This is the 5th week of flower and theses plants have larger buds now then many plants I have grown at 8 weeks. I am astounded by how well they are doing. The temps have gotten a bit colder at night then I would like but they have not seemed to be bothered by it other than maybe getting a bit stickier. I am beginning to wonder if I can make it 9 weeks with these buds as they seem to be fattening up as fast as they do in the last 2 weeks. Good thing I have a scrog net or the branches would be sagging. The stems are thick and the roots are sucking up 1.5 gallons every 2 and a half days now. I am thinking about eliminating the one runt plant as the buds on it are tiny and it is just taking up scrog space that could be used to get more light to the plants that are developing the huge buds.

SST 7g of alfalfa per 5l , foliar and soil drench , followed by a kelp foliar next day eyeing the dosage as it’s like 0.03 for my foliar spray bottle 🙄🙈 probably curling up because of that . Also tied down some fan leaves and did few chop and drops through out the last week also was topped at some point 😂 forgotten when This week i will foliar with SST alfalfa & corn & kelp Rest for the soil drench I will mix with super8 tea

Bit of a scare with the banana but we're all good I think 👌🏻 Been thoroughly checking each day and still no sign of any more. Shout to everyone who've advised me to just whip it off and keep an eye I was just gonna throw it haha She's a short bushy thing for sure. Really compact. Started stretching nicely and throwing out more pistils each day. Had another trim today she was filling up haha

Smelling strong got a lil crispy on some tops but looking real good overall a pretty maxed out 5x5. It's gonna be a trim fest.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. D36-rain has been coming down every single day it seems. Plant is flowering along, going to spray neem oil by end of the week to deter pests. D37-neem oil sprayed on plants medium and fabric pot. D38-rain and humidity the past couple days. Weeks outlook though is a high of 97, sunny and night temp of no lower than 60. Summer season is officially here :) I have really been doing nothing to this plant except making sure it was watered and in the sunlight. Adding nutes per schedule helps tremendously also with one extra step taken out of the equation. D39-plant is growing and showing good bud sites. Nothing but abundant sunshine this week. Noticed a good amount of trichomes already forming on some leaves, as well as at the base of the side branches. D40-hand watered half gallon as it is brutally hot and sunny. Plant looks good. D41-noticed fungus gnat infestation. Applied neem like crazy to saturate medium. Heck..

2020-06-13 Going heavier on nutrients now, I went too high with my initial amount. After pH, it was a whopping EC=2200!! Too much for these ones. I had to dilute this weeks nutrition down, so I have to estimate the nutrition levels as I had to add water and pH it. I started with a whopping 7.6 mL/Liter but probably ended up with about 6.5 mL/gallonI EC=1800/ now keep calimagic constant at 3.79 mL/gallon to help buffer the solution and keep the solution stable. The additional calimagic has stopped the spread of the rust spots and new leaves are a lighter green and have stopped turning dark! Success. 2020-06-14 Thinking about doing the last topping and LST session this week and then transitioning to bloom. Thoughts on that? I have them on a 'transition feed' right now that is very nutrient dense! Started about 950 ppm for the healthier looking plant. The 2nd plant is still getting slightly less nutrients but the magnesium deficiency hasn't appeared in the newest growth. Roots are growing crazy amounts every day! You can see that the 2nd bucket plant started making tons of roots out of the side of the bucket again. Nice to see the bounce back once given adequate nutrition. I have reduced expectations for that plant but it was definitely a lesson in how to prepare and interpret feeding schedules AND how your plant is reacting to them. 2020-06-15 Did some light defoliating today, removing a lot of the lower fan leaves and sucker branches/growth tips... Going to veg for the rest of the week and then change both over to flower. 2020-06 19 Day before nutrient change, they are growing too fast now!! ahhhh!! 2020-06-20 Day of nutrient change! Took them out of the grow tent while I swapped out the buckets.

Welp I overdid some things the past couple weeks. Bumping up the light schedule to 20 hours so soon after adding the second lamp definitely caused some lightburn. At the same time I over watered before going out of town and came back to fungus gnats yuck. Only really signs of root rot on ok be plant. Changed lights back to 18-6. Went a whole week before feeding any again, until bottoms felt dry. Last nutes for white (hard flush w/ peroxide next feeding), normal nutes for blue and yellow (last with grow big). Topped and mended in an inch of perlite and sprayed Neem oil around fabric pots, top of soil, and plant base as well as hanging fly traps. Seems to be coming under control. Harvested 4 small spears off of red and began drying testing potential setup. Will do another partial harvest on red and potentially a spear or two off of white as well this week.

All doing perfect not alot to say, defoliated on 18/1/21 and tied a few branches where I could to make a little more room. Maybe 3weeks then ripen +flush Daily updates

we just finished 2 weeks are are going into the 3 week. These ladies can EAT!! 1,000 ppm’s and no issues..looks like I have to up the ppm’s for bloom phase 4 out of the 5 are doing GREAT. The 5th one is having issues and I know it’s the media I am using. I had a different brand of soil for 1 of the banana MAC’s and it freaking SUCKS!! I am amending with Iron-Tone by Espoma to get the green back and it has some cal-mag also with sulpher ( hits all suspect deficiencies). The other 4 are in Mother Earth soil which I have had zero issues with. I will be sticking with Mother Earth for awhile. 11/6 Potassium deficiency in the banana MAC’s…kinda of a good sign. Let’s me know the plant is going into bloom phase and it’s time to change the ratios from 1:1:1 to 1:3:2. The 1:3:2 is flower girl 1 week and fish bone meal with Langbeinite the other week. I will alternate between the two for 4 weeks. Tuesday ( 11/8) will mark 3 weeks. I did defoliation and lollipoping today. This is the second one I have done ( I do the first one the week before flipping).

I guess I didn’t take pics for a full month! These pics were taken July 28th, 4 weeks after the last photos. Fed rainwater once every other day and used 1 tsp/gal recharge once a week with a small amount of liquid seaweed.
