I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

I have put a second scrog net inside to stabilize the lady’s. They made a big stretch.

FBT 2307 has been killing it. She got some nice big colas on her. I switched to ph water a few days ago. I will be looking to harvest in about 10 days roughly. I did add orange essential oil to ph water. Dunno if it will effect anything. She grew great under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light in the Athena blended line nutrition. Thank you Mars Hydro. Hi Growmies, She has been taking very well to the plant success Orca that I have been feeding her for the last 7 days. Root development just exploded. Since these results are quite impressive I will definitely include such a product in my feeding plans. She doesn’t really want to stretch properly, even with an elevated and dimmed light. So I decided to flip her yesterday and am expecting at least 15-20 cm stretch. The Rezin I started feeding has already shown it’s effect as well, with small trichomes starting to appear on the fan leaves already, long before pre-flower has even started. Week 6 Day 42 of flower Day 98 of life Jealousy is going great, at least in appearance. Plants completed 6 weeks so I made one more defoliation for the last few weeks. It’s smelling nicely and buds are fattening up. Hopefully they will get more and more trichomes and smell even better. By her looking I believe she will have at least 3 weeks. Let’s go

Bisher läuft alles ruhig. Sie wächst sehr gut und sieht stabil aus. Die Blätter entfalten sich wunderschön, die Blütenstempel schreiten hier schneller voran. Zum Gießen: Sie trinkt sehr gut und nimmt mit der Zeit immer mehr Wasser auf. Anmerkungen: Noch immer gibt es tägliche Fraß Schäden! Neemöl habe ich bereits eingesetzt! Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich meine Frustration darüber deutlich reduziert habe. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden! Ich wünsche euch allen eine schöne und erfolgreiche Woche! Last week of flowering for our gorilla cookies from fastbuds 420 This week only water was given to the girls, as at the end of week we are harvesting the plants! Very nice smells comes out of the tent, cant wait to try all of the fastbuds strains i have in the tent 🤗🤗🤗

18/10 - Cumple 6 semanas en etapa de floracion. Su evolución fue muy rapida y los cocos se encuentran muy bien desarrollados. El banco recomienda dejarla en floracion de 8 a 9 semanas. Se encuentra muy resinosa con mucho olor. La parte principal parece un arbol. No tuve ningun problema en toda su etapa. Los nutrientes los tomo de forma perfecta, las chalas se encuentran verdes y perfectas. Solo en la parte baja estan un poco amarillas pero es normal por que la luz no llega. LST is going well. Minor defoliation to remove growth on underside of plant. This will be last full week of veg. Planet of the grapes auto sprout hanging out in back. Video/photos taken 42 days after breaking soil.

It really is an extremely fast plant. I have hardly been able to keep up with the normal fertilization scheme, and it seems to be very hungry for CalMag. Despite the deficiencies, the result is surprisingly good.
