Many thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for sending me two of their new strains, Green Gelato Automatic and HulkBerry Automatic. So this is the first of two new diaries. WHY GREEN GELATO AUTOMATIC? Green Gelato Automatic is the autoflowering version of a legendary cannabis variety. The original strain is the lovechild of Thin Mint Cookies and Sunset Sherbet. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seed of the new strain Green Gelato Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pot in his new home. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Green Gelato came out. This girl is really doing very well, I loved the development and more by the color of the trichomes I would say that it would already be a great time for harvest, but it doesn't seem ready to me.. I will follow the schedule this is the last week with the hand well loaded with nutrients.. and in the next weeks I will slow down the pace and in the other I will do the wash.. I had never grown with mineral before, I had no idea how much salt accumulates, even using the cleanse a few times a week.. it is surreal so the wash in the last week has to be very well done.. 2020-07-05 New week. Reduced nutrients because of the slight burn on plant 2... and plant 1 drinks so quickly that it rapidly raises PPM so I have to actually find the right sweet spot. It's drinking about a gallon a day? Plant 2 is still a week behind and slightly stunted but the flowers are coming out. They are more compact than Plant 01. This is supposed to be the same species but I'm getting 2 very different phenotypes on the exact same nutrients.. not very strong genetics? Not sure. 2020-07-05 2020-07-05 2020-07-08 Forgot to take pics this week! Here you go! Plant 01 has grown so insanely strongly and is producing so many nice looking bud sites, i am blown away!! I have had to 'supercrop' the top by bending the stem very carefully and adding a wire knuckle so that it wouldn't immediately just stand back up overnight. I tried this with 2 experimental colas and they perked back up and stayed laying down. They will slightly obstruct the lower flowers but the tops all looked so promising, I couldn't bring myself to cut them. I will seriously have to cut down on veg time next grow! I can easily stop at week 5 in the future with these seeds and grow up nice buds. 2020-07-11 Updated with yesterday's photos. Changed nutrients today, stuck with 1600 EC for plant 01 and went back down to 1400 for plant 02.

Grow report week 4: The training and the topping Hello dear growers and groweresses, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the fourth week and have grown further. But they have also experienced some measures that I will tell you about. The training This week I continued the low-stress training (LST) and tied the plants further. The LST is a method to gently bend and tie the plants to improve the light distribution and air circulation. The goal is to keep the plants low and wide and promote more side shoots and flower heads. The topping In addition to the LST, I also applied the topping to make the plants even bushier. The topping is a method to cut off the top of the plant to interrupt the apical dominance and produce more main shoots. The goal is to branch the plant and produce more flowers. I performed the topping as follows: I watered the plants well to reduce the stress. I cut off the top of the plant above the third or fourth node to create two new shoots. I observed the plants and looked for signs of stress or shock. The topping also worked well and the plants recovered quickly. They formed two new main shoots that will later become large colas. They also put more energy into the side branches, which will also carry more flowers. The fertilization I also fertilized for the first time this week, although I actually wanted to start late with it. I used the Fish-Mix from BioBizz to give the plants more nitrogen. I am very curious about the next week, where I have to activate my setup completely to give the plants their final place and pots. It will be exciting for me to see if my system works as I wished. On day 56 my setup got another light. I took the Lumatek out and changed it for a second Mars Hydro TSL 2000. Now i can use more space in the tent and the light is spreaded way more even than before. I now got about 1000 PPFD at the canopy top and around 800-900 PPFD square. They are running at about 80 % atm. Each side is seperately dimmable and i can set the ankle relatively individually for each plant so i can better react to the different grow heights, which comes automatically with 4 different strains. She got a defoliation and another place to ripen up the lower part of the plant, just to see if it works. She has done her job as a crash test dummy extremly well, what a pleasure 😍

Hello, Well this week, i defo a bit both of plants. SS 2 - 3WEEKS AGO was very short and now its like reacting for The Sky its about 50 cm. And also is getting lots of space beteween buds and also lots of buds sites thst were not able to see it b4. So hope tô see yall next week. And honeztly. Its very dificcult tô keep a feeding schedule for 2 plants t When one is falling behind but besides sprouted At The same days básically, but how we say living and learning só i guess SS will bê harverst maybe 2or 3 weeks after RD, lol but yeal its só confusing

Week 6 – Day 44 (BT20) RedPure#4 is holding steady at 40 cm – vertical growth has stopped, but the buds are visibly swelling 🍇 Her purple fade is getting stronger 💜 and the aroma is becoming more noticeable and pleasant 👃 She’s currently on 50% of the feeding schedule, which results in EC 0.9. ⚠️ With Advanced Nutrients, I let the solution rest for 20 minutes before measuring – otherwise the EC reading is inaccurate. Before resting: EC 1.7 → After resting: EC 0.9 This happens because A+B nutrients bind slowly at low dosages. 💡 I also remeasured the Fluxshield LED, which lights RedPure exclusively. It seems to have lost some intensity over time, so I increased the dimmer by one step to match the original PPFD levels. All in all, she's developing nicely and stays compact – true to her autoflower nature 🌿

j'ai commencé a ajouter des engrais à l'eau, en petite quantité. les feuilles commence à sentir légérement (un vrai plaisir 😀). Le climat est plutôt simple à maintenir, contrairement à ce que je croyais 1 l dans l'humidificateur sufit pour 1 journée. la Nothern light a un léger retard. J'augmente doucement la quantité d'eau. Sur la stress killer il y a un bout de feuille qui est jaune, sans autre preuve de carence. pas d'insecte pas de moissisure 😃. ça a l'air de bien s'annoncer pour le moment.

#43 clones are maturing too fast I feel. Especially that a mother is ripening normally. I would guess it’s because of poor rooting. It’s the only difference. I keep runoff at around 3 max. Around week 5 the runoff ph started to drop below 6. Even towards 5.5. Both in rockwool and coco.

Questa settimana ho montato la lampada hps e l'ho spostata nella zona in cui le piante mi sembrano più pronte, i fiori stanno ingrossando sempre di più e dai filamenti arancioni sembrerebbe che stiano maturando, guardando con il microscopio i terpeni sono ancora trasparenti. Aggiornamento 27 novembre, ho controllato i terpeni della black cream al microscopio e sembrano quasi pronti prossima settimana tolgo qualche cima delle 2 black cream che sono quasi pronte e lasciando i rami più bassi per che risultano ancora meno pronti rispetto ad alcuni. Aggiornamento 28 Novembre : Le piante continuano a crescere costantemente le black cream sembrano sempre più pronte per il raccolto. Aggiornamento 30 Novembre : Oggi ho deciso di raccogliere alcune cime di 2 black cream che erano belle pronte.
