Second week with the mini humidifier here and so far mixed results. I need something with larger capacity so I don't have to refill it every single day, but still small enough to fit the IKEA box. Strongly considering to add a heated mat too at some point. There seems to be quite a bit of temperature difference between the plant and the bottom of the pot. Maybe just some insulations. Sooo many things to try, but let's focus on not overfeeding them 😃

Just couldn't resist to give a go 😁🤤 Week 0 Germination Jan 25-Feb 1 Germination in propagator. beans landed directly in substrate within 5 min after opening the package. Started believing that all methods like glass water, paper towel etc. are really useful if seeds are old, stored incorrectly or coming from shady seedbank. If seeds are from trusted source with strong genetics wouldn't be bother trying anything else than planting your beans directly to substrate. So far 100% success This time both baby girls started showing their heads within 2 days after planting seeds. Jan 25 Seeds planted. Propagator at 20 degrees and 90% humidity. Jan 27 Girls popped through the soil. Warm welcome to Kitana and Aphrodite 😍 Jan 28-30 Both babies growing at the same pace. Jan 31 Time to move from this baby size propagator to a better and more comfortable place. Feb 1 End of germination week. All went painlessly and successfully. I am super excited for whats to come 😁 Hopefully this will be another easy and successful ride. Today i chopped all plants, top of the plants are already dried i try out buds 👌 nice taste, sativa high 😎 12.7. Buds are ready and 90% dry. I pack them into jar to get yummy taste and high 🤤

(ya que lo comencé y no fotografíe desde el principio, servirá para aprender) Son dos esquejes que me regalaron los cuales no estaban identificados. Estamos en invierno en mi país por lo que tengo problemas con la temperatura, ahora cambie mi iluminación led y está aumento la temperatura a 20ºC cuando esta prendida que es algo mas aceptable en comparación a los 16º o máximo 18ºC que se llegaba con el anterior. Ahora falta corregir la temperatura con el led apagado, estoy pensando que haré. Esa será la principal dificultad de este cultivo. Si alguien tiene alguna recomendación será bien recibida!

Good week... she's grown a lot, is looking VERY strong - #1's stem is already pretty thick for such a young plant.... so I think I'm going to let her get a couple more nodes on her and then top and clone her... #2 is a little weaker so I think I might top her this week. I've put them both on an aggressive veg feed and they're both responding very nicely to it... such a difference from autoflowers! I find it fascinating..... so much so that I tend to rather ignore them... for example, I think I MAY have given them a drink of something only 4 or 5 times in their lives (they've just celebrated their 4th week from seed)... never any complaints, never saying "hey, fool - pay attention to me!" .... I glance at them once a day and move on.... Still trying to decide where in my yard they're going to be planted - but I've got at least 4 more weeks before I'll feel comfortable enough with the weather to go dig a hole for them... SHOULD also start some LST, I suppose.... going to be relying on LST a lot outdoors so I can hopefully avoid the bud rot that plagued me last year... Great fun! May 4 - I've decided I'm going to top #1 today and stick the top in Clonex, into a RootRiot and plunk it into a DWC bucket ... so while I'll have these two plants out in the yard waiting for an October harvest, I can flip the clone indoors for an earlier harvest to see if I like the strain at all.... Hmmm... maybe I'll do that to both of them and keep one in veg while I flip one of them... This is kind of cool - I'm learning about all the possibilities growing photoperiods gives you... just amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy store! LOL! I'll put up a video when I top and clone... but don't take it as gospel because this will be my first time and I don't REALLY know what the hell I'm doing... just having fun and experimenting! May 5 - Happy Cinco de Mayo! Didn't get around to topping and starting a clone yesterday... but I've just now posted up two videos - the first where I'm determining where to top - and the second, longer one, where I place the top I've just cut off into DWC to clone... or ATTEMPT to clone! LOL! God knows if this is going to work... if you've got any comments on what I've done, hints for a better way of doing things PLEASE comment below! I could use all the help I can get! Should I, for example, chop off the lower fan leaves of the top? Or are they needed for the top to survive? I can't help but think they're a pretty big drain on the poor thing... #1, which is the one I topped, is really showing me she needs to get outside in the yard... her roots are starting to peek through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot.... I THOUGHT a 2-gallon would be big enough to last at least a month and a half but..... I'm going to have to get serious about where to put these ladies!

Zdar Bando . Začínám 5 týden a přidal sem 1 ml pk od hesi, teď vše po 2 ml/l. Jinak proběhla defoliace, příští kolo možná vezmu ještě víc listí. Zálivka co 2 dny 3l na kytku. Začínají být už cítit tak budu muset dát pacháč 😁. Zatím snad vše ok. Tak další hlášení za týden .

Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

Please note that all three plants receive different fertilizers: BioBizz#1 -- BioBizz scheme GHF#2 -- Greenhouse Feeding Scheme AN#4 -- Advanced Nutrients Scheme Had let plants #1 and #2 dry out a little too much as you can see from some of the leaves. Otherwise I am quite happy with the development so far.

Northern lights is looking good. She is growing very vigorously. She has had great growth over the last week. She will be going to her flowering tent in about a week. Everything is going great. Day 22 - 8/5 - I'm liking Plagron, I'm just going to stop checking ppms in or out from now on, just 5.8 ph for now. - 5.5" tall today! - So easy, just making a gallon every other day with the grow, some silica (if i want...no pressure here), and some cal mag...not in that order of course LOL. Loving this easy mix! Day 23 - 8/6 - No feed today, still on every 2 days - Lana got another tip of a leaf! OOPS AGAIN! - I went ahead and cut off the first 2 fan leaves and nodes. Day 24 - 8/7 - Gave her Gal of easy mixing today - 6" tall!!! Day 25 - 8/8 - 6.5" - No changes and No water today Day 26 - 8/9 - Noticed some cal mag deficiency, will adjust - Increased her cal mag to 3.5ml per gal (I had her on only 2ml/gal) - Lana has struck again! Bit off half of another leaf. Poor plant! Day 27 - 8/10 - 7" tall - No water Day 28 - 8/11 - Still 7" tall - 5.8ph still - She's starting to look a bit hungry too, will start to increase feed to full strength of the plagron next watering or two. **She's moving right along...no thanks to pretty girl Lana LOL. She loves to just sun bathe in the tent. She gives me a look and I can't say no to that little face!!! Who could?! I'm thinking about flipping her soon. There's this little voice in my head that keeps saying over and over "you should flip soon, you should flip soon" (cough, cough...spouse). We shall see though!

Week 2 of flower and I can see I should have some nice big buds when fully developed. They finished their stretch at the of week 2 and started to produce terpenes. The choc mint og smell is here!
