Day 56 This plant is clearly in a much better state than the others. The leaves are standing more firmly with a strong, healthy green color across most of the canopy. There’s no significant drooping, and overall it shows good vigor. One of the standout differences is the structure: it has developed many more internodes compared to the stressed plants. The spacing is consistent, giving the plant a dense framework with plenty of future bud sites. This compact but vigorous growth suggests the roots are functioning well and nutrient uptake is steady. While there are still a few minor signs of stress here and there, the plant overall looks balanced and much more capable of handling the transition into flowering. The canopy is filling out nicely, and it already shows strong potential for multiple tops to develop evenly. Compared to the weaker plants, this one feels “on track” — healthy, structured, and ready to keep building momentum. The priority now is to maintain stable conditions, avoid overwatering, and let the plant continue its natural growth without unnecessary interference.

Compost tea turned out well and if your curious about the microscopy, check the comments on my GMP grow. No signs of senescence yet so no feed needed, they are in a second run of the same soil so there should be plenty in there from before. Not very resinous or smelly, with weird wide stumpy buds. Definitely my least fav pheno of any plant I've grown so far, but it's the end product we're after so she may yet surprise.

-Seeds were germinated directly in soil 2cm deep with 60ml of pH'd mineral water and covered with cling wrap for humidity. -Lights cycle: 18/6 - Seeds popped after 3-4 days, 100% germination -Cling wrap removed after germination -Day 1 of grow is 8/10/2020 -Day 1-4 seedlings were feed pH'd mineral water -Seedlings received their first nutrient feeding on day 5 -Nutrient water pH'd at 6.3 and oxygenated with air pump + air stone -Mycoroot was fed via top dressing Struggled to get the pH with in range, I had to mess around with pH up and down to get it in the range of 6.3. The growth looks good so far just a bit worried up about the colour of the leaves. Temp varied from 26C-28C and humidity ranged between 42-52%. I had to play around with the oscillating fan speeds and positioning as well as the amount of air inlet vents. I found that just having one opened helped get the humidity up and the temp had only a slight increase. I let the oscillating fan run on its lowest setting and put off its rotating function, I also made sure the fan was not directly hitting the plants which assisted with the humidity micro-climate. The distance of the HPS was at 90cm from top of plants after the popped out of the soil, this was readjusted to 60cm once true leaves were showing. They got the first nutrient feed on day 5.

Plant is the smallest of the bunch and seems to be showing a bit of elongation mutation at the beginning but she’s still green and growing. I’m sure she’ll grow out of this stage soon. Can’t wait to see. 1/9/24 Transplant day today. Can’t wait to watch them grow!

6.11. 2023 4:30 - It is time for a thorough flushing of the RQS genetics with osmotic water and I will use flawless finish from advanced nutrients to force the plant to absorb the remaining nutrients from the leaves. 7.11. 2023 5:00 - Careful observation of the trichomes and their coloration, I plan to harvest the plant when the trichomes start to turn amber. At the moment they seem to be slowly turning a milky colour and seem to be "filling up" 8.11. 2023 4:00 - The leaves seem to be slowly losing colour, especially in one RQS genetics the yellowing is quite pronounced. 8.11 2023 4:30 - I will try to remove all the old dead leaves and the ones that are already letting the plants go, but I will not cut any off, only the ones that can be easily removed. 9.11. 2023 20:00 - I think the trichomes are slowly filling up and harvest time is approaching with each passing day. 10.11. 2023 8:00 - I will try to participate in the competition with my 420 genetics for the best photo just for fun :) i have to take some photos with black background but for now it's just a test i will add some. 11.11. 2023 7:00 - The leaves on all plants are turning yellow but the waste water is still around 1800ppm. The odd thing is there are probably a lot of residual salts in the substrate from nutrients. Hopefully we can get as much of it cleared up before harvest. 12.11. 2023 20:00 - I'm waiting for the trichomes to turn amber. I'll be patient. Most of the trichomes are now snow white, but not all.

June 8: really cold here the last few days. Likely due to the heat dome now in SW states and Mexico. Overnight low of only 1 C tonight so the plants are indoors until conditions improve which should be soon. June 9: it wasn’t as cold as forecast last night and stayed above 5 C with lowest being two nights ago at 3.3 C. Watered with 26 C water this evening to keep it warm a bit longer but overnight temps should be fine again now and she’s outdoors full time now. June 10: watered this morning with first compost tea. Pic is from the evening and she’s looking really good. A few days ago I forgot to lower the pH of the city tap water and the biggest fan leaves show some of that pH swing damage. Oops. Looks good now though after the lazy compost tea. Lazy compost tea is compost, molasses, some coco coir and some Monster Maxx. Let sit overnight but not so long that it goes anaerobic. It should smell fresh not sulphurous. June 11: looks good after the compost tea. June 13: to get the stems growing apart in preparation for another round of topping, I supercropped both stems, taped with floral tape, and then tied down using pipe cleaners and paper clips on the edge of the grow bag. Day 51 I finally see that they are gaining weight and starting to regain color. Thursday they will take the advanced nutrients hoping to be able to improve even more. Day 56 the girls are blocked but it is my fault .. La alegria que se palpita es mucha! Siempre soñe con tener cogollos oscuros y esta es la primera vez! Es notable la diferencia entre la planta fertilizada con namaste y la de feeding, aunque con este solo utilize el Grow y el Booster. Esta ultima tiene un aroma mas plano, sutil, pero gana en volumen. En cambio con la que utilize namaste destaca mas la precencia de ese aroma como a frutos del bosque, dulce y terroso. A comienzos de pre flora aparecieron unos gusanos verdes que se multiplican muy rápido. La mayoria la elimine a mano, pero lo ideal es utilizar jabon potasico + Aceite de neem para eliminarlos inmediatamente.
