Finishing final week before the flip to flower. All three ladies looking great. Swapped out taller legs for plant stand supporting Napali Pink (NPK, 13"), compared to The Bling (17") and Mimosa (15"). I pulled all smaller nodes starting at base and working up to 1/2/3 nodes, trying to maintain a tight node spacing for future bud development. Eliminated sucker branches. Released tension wire holding down NPK to get her to catch up with other two. I should have potted up, but plan to tomorrow (Day 2 of Week 1 Flower) to their finishing size of 7 gal fabric pots. Expecting some excellent root growth, resulting in hopefully bigger buds! Mimosa - she was the one to have first caught Powdery Mildew, having accidentally left her outside when I transplanted a few weeks ago. Sprayed her down well with potassium bicarbonate/veg oil/Dawn/water solution. Eliminated PM, but some leaves burned in process. Nevertheless, she bounced back well. She is also the tallest in the bunch at 18" tall. Napali Pink (NPK) - she was added in about a week after the other two; Hawaiian cultivar of Hindu Sun/Kauai Electric/Alaskan Thunderfuck; she is also the most hardiest and was the only plant to not get PM! Attribute that to her tropical roots, making her less susceptible to PM. She is the shortest at 13". Changed out the legs of the plant stand to accommodate and bring her up to same height as others. The Bling - this one surprised me big-time! I was ruling her out initially, after suffering some bad trauma (her main stalk was damaged), which caused her to grow 3-blade leaves! Weeks passed and she bounced back. She also contracted PM, but not as bad. A very lanky strain, with some weird node spacing. Trying to tighten up by defoliating to top node on all stems. She responded well and has since started to grow normally again, with 7-blade leaves.

It's day 40 for The Tropical Ice Cream One and she has fully recovered from last week's topping. I'm continuously training the 8 mains to keep a low profile and also taking off leaves here and there. Will probably give her a couple more days before I'll flip to 12/12, would love to veg her for longer. Hi all! oh yeah baby! burst of color! I can’t stop looking! I really like varieties that change their color. but I haven’t had such experience yet. usually buds change color and not leaves. but this is an exceptional case! I really like it externally. and the smell is just as sweet and delicious as otd! I regret that I did not let her grow more in the growing season. it would make a huge beautiful bush!

Week 7 is starting at day 48, things are rolling along nicely, she really is a hungry girl😂don't be shy with the nutrients as I've stated earlier, she takes everything she's given. Das ist ein solider Korridor für dieses Stadium, in dem die Pflanze ihre Stoffwechselprozesse langsam hochfährt. 💧 Die Wassertemperatur lag im Schnitt bei 21 Grad, was ideal ist, um den Wurzeln keinen Kälteschock zu verpassen und die Sauerstoffaufnahme im Substrat zu begünstigen. Die Pflanze zeigt sich durstig, aber nicht übermäßig, was zeigt, dass der aktuelle Gießrhythmus gut auf das Substrat und das Wurzelvolumen abgestimmt ist. 📸 Beobachtung für die kommende Zeit: Die Strawberry Banana beginnt jetzt zusehends mit der Seitentriebbildung. Wenn das Wachstum in diesem Tempo weitergeht, werde ich in der nächsten Woche über erstes sanftes Training nachdenken, um das Licht besser in die unteren Bereiche zu leiten. Auch die unteren Blüten können sich sehen lassen schöne Feste Knollen.👌🏼 Ich freue mich auf das verkosten, sie riecht gäsig mit süßlichen Nuancen. Das Growen mit dieser Sorte hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Es gab keine großen Probleme, solange man sie nicht zu sehr stresst. Kommt sie mit jeder Gegebenheit zurecht. The plants are all doing well, unfortunately they are developed differently, in the future I will make a report per plant

The Widow is doing pretty good, she's coming very close to harvest day. I've started flushing her because her hair is starting to get really amber. She is smelling nice but not too hard either. The other plants in bloom seem to be a little louder,however het buds are really thick and look very yummy. Looking forward to tasting this lady. I'm pretty sure she will be harvested by next week.
