29th @ 4am] Plant 1- (12in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (23in.) 4- (16in.) 5- (11.75in.) [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

Hello happy growers! All's ok this week, #1, #2, #3, look nice, we can start to see some nice buds, #4 turn more and more yellow, I don't know what's happens, she have the same condition than 3 others. I'll remove some leaves/plant next week end, because starting to be small with all this leaves I've give / plant 1.5l water + rqs bloom tabs + sugar royal 1.5l water + rqs bloom tabs + pk13/14 I think i ll give water each 2 days, 3/4 days start to be long. Have a good week my mate! Enjoy!

Look how sophisticated plants are. I took 3 snapshots from my grow room during dark period and put them into a short 3 frame video. my plants were introduced to 12-12 just a few days ago. first frame is 1 hour after lights out second frame is 7 hours after lights out third last frame is 1 before lights turn on. Look how plant know when light is about to turn - the leaves lift as it gets closer to the end of 12 hours of dark. Do not pay attention to timestamps - its wrong its just 6 days of 12-12 and they already adjusted to that.....i think its amazing.

🇺🇸 Hi Growmies, a little over a week has passed and you can see huge progress. The ladies are starting to develop solid bud sites. Over the past few days, I’ve begun slightly varying the pH level of the water. I’ve been watering between 6.0 and 6.8 to ensure that all macro- and micronutrients can be absorbed. Visually, I haven’t noticed any differences so far, and I’m curious to see how this will affect the final result, especially since I’ll have a direct comparison with the previous run. Other than some occasional defoliation, nothing particularly exciting has happened. I’ll keep you updated.

Lemon pie chose to pop up later than the others (2days) I won’t be topping any autos this run! I will be only low stress training until scrog and then I’ll high stress train if necessary! I’ve given the first feed today of biobizz (doing fastbuds organic the other 3 synthetic) my aim is to keep the veg period vigorous! As a great veg equals great bloom!
