🗓️ Day 78 – Embracing the Power of Nature Another week has passed in this beautiful outdoor grow journey. The plant continues to surprise me with its strength and resilience. This past week brought intense sunlight and scorching heat, but no changes were made to the technique – I still rely entirely on nature’s rhythm. No additives, no boosters – just clean tap water and occasional Plagron Bat Guano top-dressings every 10 days. 🌿 Growth & Structure After recovering from the strong winds and heavy rain earlier this month, the plant has bounced back stronger than ever. The main cola is stretching tall and proud, and the side branches are developing nicely with consistent flower formation. 🔎 Health Observation The leaves remain lush green with no signs of deficiency or stress. The overall structure is symmetrical, with good internodal spacing and healthy development. Some light purple tint appears in the petioles – likely a natural trait under current temperature fluctuations. 💡 Minimalist Approach This grow has been intentionally simple – an experiment to see how far genetics and nature alone can take a plant. The result so far is impressive, especially for a FastBuds autoflower grown without any synthetic nutrients or intensive care. 🌸 Flowering Stage The plant is now in full flowering mode. Bud sites are clearly swelling, and trichome production has started. With a bit of patience and consistent care, we’re on track for a natural and aromatic harvest. 🌱 Soil & Feeding • Organic super soil mix • Occasional Plagron Bat Guano (every 10 days) • Tap water only – manually aerated before use No bottled nutrients. 📷 See photos for close-up bud development and overall plant structure. The plants look stunning, beautiful strain to grow and work with for sure, I cannot wait to smoke those buds, the fragrance has instantly make me want to run her again most definitely, the stretch has been really noticeable and and both phenos have a lot of flowrs, looks very productive plants, looks like a solid strain, both phenos smell the exact same, this 4th week of flower it's gonna be very exciting, I only water 💦 the medium when dry and that's it, FLO Living soil blends does a sensational performance keeping your plants well fed all the way from seed and also provides you amazing results in terms of quality of the flowers, the smell is so pure and it makes every strain perform to its best, I'm definitely in love with this living soil blend, and also in love with this couple of badazz OG cheese guys. Blütetag 40: Der Wasserverbrauch steigt stark an. Gerade die Lemon Drizzle X Purple Punch hat enormen Durst. Der Geruch wird immer intensiver und die Blüten entwickeln sich schnell. Es zeigen sich leichte Purple Eigenschaften der Purple Lemonade. Bislang keine Krankheiten oder Nährstoffdefizite erkennbar.

Ich freue mich auf den nächsten run und werde mein Zelt + Equipment desinfizieren. Nachdem dieser run nach 12 Wochen nicht gerade glücklich geendet ist, dürstet es mich nach einem erfolgserlebnis

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

2/3 plants doing good. 1 plant however has a calcium defficiency showing as orange spots on 2 of the fan leaves.i have added 2 ml of cal mag in with their new nutrient feeds to help offset. I have been watering normally without nutes for the first 3-4 weeks. The defficiency has resulted from me using soft tap water which contains very little calcium. Since adding, no new spots have appeared so fingers crossed Only using half reccomended dose of nutrients at this point to ease them In to feeding

Critical Purple Kush was an effortless grow. The plant beside her got spider kites but they didn't like that CPK so much. She had a few show up on lower leaves, never any webs. I treated for them twice and they never resurfaced.

Today is the last day, tomorrow i will harvest her. I removed all large fanleaves and took some pre-harvest pictures. 23-2 Today is harvest day! I left the buds on the branches and hang them to dry. Temperature: 18.1°c to 19.9°c Humidity: 57% to 72% 24-2 Temperature: 17°c to 18.8°c Humidity: 56% to 64% 25-2 Temperature: 16.8°c to 17.9°c Humidity: 57% to 69% 26-2 Temperature: 16.2°c to 18.1°c Humidity: 56% to 61% 27-2 Temperature: 16.2°c to 17.5°c Humidity: 55% to 61% 28-2 Temperature: 16.3°c to 17.6°c Humidity: 57% to 64% 29-2 No info. 1-3 Temperature: 17.8°c to 18.7°c Humidity: 56% to 61% 2-3 No info. 3-3 Temperature: 16.5°c to 20.3°c Humidity: 46% to 62% After 8/9 days of drying the buds are dry enough, so lets start trimming! The buds are pretty airy and foxtaily, but very resinous, she smells good, but i think the buds are a bit overdried. End results: Trim: 18.12 Gram. Popcorn buds: 37,11 Gram. Normal Buds: 70,98 Gram. Total buds: 108,09 Grams. I will post the progress of me making bubble hash in this diary very soon, so if you are interested make sure to keep an eye out!

Hiiigh friends 🙌 Welcome to week 7. 😍 It's the middle of summer and I've been away for a few days at a time, which has led to watering problems. Sometimes the Blumat was set to give too much water or too little. Unfortunately, I always had problems with the Blumat indoors. I smell dogshit 💩 Connoisseur genetics Dogshit deadhead haze 17th January 2022 The stretch has started by the looks of those branches 😀 Now that she has stretched she actually looks a bit spindly with not as much foliage as I would of thought Just as well that I tied them up a bit as we had a bloody ripper thunderstorm yesterday afternoon that blew like fuck and dumped a half inch of rain 👌 It was amazing how quickly the temperature dropped during and after the storm. and after weeks on end of stinking hot days it was a relief to finally feel cool again. Well, I reckon the girls have reached the end and it's time to chop. Trichomes are mostly milky (some amber), so now it's a matter of getting some free time and cut them down.
