9/30/18. She still looks great. No burn and no deficiencies so far. I fed her a liter and a half . The pot is now heavy but not totally soaked. I did not water to runoff but the lower portion of the pot is wet. I don't like soaking the pots because the bottoms take ay too long to totally dry and I have had issues watering schedules. 10/5/18 Still doing perfect with minimal attention. Bumped up the amount of Grow Big last feeding with no ill effect. Looking ahead and having weeks before the auto is done I didn't know how to face the upcoming issue of vertical space. Shes too big to LST and I did not want to top her because shes doing incredibly well and want to see what she will produce. I rigged up a scrog contained within the bucket. I did a mod years ago to a smoker which gave me the idea in the middle of the night. I might change out the screen itself since it was just what I had on hand but will see how it works.. The openings are 2.5" so it should suit my needs. I have it set at 8 inches above soil but it is fully adjustable up and down by the nuts on the threaded rod. I plan on keeping the main stem under the screen to induce the plant to keep producing shoots and fill the area. Im pretty excited about trying this and Stay Tuned.

- Defoliated the bottom half pf the plant at the start of the week removing all leaves and little stems so the plant can put more energy into the buds on the main stem. - Some of the outer leaves are getting burnt from the strip lighting. Nothing I can really do about this, next grow ill make sure the plant doesn't get so big. - Looked like the plant was getting some slight nute burn so I decided to back off from the Canna PK this week. I might bring it back in week 17 if shes looking hungry. - Installed a feeding tube to avoid spilling nutrients on the buds and reduce the amount I have to move the plant in and out of the bucket. - Tested my runoff Ph and its at about 6.5. Should I lower the Ph of my nute mix to compensate or is this normal? - Buds are coming along nicely, smell is very fresh and light.

So apart from the really low yields.... Which I expected from 80% Indica dominant strains just not that low considering how dense the Budz were. But I can say my growing skills have been consistently improving and it is showing with each grow. With these ladies I should have definitely put them in a 12Litre pot or smaller and still would have gotten the same results if not better. So I lesson learnt for future grows..... To take into consideration the size pots I'm using on the strains I'm running! 👍🏾 But in all very great smoke, even more excited for the next rows that I have coming with the improvements I will be making. 👍🏾🌱💚 Another thing I will say is that I will be putting more effort into how I document my harvest for you guys.... More pictures, better videos showing off the Budz.... My husband and I defoliated again the other day, we did this to expose every bud to direct light and to remove any light damaged leaf so we can track how the new growth looks.. but despite this hiccup her buds are fattening up super fast, she looks a little beyond the 5th week of flower imo but iv'e noticed this is usually the case whenever we flower super old plants (anyone else notice this?) .. There's really not too much else to report, it's been an effortless week.. I'm so excited to see the final outcome of this plant, we may actually put in the effort of weighing buds this time lmoa.. A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Im super happy with this week, buds keep growing, i cuttet off some leaves here and there but no huge amounts, only to keep it well circulated and lower the risk for mold and stuff. If it keeps growing at this rate im gonna end up with some really huge main colas

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Day 89 - Harvest day has finally came for this lady & I beyond impressed, to only be in a 2 gallon pot she has put off some massive rock solid buds that smell amazing! Very strong stable genetics that’s can handle really anything you throw at it, would highly recommend especially to first time growers because this strain is so forgiving! 7/8 still looking good still. Put her outside today and set up my drip irrigation for while im on vacation 7/10 had her outside for 2 days and she shot up like 4 inches. She's praying super hard. Shes loving the sunshine💚

Decent smoke… Not as good as White Widow but pretty good

This RS11 is a monster, stretch on now and so many bud sites it’s gonna be a mad next month watching her do her thing . Aside from defol and a bit of lollipop I had to tie down those two main colas or cola sites as they stretched pretty hard and I’m trying to keep her somewhat even. Good problems 😂she’s the queen of the tent so far

the past few weeks the girl scouts have been irrigated and fertilized but the little land used has made them dwarf, I performed lollipopping due to a redness that appeared on the leaves of one in particular now it is the most luxuriant. the skunk has really grown up in the background and the little shade has earned it its luxuriance

Week 9, Day 63, Day 19 of Flower. Once again all is going well, she is doing nicely, but smaller compared to the Purple Kush and Northern Lights. After this coming week 4 of Flower I am going to switch to only KoolBloom 2-45-28 for 2 to 3 weeks at a 1/4 tsp/gallon. Any suggestions or comments?
