It was time for harvest. the video was taken outside - a little bit of real sunshine before the chop. With out a microscope it was particularly difficult working out the colours of the trichomes. So I guessed.

We’re deep into Week 8, and Blue Banana Cream is stacking up beautifully. Trichomes are looking frosty, covering the buds in a thick, sticky layer—definitely a strain that’s going to shine post-cure. The aroma has intensified compared to earlier weeks, now pushing out a stronger creamy, fruity scent with a slight gas undertone. Every time I open the tent, it hits harder. The buds are swelling up nicely, transitioning from airy to more mid-compact density. Pistils are still mostly white, meaning it’s got a bit more time before it fully ripens. One thing I’ve noticed—the branches are starting to lean from the weight, so some light support might be needed to prevent them from bending too much in the final stretch. I’m keeping temps at 18-20°C and humidity around 55-60% to ensure a proper finish. With harvest around the corner, it’s just about watching those trichomes shift from clear to cloudy/amber and letting this one reach its peak.

Pheno #1 is getting fatter and fatter by the day although she is starting to fade out a bit. It’s a shame I had to tie her down because I swear her main cola would have been a foot long 😂She is also sensitive to light and has received slight amounts of burn and bleaching. She is the largest of the three but she has the least amount of resin and terpenes which is a bit unfortunate... She smells earthy, no banana scent or fruit terps like pheno #2. I still have about another 4+ weeks to go so that could easily change but we will see. I will try to be optimistic! Pheno #2 is a frost monster. She is completely covered in resin and trichromes. Her smell is out of this world, definitely has that banana fruity type smell. I don’t think I have smelt another strain quite like this so I’m very excited to see how she continues develop. Pheno #3 is a bit funky. She is stretching and getting bushier but she is extremely slow to flower. She has tons of shoots and bud sites. Almost every popcorn type branch at the very bottom raced to the top of the canopy. I feel like she hasn’t changed in the past couple weeks but maybe that’s just me being impatient. She is developing some interesting deficiencies but only on a couple leaves here and there. She is also somewhat lackluster compared to the other two. In my opinion she is a little dull looking... It’s odd to see how all three pheno’s are expressing different traits regardless of being grown in identical substrates with identical feeding schedules. It’s hard to say if it’s the genetics, substrate or the nutrients but I have a strong feeling it has more to do with the medium not being properly balanced. I normally would never grow with such a light substrate but DP grew theirs in a similar medium so I thought for the first time around I’d try to grow similar to their style. Next round I’m definitely going to switch it up and use the NFG or a custom soil blend I’ve been developing for auto flowers. It should be nice to see how a commercial soil compares to a homemade organic soil tailored for auto flowers. I’ll most likely run that experiment within a month or so once I get my new grow space setup. This week I’m going to lay off the nutrients and feed with some compost teas and microbes instead. In the video you can see my smaller brewing bucket. This is a mini-Microbulator along with an air stone. This allows for maximum dissolved oxygen saturation and also helps with preventing anaerobic spots in the brew. Set up a new space for future grows. Ph controlado y humedad / temperatura relativamente dentro de los parámetros correctos. Nuestras crazy cookies de zambezaseeds visualmente están espléndidas, tienen un verde sano que me gusta, y principalmente no es difícil de cultivar tampoco, hay que tener algo de cuidado con la altura y pasarlas pronto a floración. Por lo general tienen un buen comportamiento en indoor , así que veremos estas semanas el crecimiento y la formación de las flores.

🤤**Grow Report by Zuppler - Week 5 Flowering Phase** 🌅 Yooo, what’s good? Zuppler here with that Week 5 flowering update, straight from the capital. We’re deep in the game now, and these girls are lookin' like straight-up champs. Buds are swellin’ up nice, and the resin’s startin' to drip like syrup on pancakes, ya feel me? The canopy’s thick, them colas just stackin' higher every day. That front-left queen I mentioned last week? She’s still flexin’, lookin’ even better than before. Buds on her are fattenin' up like she knows she’s the star of the show. Definitely a keeper, no doubt about it. Environment’s still locked in tight, no changes on my end. Lights are sittin' right where they need to be, and them girls are lovin’ every minute of it. Advanced Nutrients still doin’ the trick, and the RO water’s keepin' everything clean and mean. Ain’t no issues here – just lettin’ the magic happen. Trichs are startin’ to cloud up, and the smell? Bruh, it’s gettin’ loud in here, like a bass drop in the club. We’re just lettin’ them do their thing now, and it’s lookin' like we’re on track for some serious heat. That front-left queen, she’s gonna be somethin’ special when it’s all said and done. Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. I transplanted all of them into 1 gallon bags 4 days ago from today. I got them in the mail 3 days after I ordered. Reason I went with Rain Science is because they offer identical air flow for rapid growth as the radicle bags, just using a different material and a tighter knit so water doesnt flood out the sides during feeds and when you pick these up when the coco is dry, it wont fly all over the tent like with the radicles. They're the optimal bag for autoflowers especially. These will get transplanted to the 3 gals before the flip and the flower tent is clearing out now. Just have to do a heavy cleanup and rearrange some shit and in they go.

25/12/18 Week 5 Flower Merry Xmas! All 4 plants are doing well, growth seems to have slowed down so I think the next few weeks are just packing on weight and then ripening. Gonna give them all some pk 13/14 on Friday - had a small problem with fungus gnats in my bathroom which eventually led them into my grow tent. Been waiting extra long between waterings to minimize the chance of them spreading - I know they love wet, mouldy coco. Got some peroxide just incase they become a problem any way. Looking to chop 15th-22nd Jan, depending on how the trichomes are looking. Lots of users commenting on how much weight GZ packs on, really hoping to get some nice dense golf-balls. My previous grow, which was two plants yielded just under 1.5oz, would really love to see a yield around 2.5oz with my current 4 plant set-up. Merry Christmas - more updates in the new year!

Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Welcome back to my indoor grow with the beautiful White Skunk Automatic from White Label. In week 4, she started to grow faster and taller…finally ! The temperature in the grow room got a little lower and the plant seems healthy. This week I startet with LST to expose more light to the side branches. Hopefully she will respond good to it. Watering 400ml per pot. 01/11 day 24 Spend some time with my girls today 😁 added about an inch of soil to each pot and applied LST on main colas. Who knows maybe they will be ready for scrog next week 02/11 day 25 I was amazed when opened cabinet in the morning. Girls showed no signs of any stress from previous day LST. They bounced back right away and growing still in steady manner. Decided to add 2 never use before nutes to menu, Sugar royal from Plagron and Bio haveven from Biobizz. At first just low dosage 0.25ml per ltr. Watered appreciate 400ml each pot. 04/11 day 27 I like how they responded to training. Decided to adjust tie closer to the top of main cola and lowered girls a bit more. Noticed a speed up in general development. Started tucking leaves couple days ago. 05/11 day 28 It's the end of the week Today another foliage shower water + fish mix. I can see that girls like this a lot. it has grown 5 cm in the last week. the weather has been very changeable and it has rained a lot. so far it makes a good and stable impression. the next week will be very sunny and i think it will make a good leap in growth.
