Method 📊📊📊 She trained incredibly well and recovered faster from topping than the NL did to a fim. This grow was a slightly different take on a traditional manifold leaving the top growth tips from each 2nd node (first topping) in place. This gave us 10 main colas as opposed to eight and we also left in a few extra shoots which proved to yield just that little bit extra.😉. If we had the space we would’ve stuck with 8 monster colas. Instead, we tried to squeeze usable bud out of every square inch. Maintenance was a bit of a bitch - had to defo numerous times to keep the light penetration optimal. Which brings us to the grow light - I won’t say it was ineffective cause that’s just not true. But, if this one had gotten much bigger we’d have seen some serious diminishing returns in bud quality. The tops and middles of each 10-12” cola were dense and chunky but the lower buds on the outer branches were like giant fluffy larf pillows. Thankfully there weren’t too many of these and I might’ve been able to solve this issue with some yo-yo’s if I wasn’t so damn lazy and “😜” when work’n on the garden. So, grow light review now that we’re through a few cycles - vipar spectra gets a 6/10 from me. It will grow solid, quality bud but certainly has its limitations. Their manual says it’s 450w should cover a space roughly twice the size of mine. I disagree and actual wattage draw is more like 200w. I’m gonna try to stick to photoperiod SCROGs with it in the future. Only real way to max out it’s effectiveness. Big plus - it’s about perfect for this particular space: 1:. Medium 🎛️🎛️🎛️🎛️ Coco is now the go-to medium in lieu of soil when we grow indoors. I can’t specifically say that the growth time is sped up compared to soil because I’m always growing something different but - she did recover very quickly from her toppings and the drainage is wayyyyy better. The fact that it’s nute neutral allows us to dictate exactly what the plant receives at all times. IMO - more manageable and precise than soil. Include a regular diet of calmag and ur good to grow.: 1: Yield🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 Oh man what a gong show😎. The book on this one says that you’ll end up having to add support for her as bud weight becomes a serious issue in late flower. RQS is absolutely right, I had three smaller colas on the perimeter stretch for the last corner of light and they just got weighed down by the bud and pretty much fell over😂. We like this. Now the numbers - i did the math twice (and while sober just to make sure😉), you don’t wanna do it, it sucked, so you’ll just have to trust me: 1:. Total dried yield for the kush alone: 3.32oz. This crushes the single plant yield for any strain grown in this cabinet to date by well over an 1oz. : 1:😎. Total harvest yield across both plants: 4.99oz. This also crushes the record yield per cycle in the cabinet by a full ounce!: 1:😎👌💪🤩. The stats say an avg. of 500-550g/m2. Based on the rough size of my cabinet the avg. should be 131.25g/0.25m2.... our actual harvest across both strains - 140.6/0.28m2. That’s pretty damn good and spot on with the specs: 1:.😎 Props👊👊👊👊👊 A great many thanks to everyone who stopped in and cared to take some interest in this cycle. Welcome to week 8 of my grow diary. Everything is going well so far. Unfortunately, a little mildew has formed in a few places. I treated the leaves with a mixture of one tablespoon of vinegar and 1 liter of water. No new mildew has formed since the treatment. The plant seems to be the perfect place for insects to settle down and start a family😂 See you next week!

So today is day 11 of flower on my gopher glue from atlas seeds. This girl is a monster that I’ve barely been able to keep in check. The growth is mind blowing. I’ve had to defoliate almost every other day these past two weeks and she’s not slowing down. Going to have to move her into my 5x5 to let her have the room to finish and grow how she wants. Smell is lovely and starting to get noticeable if I open the tent. Stay tuned and wish me luck

Zum Ende der Woche steht die Ernte an. Nach einer kurzen Dunkelphase werden die Pflanzen geerntet und langsam getrocknet, um Aroma und Wirkung zu maximieren. Fazit: Ein rundum erfolgreicher Run – das unfreiwillige Semi-Hydro-System hat sich als effiziente Lösung erwiesen. Gleichmäßiges Wachstum, starke Blütenstruktur und ein beeindruckendes Finish. This week I top dressed, as it had been about a month since the last one. 7.7.25: 💚 2 Cups Worm Castings 💚 1 Cup Canna Coco 💚 1 Cup Perlite *I use this as my base for the top dressing, adding the dry amendments to this so as not to burn the plants, by evenly distributing a slower release feed. Thanks to the Worm Castings. Dry Amendments 🧡 1 TBS Ecothrive Charge 🧡 1 TBS Ecothrive Life Cycle 🧡 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon I watered this in with 2ltrs PH'd to 6.4 containing the following nutrients; 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys 💜 3ml Ecothrive Trace PH: 6.4 PPM: 377. She has a very short bushy structure to her, and we aren't gaining much height yet. I haven't had a plant like this before, so we'll see what happens. On the next day, 8.7.25, I topped the plant. 9/20 Man I've been busy. I'm sick too. Looking back at my diaries I get sick this time of year every year it seems. Once I get the important stuff done I'll put some pictures of finished product up. Sunny today and windy as hell. All the plants left seem to be doing good and look like they'll finish. The pink kush might not finish how I WANT but it's stinky and has lots of milky trichs. I'm playing with fire with this mk ultra. It's fucking done. It could get a LITTLE more amber and maybe come together a bit more but I don't know if it's smart to risk it. Frost warning in effect tonight. I'll probably check the forecast and harvest tomorrow. We're having some good weather just cold nights. Then it turns to like a 30% chance of rain for 4 or 5 days. I'll yank it before that. This actually turned out tp be a pretty good year. Haven't tested everything (especially shit in the ground) but what I have sampled I'm incredible happy with. 9/21 IT was a balmy 36° on my way to the garden. My windshield had frost on it. Surprisingly the TIGHT nugs of the pink kush and this phenome of 10th planet didn't seem to mind it. Both strains are still increasing in size, smell and trich development. Not just changing but adding more. Trichs on trichs. Very in hospital environment. It will be interesting to see what happens with these girls. We will be getting some rain. I mean we've had SOME but I mean real rain. If thays the case I'll put these in the garage for a little bit. Honestly I thought these would be goners. I've gotta get to work trimming bucking and manicuring flower. Doing a garden like this sure is an awful lot of work. But the reward is worth every penny. WATERED EVERYTHING LEFT A HALG GALLON APIECE. PROBABLY SHOULDVE GAVE A GALLON BUT THEY WERE STILL A LITTLE HEAVY. 9/22 It rained last night and we got another frost. HAD to cut a main branch of the tenth planet as it had stem rot. Lots more cold weather coming. If I could get it done and I wasnt sick and have all this other material to process I would probably pull then. It's getting really cold. We're going to be getting rain. I'll check the weather and hopfully I can just put the movable ones in the garage. Either way things will work out. Pictures that will be coming will be of the finished product! 9/23 Had a super busy day. Had to but a branch off the pink kush due to stem rot. If I had time I would've taken it. It rained today but I think the plants will be alright. I've been working non stop. I may not have the quantity I'm used too but the quality is AMAZING. I can't wait to do the smoke points and put up finished flower. The other 10th planet seems to be doing really well. I expected nothing off that. I'll keep it updated but it's hard with everything going on. 9/24 Had more emergencies. Raining and cold. Finding stem rot a boytritus but not much. We are getting an inch of rain tomorrow and rain the next day. I wasn't going to watch my shit rot as it was hard as hell and all milky so I quickly waited for a break in the rain and harvested two pink kushes. Still have one pink kush in the 50 and the 10th planet. I cut a cola off 10th planet just in case. This should've been done yesterday but it is what it is. Even with ALL the damage this had been a pretty good year. I can't believe the quality of....well....everything lol. A couple take the cake but I'll wait to do that. I gotta get back to work. 9/25 Heavy rains today and tomorrow. After seeing the damage on the 10th planet and the stripped branches and dying leaves I took out the loupe and checked the trichs. It was a rare break in rain and the plant was luckily dry. After seeing the pistols change on many buds to pure red and seeing lots of cloudy trichomes abd swollen buds I was able to harvest it. I have one pink kush left that sea7s like a willow. I probably should've taken that by looking at it but the trichs had some clear on it. Lots of damage this year on all plants but the first special kush. The quality is amazing though. I havent got to try every strain but I am incredibly impressed with what I have so far. I stopped smoking dabs (for now) in favor of switching my different strains up. I hope that every gardener is able to instil there energy in the plant and gets the same feeling that I do because it's wonderful. I will do an independent review of each strain, and keep updated on last pink kush. 9/26 Boy that was a lot of rain. Pulled ONE molded bud off that pink kush. Probably should've left the other 10th planet but I was losing so much to damage that I wanted to cut my losses. Trichs were milky but could've gone longer. My stash this year is potent. I'll have some time soon and I'll do the reports on the others.

She just seems to get frostier ❄️ by the day and her fragrance smells a bit sweeter than last time I ran her. I love her colors, the pink and yellow contrast is just beautiful! I keep checking trichomes, but still not a lot of amber. Maybe another week or more. Also, I realized my BlueLab Conductivity Meter has the option to switch to EC. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM. Any advice, suggestions, or constructive criticisms are always welcome. Same old same old have been on 12/12 for just over 10 days now and starting to really see good signs of flowering. Plants are growing great look nice and healthy. Still feeding and alternating watering straight ph water. Last feeding I really switched to the bloom nutrients and hit one more run of great white. I’ll update again soon as always 🍻
