I guess from when I drowned it I caused a lurking issue that really showed it's head today. The roots were looking not slightly bleached but looking black. I cut out what looked dead and I had to run to the local Hydro shop to pick up some items to see if I can fix it and strengthen the plants. I picked up Mammoth Silica, ORCA, and ROOT Drip. I recently saw a comparison of the different weight papers against a several hundred dollar Apage PPFD detector and with the right paper it was almost exact readings. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. I recently saw a comparison of the different weight papers against a several hundred dollar Apage PPFD detector and with the right paper it was almost exact readings. I think the additives are truly making a difference I think I will be adding them to all my grows from here on out. 3/9/2023 Week 3- Day 5 of Veg (Day 36 overall) Both still appear to be on the mend Still some dark brown on a small part of the roots and I don't know if those are just dead but it doesn't look like it is spreading and I see a bunch of new roots forming. Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. I topped 2 nodes on #3 I topped 3 Nodes on #2 I also cleaned out some of the bottom third portion that isn't getting much light and not much growth at all. #2: 8 1/2" tall, 18" Wide #3: 7 1/2" Tall, 15" Wide

+- Girkls are doing very well Did a 21 day defoliation for good air flow also finished lolly popping all excess branches tht didnt make it to the screenthey will soon be in full bloom and geting down to m4 weeks till harvest they are drinking a gallon a day now of nutrient solution have to add just water after only three days with fresh 5 gallons of nutrient water went through 4 gallons in 3 days been checking the ph twice daily due to the ladies drinking so much it goes both ways it climbes to almost 7 in 12 hrs then will drop to 4.9 the next 12 so i really nhave to stay on top of it more than usual with this strain im shooting for 10 ounces of grade A Smoke. wich will be my biggest harvest ive done to date ive gotten up to 9 ounces before but thats about it havent been able to find the 16 ounce harvest yet but im trying ++

Second run with these genetics, I ran her last time in a 5.4 gallon container, I got the grape pheno, higher yield with the first run, but much tighter nugs with this run. This one smells much more earthy/gassey and less grapey. I ended up with just under 26 zips of nugs, 2 zips of Larf which I will turn into canna sugar, and my buddy made a 35 gram brick of bubble from the trim. It should be dry in the next few days and I'll post a video of the squeeze, hoping to get around a zip of rosin which I will split with him since he turned the bubble...Super excited to squeeze some nugs once the cure is done, Ill post vids of them as wel. Next run I'm planning to try and cram 2 plants inside a 5X5, build mainlines, and flip by week 6 or 7....Switching to two 315 W CMH bulbs up top, and LED's on 2 of the sidewalls for supplemental lighting. Day 83 - 03/06/23 - Harvested Northern Lights #1

week four of flower I have a feeling these are going to be monsters. I have never had an Auto flower this big before all my other grows with then they have been on the smaller side. so far, they look like they are going strong adding bulk and one is starting to fade in the fan leaves using up the N as the plant needs it. I did do some defoliation. on some fan leaves bigger than my hand this was the warehouse for the nutrients it has been grabbing from the soil. I might do 1 more round of Bloom booster and a Cal mag. the stems are pretty strong and are holding the weight of the buds well. nothing needs to be supported at the moment. cheers all P.S, Roll 2 fatties.

Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! Day 37- woke up to a puddle in the catch tray!!! couldn't find it so i ripped out the net. didnt really want it in there yet, but was helping with a few branches. ended up being the silicon light protector pad in the back directing splash from the dripper next to it right out a LST hole i drilled in the bucket. easy fix.. RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always.
