On tuesday I did a second round of topping. 8 healthy branches are starting to form. Did a full water replacement on day 7 since the last change to avoid deficiencies. On friday I replaced the growtent with a new G-Tools 0.35M2 closet. I like the serene look that it creates.

Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

Week 26: September 20 2020 - September 26 2020 Great week, no issues, no complaints. Buds are getting fatter and the smell is really starting to come off of them. Fertilized for the last time on Friday and will begin flushing with water until harvest. Blue Dream looks like she can come down now but trichomes are still milky with very little amber. Keeping a close eye on her but I think 2-3 weeks more at most before she's chopped. Girl Scout Cookies is an absolute beast! She got some wild colors from the cold snap last week and she looks awesome. I got some dead leaves I could pull, but they all look awesome with the reds, purples and greens. Buds are dense too! The pictures and videos don't do them justice. The fan leaves have long stems so they're hiding the buds, but if you pull them back, each cola is huge and gets bigger almost daily. Trichomes are starting to come in more heavily, and pistils are just starting to turn red. Purple Kush is starting to put on weight and has really shaped up in the last couple weeks. Surprised she's still so green compared to the purple in Girl Scouts, but it could just be the phenotype. She's definitely the furthest back of the two and may stay out a little longer. Overall, I'm extremely impressed and happy with my results this year. Decent weather in the forecast for the month of October. Looks like we're on the road to a pretty sweet harvest. Week 10 of flower, looking to chop next week. The trichomes are about 70/30 cloudy/amber. Doing a few days of darkness and really cold night temps to hopefully push out the colors and resin production here towards the end.

These 2 are growing bushy both have the same kinda structure. Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. This week went well for the Durban Nights. Not much to report, she hit day 14 today and is working on her 3rd node, I will transplant her in 48 hours, then hopefully top her in about a week or less. I will wait for her to grow at least 7 nodes so I am sure her roots are solid before the topping, but she will absolutely explode after transplanted into coco coir so that shouldnt be a problem. I will also complete the first two sets of toppings at the 3rd node, so that should shave a little time off as well as I previously completed the 2nd and 3rd toppings at the 5th and 3rd node to further spread out the plant. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

8/22 - There has been some explosive growth among my 4 purple Microdots. They are growing by leaps and bounds each day, 8/23 - So far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/24 - Brewing up some compost tea. This will be there first! As they start to get a little bigger I've made a prediction for sex. I think A238 & A239 are male and A240 & A241 are female. We'll see! 8/25- Fed the ladies with the compost tea and used it as a foliar spray as well. They responded very well and continue to have crazy, rapid, growth. 8/27 - They have gotten so big and bushy. I'm going to start a little LST on them today! 8/30 - They are starting to show sex! Still can't tell whether it's male or female...but it should be any day now!

Hello dear growers and growmies 👊💚 my lemonade haze girls turned into little green bushy trees :) the scent that comes from my closet smells like a candy store 🍬🍭 just delicious 🤤 They get 0.75 l of water 3 times a week and a light dose of fertilizer. The microbe soil life seems to be active, they get a small replenishment of microbes and micro nutrients every 2 weeks. i hope to see first signs of blooms by the end of this week , gotta do a heavy defoliation this or next weekend 🤙😃 thanks to everyone who stopped by I appreciate it very much , stay healthy my friends 🍻💚

Just flowering

This was a beautiful week. The girls started to flower, they feel really nice. There were no significant changes, everything goes as expected. A ladybug visited my garden, I decided to keep her as protection from mites. I never had problems with them, but we can never know. :)

The weeks go by, the buds get thicker… at least once a week I have to defoliate to let the light pass through. I'm curious to see the final harvest, I can't quantify a possible yield… This will determine how to set up the next cycle. A new tenant has joined our friends

This week we start with some LST... The second Runtz didn't make it, so I've thrown it away now.

Third week in bloom. Everything is going well. My only concern is that I have defoliated too much and my humidity is too high. Difficult to get it down when it's just raining outside. I'll see what happens... 19.12.2023 I've made some space and flanged my old 60x60x120cm tent on the right site and switched on another PC fan. I hope I haven't made a serious mistake. All fans repositioned. And everything is taped off so that no light comes in. That was too crowded. Next time 4 or 5 will be enough for me.

Well this was certainly an unexpected journey. Who wouldve thought a shitty little cutting I was planning on letting die would end up making it and becoming an international superstar? The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Day 21: So we are currently in day 21, I finished all my work for my growroom. They where pushed into flowering 5 days ago. They always need to settle first before even turning into that stage. So my gues that in the end of the next week we will start to see the first indicators. I still gave them veg nutrients this week since they are still in growing stage. I did notice that many plants have weak stems and where sloppy underneeth. Didn't liked that, so in order to have thicker stems and branches I decided to top all the plants ( not showing in these picutues, i did that after making the pictures) Topping your plants will create stronger thick stems and branches! Also removed the first 1-2 internodes on each branch. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant. I can't remember the ''science'' behind it but I have been told that many years ago by fellow OG Dutch growers and Family members. Anyway It is importend to have uneven branches. So 5, 7 or even 9 but never 6 or 8. Normaly I would have loved a huge main cola and it is known by many amnesia growers to not top the plants because they make beautifull thick main colas. On the other hand, when having this much plants on each m2, it will create weak stems and branches. I rather have strong plants with thick stems and branches to transport all nutrients properly and not breaking when having buds on them or having to mayor support them. The leafs, stems and branches look fine to me. No stress or deficiencies. 1/3 of them like to drink thought which is a good thing but it really enjoying. Now I have to weigh by lifting the pots which one needs more or less feedings lol. Instead of giving them all like 5 seconds of water. Might show you guys my feeding ''barrel'' next week. It is a 250L one. Untill next week.
