FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. fat banana is starting to frost and thicken branches are nice and thick and stacked quite well to say I was unable to spread as much as the purple queen she's drinking a good 3l before any runoff and is one of the thirstiest strains iv grown so far iv been removing odd leaves here and there to try keep a decent penetration shes going to have a mini flush and a few days water and start back on nutes thanks for reading happy growing guys

This was my first cycle in tent. The Autopot System is amazing ang brings autonomy. I used fert Plantprod, calcium nitrate, magnesium sulfate and MKP. PH around 6.0 and solution fert in tank 1200 PPM . This strain is fantastic. It withstood the intense heat of the southern hemisphere's tropical climate. It was easy to prune and defoliate to control the size. The smell is of tangerine and flowers produces a lot of resin. I am very satisfied with this harvest! Thank you Sweet-seeds!!

Started LST to try and get them a little bit bushier. I FIMed the purple lemonade but won’t do the other two. Just testing how different methods affect yield and growth

During my previous grow, I harvested and made some bubble hash. Afterward, I dropped the used, wet buds onto this coco, and it seems some seeds sprouted from the leftover material. I’m not even sure if they’re photoperiod or autoflower, but hey—let's roll with it! Both my pH meter and PPM meter are broken. I have no idea why they keep breaking so often. They’re ADWA meters, and while you can replace the reading elements, the replacements cost half the price of a new meter. It’s frustrating, and I really don’t want to keep buying them every time I start a new grow

5/1 Plants are being rock stars. The event horizons and toasted toffy have been lollipopped abd it looks like lsted. I need to tie down the branches. The one sherb pie looks like it has a little bit of light burn but everything else is doing awesome. 5/2 Didn't write anything I forgot. 5/3 Plants are still doing great. The event horizon is coming out of reveg and isn't so twisty. It's time to start LSTing. I just haven't had time. I'm planning to put some work in today. Soil still seemed a little wet. I FIMed a GMO. I'll wait to see how that turns out before I do the rest. After today I'll have more time. Plants still aren't DIRECTLY under the light. I want to turn on both switches but I'm afraid they'll burn. 5/4 Still going strong. Watered today. Used approximately 3 Gatorade bottles. I tried to split one bottle between 3 plants. I want the roots searching for water. I want these 1 gallons to be full of roots before the transplant. I'm thinking I may do some lsting today as well as some topping or FIM. I'll update. Seedlings seem to come out of that stall. Didn't think they'd make it. 5/5 When I arrived I realized I had left the light OFF from the morning before when I was watering and inspecting things. Hooe this doesn't mess things up to bad. I've got one event horizon that's having trouble coming out of reveg. Everything else looks good. Those stunted auto seeds are coming up with their Second set of leaves. Definately took long enough. 5/6 I got close and inspected every plant. I really want to flip the bloom switch on too. I turned it on for a minute and it's bright as fuck. I think if I could find a way to raise the light higher (I'm working on a theory) I might be able to flip both switches. However I'm noticing what looks like light burn or light stress on some of them. It's not the too of the plant though. It's like the serated leaves are turning in on themselves. The 2 that I think reveged are turning their leaves inside out. Not sure if it's a reveg thing or has something to do with the light. I raised the light at noon. I'll see if this has a positive effect. The shades only partially block direct sunlight so I may need to make sure that's what's not causing this. The 4 gmo show no signs. I moved one almost directly under the light to see if it had an effect or if it's strain dependent. I'm definitely need to learn how to use l.e.d's better. Oh well. They'll go outside in less than a month. 5/7 I'm hoping leaving that light off didn't fuck with the clones that revegged. Raisingcthe light was a good idea. I can raise it higher and I'd like to hit the other switch. It's so much brighter and the gmos don't have any burns. They'll be going outside in a few weeks anyway. I was going to but a parmeter and I still might. The auto seeds are coming up pretty good. It's in the 60s today. I might bring the girls outside on the covered porch and see how they do.

DAY 62 1 day early of start of new week, just waiting for some more ambers, nearly ready🎉 Still running RO only, 40 PPM. Still keeping it pH’d, it likes to drop slowly still. However, I don’t get why pH is important during flush tho. Not like I need to keep nutrients available for plant to suck up... 🤷‍♂️ I’ve been considering drilling some holes into the base of the main stem as to simulate the stalk-splitting technique. Maybe it’ll help speed things up... I’ll check trichs again tonight when lights kick on and make an executive decision and post updated pictures if it’s a go ahead. Day 63 I split me some stalks! Uploaded a video of the procedure. Day 64 This phenotype is developing purple leaves? Photos uploaded. Day 65 Harvesting... Day 66 More Harvesting... Day 67 Taking clones, moving veg plants to bloom tent. This grow is drying.

Okay growmies here we are at the end of our PURPLE LEMONADE by FAST BUDS. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. The beginning was tough as i am new i over watered and did not ph the water and what i mistake. But its okay i learned. She bounced back like nothing and produced these HUGE, THICK, DENSE BUDS!i remember the panic i had week 2-3 and wanted to scrap all of this and start over.... thank the weed gods i didnt because look at this masterpiece. I always said in the passed weeks comments i hope my ugly duckling becomes a beautiful queen. And here she is. She was SOOO HUNGRY AND THIRSTY! Over 5L a day guys..... and not a SINGLE drop would come out of the bottom.... over a all a pleasure and amazing grow. I will for sure grow again and again. I would love to Try this out door or in a 10L pot can probably get this beast to be the size of a 5x5 easily! She responded so well to LST and topping... slowed it down but it was so worth it guys lmao.... like honestly OVER HALF A POUND!!!!!! GROWMIES! I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU ALL SO SO MUCH! Germinated 10/06 Defoliated pretty heavily a few days before the pictures. Have lights cranked up to 8 now. Turned down chiller 2 degrees and humidity down 5%. Changed feeding ratios to 1-1-1 for “Flora Trio”. Quit using Flora Micro and switched to my own blend (see photo). Now using 3 different solutions, Miller Microplex, Calcium / Potassium Nitrate, Ammonium Sulfate. Still same target ppm as FloraMicro, just can’t mix sulfates with Calcium Nitrate so I dose Ammonium Sulfate into my res first and then wait 15 minutes.
