Second week in stretch training a bit more with the net.

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The Green Gelato Automatic has reached 41 cm, and is now twice lower than its Hulkberry roommates. Due to the height of the Hulkberries, I had to attach the lights to the very top of the box, the height of the box is 178 cm and to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plants, I had to do so. 😟 Unfortunately, now the Green Gelato is 50cm away from the light, although I picked up the whole pot, the distance is still too far than it should be. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. She started drinking more water, so I watered more this week than before. Compared to Hulkberry roommates, Gelato grows much lower with much denser branches and more leaves. He did not lengthen in height like them. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plant look satisfied, there are no major signs that it is missing anything. The only watering is difficult due to the density of the branches and the light does not reach the lowest flowers, but I plan a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. I changed the light regime to twenty hours of light and four hours of sleep. It was also watering day. She got the full range of BioBizz for the first week of flowering. I prepare 9 liters of water each time in which I put BioBizz, p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick and as of this week I’ve started adding Cal Mag preventively. With that amount of water, I water all three plants evenly. 12/07/2020 - Day 24. Watering. The procedure is the same as the previous times. This time I also filmed the way I do it. 15/07/2020 - Day 27. Watering. Same 9 liters as before, with full BioBizz and preventive Cal-Mag. 16/07/2020 - Day 28. Photography and filming. Day 97 of cycle Day 60 of flowering. I cut the full plant and hanged it and now gonna leave drying for 2/3 weeks. I prefer dry trimming because it’s easier.

Back to the 1000 wt as temps here are modest for July atm. Still 1 plant not flowering like the other 2. I will be patient as it’s overall structure looks amazing. Slowly easing into the process not as much anxiety about every little thing. Changed my light out for my lower power 600 wt led instead of the 1000wt TMLAPY. Maybe not the right move i really don't know what to do b/c i have tip burn and my tent gets a bit hot in the low 80s when its in the 90s here in Illinois. I have an makeshift cooler w fan and some fans and my exhaust fan system which im pretty sure is under powered and overall and bad beginner purchase. I will upgrade as soon as i can financially afford to. Also had flooding issues in basement which is always an adventure, i eventually need a better way to get my grow tent up off the ground b/c water does get in there sometimes. Doing everything in my power to avoid mold and have fans and filters and cleaning, but again this may have been a beginner mistake and i may have to find a new home for the tent for the next time. Also I definitely had been under watering the girls and came close to one of them dying and have to remove some yellow leaves at bottom, they all look stable now. 1 out of 3 plants has a darker color and looks fuller and healthier w less tip burn but it is shorter only has a couple of hairs where the other 2 are going full on into flowering with so many hairs and growing much taller. Possibly stunted the growth... Anyway the word of the day for this week is TIP BURN. I will submit a question to follow. i recently uploaded a video that should show all 3 plants w the tip burn.

I stopped giving them Bio Grow since the harvest is near.. I cut some yellow leaves and they all look beautiful :) Can't wait until harvest :D

Finally we are done, I spent one 10 months on Durban Poison, this is my best sativa strain and im absolutely in love. So next report will be with some Clones of Durban Poison.

Just time to finish these guys with a flushing agent then we HARVEST!!

Northern lights is doing good. She is starting to get a citrus aroma. I have been feeding twice a week. Everything is going well. I hst her some more mid week. The hairs are really showing right now and a slight fruity perfume is filling the grow closet. The bright colors glisten and captivate and I just stare and stare. In between dunk feeds I do regularly top pours. The plants are still short. Not much of an early flower growth spurt. But the bud sites are looking healthy and sticky already so I expecting some top shelf, even if it’s not much of it 🤣

No me pude estar de hacer una nueva poda de bajos, tercer y cuarto nudo a todas. Sigo batallando contra la araña roja :-( No hay manera de deshacerme de ella al 100% y cuando me sube un poco las temperaturas vuelven a salir. Volví a aplicarles otra con Solabiol por segunda vez, por arriba y por el en envés de las hojas , todo bién mojado. Como se puede ver en alguna fofto del seguimiento, en la semana 7 por ejemplo, antes tenia un tablón de madera con muchos abujeros para facilitar que suba el calorcito de los calefactores pero no las tenia todas al ser madera, me temo que al ser madera era más difícil de desinfectar bién el armario y obté por poner unos soportes elevadores metálicos con sus abujeritos. Creo que empiezo a estar enamorado del ATSPro , deberia esperar a que termine la flora para no tirar cohetes si pero por lo que voy viendo me está ganado mucho. Llevaba tiempo cultivando con COBs , anteriormente con LEC y anteriormente al LEC con PHS y esto es en diferencia lo más cómodo y que mejor reparte la luz y por lo que voy observando una mejor o mayor penetración lumíca , creo que esta iluminaria me permitirá que los cogollos arranquen de más abajo. toquemos madera. Esta semana empecé con el Delta 9 en el riego, las veces anteriores habian sido via foliar. terminada la semana creo que ya podemos asegurar que variedad es más vigorosa y cual predomina más el feno índico. Como puede observarse las Animal cokies ganan en altura con una distancia internudal mayor. Las OgKush todo al contrario, bajitas y una distancia internudal menor. Por lo que hace a la altura de las plantas las OGK rondarian entre los 70 ctms y las más altas que vendrian a ser la Animal C unos 90ctms. áprox.

Week 13 : This wraps up the last week of flush for the biotabs, they got 2.5 ml/L of humic acid each feed 3x 4 pints this week. These have a real funky smell to them, cant really put my finger on it, kinda plant musty, really strong smell, maybe skunky or something, main thing is they're getting the chop soon ! Clipped a fair few leaves but the idea is a dry trim and hanging the plants whole for 10-12 days of slow drying before the cure. Man i cant wait to wrap this grow up ! These kinda grew crowded, i can tell because the biotabs and mrB's have a few branches that are anemic, small, useless, so they're all gonna go into the bubble hash, let's see if i can extract anything from these beauties ! wish me luck 🚀

160 days of life harvested on day 63 of flower. I don’t have photos of her vegging but she started off great. About two weeks in, she started having some major issues. Her leaves started atrophying, curling up at the borders, growing 3 finger leaves, all new growth was deformed and twisted and growth in general almost stopped completely, to what I suspect was from broad mites. These fuckers are nasty! I dm’d my local grow shop and tried out some Neem Oil. I diluted it in water like they recommended and sprayed that baby every day for one week, then every other day the following week, then down to once a week. I sprayed her leaves stem and surface of the soil. I also cleaned the entire grow space with some bleach solution. Doing this allowed her to really bounce back, growth started to take off again! So I vegged for a few more weeks and trained her as much as I could to keep her uniform but short, she responded well to this. During flower, she was very happy. I had two main issues during this time, one was being too hot in Nitrogen and a week of very hot temperatures which burned her a slight bit, although she didn’t seem to mind much. I also could’ve continued a once a week spray of Neem oil because I think they might’ve started to come back on the lower and younger leaves that weren’t getting much light. Overall it was a dope grow and hope to do better on the next one!

Hi! Here’s my 300W led session for tropicanna banana and dos si dos 33 to compare with my 315CMH box ! They are at day 28 and everything is ok! I had a little nitrogen deficiency on two plants but It’s ok now !

The plants have now started to flower and exploded with some more growth. Ive added canna boost now amd increased the dosage of A and B until growth slows down. Looks like the one on the left might take a bit longer to finish. We'll see. Im not goint to do any more training for now other than defolliating. The next week ill trim back any grpwth underneath that i dont think will give me any decent buds. Peace Charliezard

I have now trimmed and hung the plant after 9 weeks of flowering
