4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took care of some badly needed defoliation in each of the back sides .. I was able to see some really good clone material to use on the lower backside of each of the plants. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

This is the last week of veg. Scrog the plant and took clones from the lower growth. It was transplanted the week prior so after 3 days of recovery from the lollipoping and shaping to fit the scrog. Literally had no issues the veg cycle.

So with the hydro I am running into it getting way to tall and some of the top kolas are burning the living soil and super soil are doing great solid buds on them and growing daily i missed a week because i was out of town but here we are really week 4 into flower after transitioning. All good so far, all plants growing at about the same rate except one of the RQS Northern Lights (#1) that's seems to grow considerably faster... Hoping for a monster!

Shes doing alright despite my issues of overwatering and using old soil. I added ac infinity self watering bases to the grow. They should help a lot with the issues & improve this grow. Hey now, hope everyone is well, this week went pretty good, both Glueberry OG Autos sprouted, and look good for a week in. They are currently in Pro-Mix seedling starter mixed with perlite but will be transferred to Coco Coir/Perlite as soon as their roots fill up the solo cups. I have grown seedlings in Coco Coir many times but I prefer to start them in ProMix because as there are no nutes in coco, you have to start with tiny quantities of nutes and work them up each feeding, and seedlings can be very finicky to EC/PH etc., and some strains can even be much more so than others. With Pro Mix, there is enough nutes for the first several weeks so I just give them water with a plastic syringe every 2nd or 3rd day. I have found that starting seedlings in Coir doesn't really produce a big advantage (at least for me) but her time in Coir will come. A couple things I also do is make sure to go by container weight above all else to know when to water. It is very easy to overwater seedlings and drown them, as I did when I first started. The other thing is I just lightly water around the very edge of the cup, to prevent drowning the roots, and also to force them to work their way out to the edges of the container instead of straight to the bottom. I started prepping a few bricks coco for this grow last night, I am re-using the coir from my last grow. I flushed it down to .4 EC and I currently have it soaking in a Cal Mag solution of 2.0 EC. I will let it soak for a few days then flush it again back down to around .4 EC. This is important to prevent cal mag deficiency down the road. To flush I just use a garden hose and a couple of saw horses with a 2X4 running through the handles of some fabric pots filled with my coir. It makes it easy to flush, and also easy to catch runoff underneath and measure the EC. I inspected and tested 2 of my drainage system this afternoon as I always test them outside with a few gallons of water before I set them up in the tent. Not much to do this week but hand water them every couple days, and hopefully by next update one of them will be ready or damn near ready for her final home which will be a 5.4 Gallon Airpot. I will be giving the other away to a friend to see what he can do with it. Once in her final home she will get fed 4x per day, and the runoff will go to my tomatoe plants outside which will also be in coir. I am super excited to crank this Medic Grow Spectrum X up and see what she can do. I am currently running her at 30% which is about 230 watts. I will be adding more seedlings to the tent here shortly to try and fill her up, but I started with the longest autoflowers and am trying to time them so they are all ripe within a relatively close time frame. 03/03/2022 Down to one Lemon OG, one Biscotti Skunk, and three Grape Skunk all looking super vigorous including Lemon OG . Very happy with the genetics so far trimmed up the legs a bit lots of potential clones! Ps. Forgot picture of Biscotti Skunk it's lights out so that will get done tomorrow.

Trichomes started to get cloudy and some of them have already turned amber. I hope to harvest next week but for now they are still too many clear trichomes. All the plants are now watered with clear water until the harvest. Some leaves almost turned yellow directly after the nutrient stop, especially on the OG Kush. The Honey Melon Haze is now mostly standing up thanks to the strings that support it. Hopefully the harvest is coming soon!

This week the GMO cookies started to bounce back fast an hard from the leaf strip. At the start of the week all 3 girls got 1tsp of grow an bloom from roots organic dry amendments along with a feed of elemental at every watering at 1/4tsp per gallon of RO water. Add half 1/4tsp of dynomyco to the water also for some of that extra root support. Other then that slight adjustment on the tie downs an just letting the one on the right side just do her thing. Like someone being married for 20 years she's really starting to fatten up. Bought the new dehumidifier which is really helping me, expecting her to really gain some weight the coming weeks. Thx for having a look

01/17/22 Everything's starting to grow again from the LST and defoliation at the end of this week flipping to flower. Tested run off last watering it was 2250ppm, did straight water this watering. *Note plant 4 has had hiccups from the start when it popped out of its seed it's tap root was curled I fixed it with tweezers by pulling the skin off and then placed it into the Coco, it shows the most stress out of the 4 plants and does not respond well to anything I do to it, even with 2250 ppm runoff it's still showing signs of a nitrogen dificiency PH in run off at 6.0 so not sure why it's so finicky . It did get the worse light burn out of the 4 , me being a novice at this I'm not sure if early stress ruins the rest of the grow but I'm starting to think it does from past grows and this one. 01/23/22 Just watered plants , the lockout has been fixed that one plants not eating as much as the other three and due to future harvests suggested mixing was way to high 1200-1300 ppm I had to mix by there measurements then weaken it with water till I reached 800ppm.
