VEG WEEK 10 My Base Nutrient Inputs: See VEG WEEK 6 for details of stock solutions A & B. My grow weeks run from Monday to Sunday. This week the goal was to let the girls grow, space the tops around the trellis, and attach each stem to the outside of this structure. Tuesday - Watering Day - 1 gallon each as described above. Friday - Watering Day - The pots are very light. Laverne is quite thirsty in pic # 10 - 2 gallons each as described above. Friday - Pruning Day - Pinched out all the new grow at each fan leaf. The goal is a single stalk with no side branching. Also removed some lower Fan leaves and a few select others. Unfortunately, Laverne lost a top. Not sure how, but I snapped it😡, and it dangled by a little of the outer stem tissue. I quickly reached for some tape to administer first-aid, which has worked for me in the past. Sadly, a few days later, it was evident (pic # 16), she wasn't going to make it. Sunday - Training and Trim Day - Laverne is now down to 11 tops and my plants symmetry is shattered. I pushed the broken limb aside, to make room to realign the neighboring branches. I'm leaving this broken branch on the plant for now (pic #17), in an attempt to keep the other branch, on the same main stalk from dominating the plant. The remaining branch (pic #18&19) is already growing much faster and needed some serious twisting to bring it to the level of the rest of the plant. I managed to get Laverne symmetrical again, and leveled out the tops with some wire work. Shirley was also wired down to a symmetrical, level canopy, without any drama. Laverne is now 10 inches tall, and Shirley is 12 inches. It seems I named them backwards, lol. Laverne received a 2 inch booster seat under her pot to bring her canopy level with her buddy. Their canopy tops are 30 inches from the Electric Sky ES 300 V1 light. Shirley has shown herself to be a female (pic #24), while Laverne has not shown sex (no concern, as these seeds I made should be feminized). I see some tip burn, and need to dial back my nutrients a tad. I also am working on eliminating the purple on the top side of the petioles (not too worried about it as the plant is growing and appears healthy otherwise). My base nutrients contain calcium and magnesium, plus I add Cal-Mag +, so not sure why. It is funny that the purple is only on the top side of the petioles, and makes me wonder if this is caused somehow by LED lighting. If anyone knows, please share😀. I plan on another week, maybe two, of vegetative growth. The mother(s), that I made these seeds from only stretched about 12-14 inches. I'll flip to 12/12 light schedule when the stems reach the height of the top of the trellis. With the stems supported, and some luck, these girls, will be set-up for smooth flowering. Cambio de Armario para las North Thunderfuck de Royal Queen, ahora mismo tienen 3 semanas y tienen otras dos de crecimiento, abrá que espabilar pues están pequeñas, para ello he realizado un trasplante a macetero definitivo de 5.5l para que las raíces pégen un buen tirón. En lo que respecta a la alimentación subo tanto EC a 1.0 como el PH a 6.0 para fomentar el crecimiento. Al riego posterior al trasplante siempre agrego micorrizas, que van muy bien para las raices provocando un crecimiento más rápido. También cambia la iluminación, pues ahora están bajo 100W de COB Citizen, que dan unos buenos resultados como podéis ver en mi seguimiento de critical x widow. Estas dos últimas semanas las temperaturas exteriores han sido muy altas influyendo también en las del interior, pero ya ha llegado el otoño y van llegando los parametros de cultivo a su punto óptimo.

Start of week 4 of flower! Off to a troubling start, as the light switched on over 1 hour ealiere than scheduled. I took a spare timer, and set it up to continue it's 12/12 schedule, but now moved one hour back. I cross my fingers they forgive me for this error.🙏 👽👉31/10 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉 1/11 Been having a battle with humidity after watering, but upped my air circulation to help. 👽👉 2/11 Waterday* Upped my nutes on BioHeaven, BioGrow and BioBloom. 👽👉 3/11 They seem to be responding good to the upped nutrients. 👽👉 4/11 Humidity under control. 👽👉 5/11 The VPD on point, has really speed up the trichome production. 👽👉 6/11 Waterday* Stayed on the same schedule, as last watering. They seem very satisfied and no signs of mistreatment.

New Plant New Adventure 💚🌱

Weeks 7-9 Days 42-63-5 Both phenos got defoliation done to them and opened them up for fattening. They've stopped putting upwards hight and on day 42 I done their only heavy defol and put them back under my P1000 (100W led) which did this plant from start to finish. Kept steady feeds. The last 4 days or so it was put on water. After 6hrs dark rest both were chopped and hung upside down. (More indepth 3 week review) Phenos at the end of week 6 here, finished preflower both are around 62-65cm. Been the general hight for my other 2 pheno pot grow . Then on day 42 I done a hard defoliation and just put them back under the light for 3 weeks. Steadily kept feeding Xpert Nutrients but not in the way I should have. But, for the short time (9 weeks) and just making sure that the substrate never ran dry. I got some decent results. Again these were more tests. As I like to see how breeders phenos react in similar environments and you can't get closer than being in the same pot, got 2 small but more or less twins of Auto Fractal, giving me around 45-50 dry grams Nutrients were given sparcely but always made sure NPK feeds were no longer than 3 days apart. Had I given everyday and focused more on flushing etc. Id of gotten bigger phenos. But, it was a test. And I got to try their autos and now know that I'm most cases you won't get 7-10g plants. Just give enough space and don't stress and you'll get big autos. Put on good bud mass just under a 100w in a crowded tent. Got really fruity bud and overall very happy with my 2 small lush phenos 1st 2pheno (separate strains, autos kabul/opium also showed how steady the genrics are I've got a 5 pheno SCROG of Euphoria fem by Divine coming along nicely. I also have a white widow auto by divine in an 11L pot and its really big its still weeks out from being done. Proving to me. Their gentics are 🔥 and give good results if you put in the right effort. Got the guy separated and hopefully the other three are female so I can still flower two of them. Will be doing small pheno hunts with this strain in the future so ill be needing the seeds.

Chemdogging Downunder mephisto genetics chemdogging 7th January 2020 Hi all , Both the chemdoggies are looking good , The tallest of the two is 56cm 😀 They are also both getting fairly smelly when touched so I'm looking forward to each days development with these two lovely Ladies. Will be feeding all of the flowering plants some "turpene gold" from Professors nutrients This evening and will also be doing twice daily waterings from now on because of a Heatwave we are about to get here which could see temps get up to 50c 😓 Thats Bloody Hot Mate!! 2nd time doing Brix levels...some ladies went from a Brix of 4 to a Brix of 10 while 2 only went from a Brix of 4 to 6. I am pleased with their progress upwards. Dam just learned you should take leaves for testing 2 hours after lights on....I took leaves from dark period 😣. Will update with new Brix numbers taken with lights on. Chopping is coming very soon. I will tag the Brix of each plant when I hang to dry so I'm able to keep track of how the higher Brix relates to taste, smell and potency😎 😁The ladies noticeably got fatter over night!(Nov 11th). Man they really enjoyed that last watering, hope this continues into next week. Just read to take your Brix leaves in a "Z" or "W" pattern as older leaves will contain higher carbs. The refracted light tells us the amount of carbs in the "juice or sap" and minerals too like calcium, proteins and fats (lipids). High Brix enables weed to produce secondary metabolites = greater medicinal value. Sucrose/sugar (Carbs) & mineral levels in the fruit or flower translates or relates to taste. A tasteless 3 Brix tomato from the grocery store or a 14 Brix tomato from OMG you grow delicious tomatoes. Death to covalent bonding! (My goal a 20 Brix😀 Won't be happening with this grow but will be the next😁). Read that most people can detect a half point difference in Brix in the flavour. Lots of smell coming from these Gorilla Girls😵 I can only go so far with plant chemistry and then I get a headache and get lost😔

Temperature: 18.1°c to 19.9°c Humidity: 57% to 72% 24-2 Temperature: 17°c to 18.8°c Humidity: 56% to 64% 25-2 Temperature: 16.8°c to 17.9°c Humidity: 57% to 69% 26-2 Temperature: 16.2°c to 18.1°c Humidity: 56% to 61% 27-2 Temperature: 16.2°c to 17.5°c Humidity: 55% to 61% 28-2 Temperature: 16.3°c to 17.6°c Humidity: 57% to 64% 29-2 No info. 1-3 Temperature: 17.8°c to 18.7°c Humidity: 56% to 61% 2-3 No info. 3-3 Temperature: 16.5°c to 20.3°c Humidity: 46% to 62% After 8/9 days of drying the buds are dry enough, so lets start trimming! The buds are pretty airy and foxtaily, but very resinous, she smells good, but i think the buds are a bit overdried. End results: Trim: 18.12 Gram. Popcorn buds: 37,11 Gram. Normal Buds: 70,98 Gram. Total buds: 108,09 Grams. I will post the progress of me making bubble hash in this diary very soon, so if you are interested make sure to keep an eye out!

2nd week of Flowering started , pics shown are results from 1 week of flowering. As we roll into week 2 of flowering I have decreased the humidity slightly to 45%. I slowly introduced the lotus "bloom" nutrients switch from the "grow" solution. Plants are healthy and shoots are sprouting up fast preparing for buds. Installed a 3rd net for support only , the first 2 nets are for screen of green purposes and to train the plants. Next week I will do another defoliation of every leaf below the 2nd net. I do not defoliated during the first 10 days of switching to flower cycle , because this is a crucial time when the plants do a final grow and stretch to the light. If you stunt them during this time by defoliating then yield will be lower.

I'll be doing the update day by day now. First day of the week: I started her 2 weeks flush today, I measured the ppm, and my water without nutrients has around 200 ppm. She's doing fine, one friend said those colas are going to double their sizes. Does anybody think this as well? Second day: all ok Third day: all ok Fourth day: this was the day the kid cried and momma wasn't there... I found mould in the main cola. I removed it asap. Hope it's no going to spread. The umidity wasn't high. Don't know what happened. I'm in pieces
