@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 10 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in paper towel and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Things still chugging along nicely. Noticed a little leaf tip burn on one but its not bad at all. Gave one feeding of only water. Plants need to be defoliated a little. I have not been taking leaves off every day so I am in need of some clean up. Will tackle that this week. Here we go! Week 7 of Flower and I finally have some pictures and a video of the Honeysuckle! The nugs are starting to fill in and harden up. The smell is starting to get a lot stronger.

*If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. Day 57 26/08/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Day 59 28/08/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today, 1.5L with little to no run off. Day. 61 30/08/24 Friday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron products. Picture and videos now 📸💚 Day 63 01/09/24 Sunday ( end of week) De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today. 2L no run off but moist container all around. She's now full flower mode 💪💚

Poor little thing, so small. Pistils are approx 50% brown. Think one more week as still a few translucent trichomes.

4/8 super plump and thick. Its like a square rock hard prism shaped top cola. Water intake has slowed quite a bit. The end is nearing. I give it another couple weeks 4/12 shes super pretty. Orange Pistils, dark green buds with light purple,pinkish tones on some of the bud leaves. Reminds me of the gorilla skittles online picture

Plant 1 has 2 sets of cotyledon leaves. Which is a neat mutation. Anyone else grow stardawg and seen this? I really tried getting the temperature up a little more this week. Worked a little too well and things coulda went south quick. Thankfully everything’s good. I do not have access to my grow as much as I would like? As I do not have sufficient space in my apartment for my grow, Iam forced to do so in my parents basement. Big shout out to my mom! For watering these girls for me. She actually shot some of the videos, and it is her voice you are sometimes hearing. Till next time. ✌️

Let me start by saying, I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T CHOP! THESE BABIES ARE GAINING SOME SERIOUS BULK! I can not wait to see them finish out, It's really testing my patience, but I notice more bulk every single day! It's about time to get the chop, they are maturing really quick and I love it. The smells are absolutely insane!!!

Another week done. Hard to see progress day to day but just looking back at photos it's easy to see her moving along. It's my weekly ritual, photo, measure, smoke then update diary! So... She is still getting 1.5L each time i feed or water every 2 to 3 days. Increased the bloom nutrients further and decreased the grow to minimal. Removed a few leaves blocking sites again. Also a couple poking into the fans. As for lst, i slighty tweaked the 4 middle stems. The rest would snap with any bending below the top 40mm. Temperature spiked to 34 degrees in the tent for a few hours today but luckiky was watered last night. I think that helped her through those tough times. If she was almost dry and then had those temps i think she would be a bit annoyed! I was helping my brother move house and was a sweaty mess! Bet she was too and definitely appreciated my lights out being 1pm til 5pm. If it happens again and im home i will treat her to some ice packs by the intake again. :D All seems good overall. Can't really complain about anything. Last week i mentioned how she didnt smell. She did smell if you rubbed her trichomes and smelt your fingers. But just putting your nose to her was only a plant smell. Now, she has just started to have a smell of weed. I have a water pump and another timer to water her while i am away. All tested and after a bit of playing around i can feed 1.5L in 1 min :D On to another week that i am as excited for as the last.
