Hey all sorry for the late update. Got really busy with work and just wasnt uploading. I had to cull phat Gary cause she was a genetic herm, I’m talking pollen sacks all the way up the main stem. I’ve seen a few stress sacks here and there on the lowers but nothing like this. I added a video of it so you might know what to look out for. It’s my first experience with exotic genetix and while I have heard of them having herm issues before, I have never had anything quite like phat Gary. But, on the other hand, this Gary Poppins #2 is the best smelling plant I’ve ever had. She smells like a straight strawberry soda, just this very fizzy strawberry scent. It’s unreal. Gary Poppins #1 has a similar terp profile, but not as loud and she’s frosty as ever. Both the perm marker s1’s are identical. Both look exactly like the perm marker flower I’ve bought from seed junky in the past. Very lime green buds with light oranges hairs. Smells just like a permanent marker. Couldn’t be happier with how this run is going, well except Phat Gary. Still haven’t decided on Exotic Genetix yet. I guess we will wait and see how Blueberry Gary comes out, she’s currently in week 6 veg. Shout out to the mad scientist Jbeezy though, this perm marker is unreal. When I saw he was releasing s1’s I couldn’t believe it. Gonna wash this entire run for some fresh frozen. I would absolutely love to get this Gary Poppins #2 smell to transfer to some live rosin. Will update this when we finish and I’ll make a diary for blueberry Gary and Gastro pop from compound genetics when I get a chance. This adventure seems like it'll be zenzational! These seeds were the first to burst and also first to sprout from soil out of all the other strain. Ladies are on a mission, they stretched upwards and spread the first leaves fast! My thoughts are they'll be some bushy ladies! 😍 I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy growing!

Today is day 74 since the plants sprouted, and day 35 of the 12/12 light schedule. I got lazy with the diary after I switched to flower, but I switched to the flower schedule the day of the my last veg update. Everything has been very hands off since flower, to be honest. I've still been following the General Hydroponics nutrient schedule for my dosing, and the plants have seemed happy with that. Both plants look great in there, especially plant #2, which has tons of roots reaching out of the pot and onto the grow tray. From what I had read online, triploid plants are supposed to be seedless, at least when it comes to fruit. I was hoping that would mean the plants would be incapable of producing pollen sacks/seeds. As usual for my grows, I found pollen sacks at about 5 weeks of flower on plant #2, and promptly picked it off. That's the only one I've found so far, but I'll have to keep a sharp eye out for the next few weeks. From experience, these bastards pop up on the lower nodes from weeks 5-8 of flower. If any of them open during weeks 5-7, the whole crop gets tons of seeds.

UPDATE: 1-29-18 The GSC are definitely AUTOS. Just added a new fan. Bought a Spectrum King 140W and just moved it in as it's going to be my main FLOWER light.

These girls are super sticky! Resin is building up all over the place, including the leaves. I've been defoliating like crazy but they just keep coming back.

The development of the buds is lookin' great tho'.The production of the trichomes also lookin' damn frosty ❄️. I'm kinda curious of how much the crop will be 😁. Stay tuned 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼

She is frosting up…i was lucky to get a seed out of her this week. I will create a separate diary for him/her. I don't get any skunk aroma maybe because it's my first time growing this strain. All i can say it doesn't smell sweet🙂

Buenas tardes growers, Estamos en la semana número 3 y media de floración, la fase de engorde la comenzaremos la semana que viene, bajaremos fertilización base y potenciamos el engorde y su dureza para dejarlos como piedras, las fertilizaciones se hacen altas al regar con agua de ósmosis inversa, hemos añadido una mejora en la calidad del agua, damos agua más rica y añadimos nosotros mismos los nutrientes controlando todos los estadios y lo más importante controlando los drenajes de cada riego para controlar parámetros y cualquier variación de ppm. D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------

Week 3: Since this is my first grow, I love to see how quickly the cannabis plant grows, and it's accelerating rapidly. They are thriving and healthy. This week, I used fertilizer for the first time, starting with half the amount recommended in the feeding schedule. 0,5/ml per liter.

She has a lot more room now to spread out, she is doing well! Second net going up in the next few days to help speed her out more.

I had to change the light this week. To smaller lights because of some fan leaves was turn at the tips away from the lights

I was out of town last week and the girls kept fattening up nicely. Nothing new to report.

This week was very interesting I had a Potassium and phosphorus deficiency so ended up having to correct that! She seems to be still growing well and is entering the next flowering stage!
