Our Blue Dream by Zamnesia is a main-lined beauty, not very tall but very effective in my opinion. It has just started flowering but judging by its little sister that has been flowering for two weeks before... we will see some beautiful things. ** Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In the beggining of week 4 of flower the phenos are showing differences. Nanaz x BBC are way toller that the Headbands. Also, Nanaz x BBC #2 has no pistils but it is a female plant. I have that happened before when I grew the Banana Butter Cups S1

Day 47 - I topped, defoliated and flushed with plain ph’d water 10 days before switch to 12/12 These led lights keep the plants really short with a lot of middle bushy growth have already taken 2 bags full of leaves and all look healthy still🤞👍 Day 48 - Looking good day after topping and defoliation :) good sign will update end of week 8 flip to 12/12

My diary is a little late to the party as I just found this site. These are a White Widow cross that a friend gifted to me so I dont really know exactly what they are. Its my first time growing but with some advice and research I feel I'm doing ok. I wasn't comfortable topping so I just pruned some leaves and lower growth tips that won't get light. I'm not sure how old it really is so I'm just guessing here. Feel free to point out anything that needs work.

Some of the basics are coming together. Lights have been gradually raised by 5-10% every day except the last 2 days. By the end of week 2 flower they will be 100% and will stay there until last week of flower. Temp is 80 degrees, humidity is 60% and will also stay that way until the last 10 days of flower. I will go another week of tucking branches under the net to try and let the last plant reach the net. It’s just not stretching like the others. I need at least a week of stretch with vertical growth, so my smallest plant needs to catch up. There has to be 300+ tops in this 4x12 area. Every single node was topped 7-10 days before flower. Each branch has multiple nodes now. Between day 14-25 everything under the net will be removed. Clones were taken of every plant for a hopeful keeper pheno. Gonna try the whole “mother plant full clone run” for the next grow. By the end of week 2 parameters will be 1500ppm co2 1200-1500 ppfd 80 degrees 60% humidity Thanks for all the support and see you next week.

📆 Week 4, 12-18 May 2024 12 May - Upgraded light to ViparSpectra XS1500Pro. 13-14 May - Observed the plant. 15 May - Plant shows first pistils. 16-18 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 It was time to upgrade my light and it was an easy choice to stay with ViparSpectra. In my opinion, for small tents and the home grower they are the brightest lights available on the market. The only problem with the *2024 new versions are the dimmer switches. They limit how you can adjust the power: 5, 25, 50, 75 and 100% are the only settings, nothing in between. If you are trying to “dial” in your DLI/PPFD it makes it impossible without adjusting light height, which is quite cumbersome comparatively. Your forced to work around an issue which should have never been one! The plant is showing its first pistils this week. This doesn’t mean its in flower. There is no bud formation yet, she is just letting you know she is female. It could be another 2-3 weeks or longer before buds start developing. She is looking nice and frosty. A touch nutrient deprived— so I gave some dry amendments. I was out of town this week, but know there were a few very hot days! She’s doing great!

I reported this plant after it snapped the leaves started to die extremely fast so I figured she couldn't breathe. Dying has slowed down however. Just gave her a gallon and a half of fresh water no nutrients

New week, new growth.. Will hopefully start the LST and Topping in a few days. They are really starting to grow. Fan leaves looking healthy and big. Girls coming with vigorous growth now, everything dialled in and happy. Just adjusting the EC/pH as needed when the girls show me the relevant signs/deficiencies if any. D31/D35- Decided they were in a good enough place to start topping the girls, all 6 topped and just some defoliation of the bigger fan leaves that are shading the growth shoots some HST was also done. We were also due a water change, so I cleaned the whole system just to keep things extra cleanly, very important in a RDWC system. I also switched over to a sterile system instead of using beneficial bacteria so I will experiment and see how this goes. Time to let the girls ecover before the next training session. Cruise control for now.
