I’m very happy that I made the decision to use Grower Choice Seeds, even though there is a issue with my CBD Blueberry I tried some of the trimmed buds and I’ll tell you what, those buds were way immature.. but the effect was incredibly pleasant and perfect for ending a hard days work, wow I can’t wait to harvest the mother! I’ll definitely grow more CBD Blueberry on my next rotation. Still I’m wondering what could have happened to cause the CBD to bud and not the others… Oh well, It’s a good learning experience :) Now I’ll get into the individual progress notes for this week, enjoy <3 ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14.6" Tops: 16 Notes: I’m very happy to see this girl finally get a bit bushier. Having a very similar structure to her sister her genes are nowhere near as aggressive. Still I’m curious what pheno this girl is… Only time will tell. [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 15.5" Tops: 16 Notes: This Twister Sister is insane! I have to mention her clones here. I kid you not this girl is aggressive and my best grower. All her clones are massive compared to the others. I’m keeping this girl, I might even breed her with a Thai Landrace just to see what happens ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 18" Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is confused, poor thing :( I got her to reveg, not sure how but it happened. If you look closely at the leaves you can see the weird deformed that are a classic sign of reveging. The growth rate has increased a lot! She was my smallest plant and now she’s mt tallest, I need to do some HST or topping, don’t want her towering over the others. Now I have a question, do any of you guys know if it’s bad to reveg feminized plants? I heard a rumor that it’s not recommended but I’d like to ask my fellow growers here on GD. [Mazar] Height: 18" Tops: 16 Notes: Now this is a proper bush, a beautiful round full structure, these genetic look amazing, can’t wait to see what she matures into. I’m glad I’m stopping at 16 tops because this girl would take up the entire 4 x 4 tent if I let her, big girl :) [Super Silver Haze] Height: 15.3" Tops: 16 Notes: She’s now one of my smallest girls, though her structure and canopy is solid. She’s loving the net, let’s her breathe a bit more. I have high hope for this one, much love for Arjan and any of his creations. [White Widow] Height: 18" Tops: 16 Notes: My all time favorite! Tanya has bluish green leaves that have a platinum sheen to em. I really like the colors, I wonder how white this girl will get, If you guys have any suggestions to make WW or any strain extra frosty let me know <3 ~ Final Thoughts ~ I made it to flowering! Woop! Now it’s time for the hard part, the budz :D This has been a stressful, yet oddly relaxing (more like cathartic) and rewarding experience, I’m slowly introducing nutes every other watering. The next nute mix will be when I start week 12 (flowering) I will and some flower fuel to help boost the growth of phat buds. I’ll also add molasses and honey for carbohydrates and sweetness. Es ist verdammt wichtig das nach jedem Durchgang sauber gemacht wird also zb Zeltwände, Boden, Topfe, Boxen, Wasserbehälter. Habe ich gemacht und habe meine ersten Samen in Anzucht Erde gesetzt, befeuchtet, markieren und in die Box. Wände und Deckel mit zersteuber befeuchten und ab unter die Lampe. WICHTIG MACH DIE ERDE NICHT SO NASS ! DAS GEFÄLLT IHNEN NICHT SONDERN HALTE SIE AM BESTEN FEUCHT IN DEM DU ABEND / MORGEN EIN BISCHEN WÄSSERST! ICH STELLE DIE LAMPE AUF CA 40 cm zum Boden ein bzw der Box. Ein gewisser abstand muss sein um die Fläche komplett zu Beleuchten. Da meine Lampe dimmbar ist muss sie nicht ganz oben hängeng sondern Kann näher an die Pflanzen ran und Stelle den Dimmer auf 20 %. Starting Week 16 tonight and she managed to stretch another 5 cm over the last week.. The stretch is real, and the bud sites are coming along nicely. With a clean clean Reservoir, im looking forward to the week ahead as i expect to see some buds sites to start to fill out..

She is a single main cola plant, I mean all the flowers have compacted together and there only one fat dense nugget, that's the whole plant, very sweet aroma, is very nice, it's not stinky at all, very sweet smell but you really have to get close to the flower to feel the powerful aroma. The cola is very very dense and hard like a rocket 🚀. Very nice strain but I would need to plant about 50 of these to get a good harvest. Hope you enjoy guys! 💚 🌱 ✌️

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. 2 Girls 1 Cup week 8 is it?? Looks like GC is on week 4 still 🤣. Day 49- big defol on GC tonight, mild prune on the right side also. Few strategic plucks on WG to help share the light evenly. My fingers are sticky asf and STINK like lemon/lime and gas. Changed RES yesterday, modified week 3 GHE bloom medium feed. Breakdown as follows: 5 gal tap/RO 20mL calmag Micro - 26.5mL Grow - 26.5mL Bloom - 41mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1148 @ 5.63 ====================================================================================================================== Day 50- where to start.... fuck.. well, i was wondering if my TDS was accurate or not. never checked it against another meter until today... and lets just say its been OFF the whole damn time!! i tested it against two other meters. one cheapo from amazon, and one from a zero water pitcher. TDS reading from each in order from current>amazon>zerowater.. 930, 642, 616. checked online and they are all on the 500 scale. so i dialed the "current" meter back to 616 to match the brand new zero water meter. never really trusted the cheapo amazon one TBH.. went ahead and topped off with 1.5L and gave them a 1/1/2 mL shot of M/G/B to boost the RES numbers a bit. currently sitting at 662 @ 5.84. so i guess GHE calculations havent been anywhere near the ballpark like i thought. maybe they were using the same damn meter i have currently, set EXACTLY as far off as mine was from factory 🤣. IDKWTF happened there, but its a good thing i started light and worked up following their signs. even though the meter was off, it was still giving me information that was useable. should have left it where it was, but my OCD would haunt me until it was adjusted. plucked a few on WG tonight and left my fingers sticky and stinky. GC keeps stretching, refusing to hit full flower still.. Sorry Herbies, i know you all exaggerate the finish times... but come on now lol... theres no way this one would finish in the time they state online.. FastBuds Wedding Glue on the other hand... she may be short, but shes STOCKY. she'll just get fatter too. who knew i liked fat chicks?? ====================================================================================================================== Day 51- few plucks here and there on WG. have to be careful now because these leaves are what's going to last the next few weeks. Can't take too many, can't leave it closed up. Since I won't be able to flush, i may do a multi harvest on WG and give GC a lil more time to hurry TF up and do her thing. I hate waisting... anticipation is building for the end. Not only to see these girls come to a finish.. but to set up the new system "correctly". Ends up being once a day. One top off calmag'd water, one calmag'd water with a 0/1/2mL (M/G/B) per L added. Gave em a .5mL bump of M today since I've only been boosting it with G & B for the last 2 days. *edit* my dumbass forgot to set timelapse interval from 3sec to 45sec and the vid is 1.8gb long.. going to just skip today's footage. ====================================================================================================================== Day 55- GC is trying to catch up from the looks of it. It's like 3 weeks behind schedule 🤣🤣. Was going to defol the shit out of it again, but may leave it for another day or two. Once it takes WG's sun, it's getting snipped again. Forgot to mention more GC abuse from yesterday, or the day before. Didnt take a pic so I'm leaving it up to my memory. kinda accidently, purposely, tripped and precisely stabbed the main with some pointy tweezers... about half way in, and may have accidently twisted a bit before and while pulling it out... oops.. what's a lil more stress on GC right?? Maybe I'll have to trip every so many days and see if it has a positive effect 🤣. Day 136.... buds are swelling and looking nice, don’t really do much beside chill in my closet with my other plants but all in all it’s great smell and destroys all my chances of smell control, which is very little to a point of non existent

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers.
