Sorry for the late update so for that I included a video of my grow room. This week is the last for the horizontal growth and is is now going vertical. Can’t wait for that tall growth going forward.

This end week 4 flowering last defoliation happy growing

I turned off one of the mars panels. My garden isn't big enough to need that much light. So I just have the hlg65 and 1 mars panel going. This girl drinks like crazy. And she is quick to droop her leaves to tell you she's thirsty. Grow a lot in the past week. This will be the biggest autoflower I have grown so far.

The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! Nice and frosty, buds are finally looking like they’re getting dense and putting on some weight. Start flushing in a couple weeks when all the pistils get that orange color. So far about 50-70% are orange.

01/08/2022 Took 3 more smaller ( micro) clone to sure up my supply lol She will stay small in this size pot but her clones will have time to veg a long time. Last picture is fungal dominant compost, getting ready for a long brew 36+ hours. I inoculated compost with baby oat meal (a great fungal food) equal parts with Happy Frog potting mix (loaded with good stuff) posted label with pics. And light water till she stays together with out falling apart (don't over saturate) cover but don't seal you need a little air flow, wait till solid white blanket appears and brew in good water 36+ hours till done.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since these pretty ladies popped out of the ground and they're both looking perfect and have pistils popping out everywhere! Their fabric pots were still heavy when lifted, and they looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check them tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, they have two new shoots that are emerging and looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! The #1 is now at 9" tall and the #2 a bit shorter at 7". 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since they were planted in their amended medium and it's time to give their microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide them with all the macro and micro nutrients they need so, yesterday they got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Today I watered them from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues they may encounter before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- They have both been doing really well getting watered every other day and yesterday they received 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. They're both doing fantastic but were really beginning to get choked up with growth so I went in and selectively removed a few shade leaves from both to get some light penetration down into their canopies to give that lower growth some much needed light. While I was doing that I also did a little more LST on both to also increase light penetration. Germination day! First time grower. For my first time grow I decided to try my luck with autoflowers. The reason why was due to grow time, as I am growing for personal use I would like to switch up my strains every grow. For this grow I have went for Auto Daiquiri Lime by Dutch Passion - US Genetics catalogue, & Auto Royal Cookies by Royal Queen Seeds. After countless months of research, YouTube videos, grow guides, forms and speaking with friends who grow. I decided I would try a hydro grow in rockwool & coco. Day 1 plan: -1.5" rockwool cube x2 - ph'd to 5.5 - Rockwool cube placed inside of zip locked baggy (to help regulate humidity and keep rockwool damp) - Bagged rockwool place inside propagator - Hygrometer placed inside propagator to monitor temperature & humidity - Propagator placed on seeed heat mat inside grow tent. - Mars hydro 300W L.E.D placed 12" above propagator I hooked up my 360 camera so that I could monitor the temperature with ease from my phone and not have to constantly climb into my roof space. Next steps in 2-3 days time I will hopefully see signs of life and I will start to regulated my seedlings to the transition from propagator to grow tent environment. By day 4-5 I will transplant into a 4" rockwool cube. Stay tuned guys and watch me learn.

Water change day .. Drinking. 2000 ml each per day.. So 6 days on the nute change... ******************* 2 Buckets done .. 5 Left . I may leave the caramel cream autos until tomorrow , they are drinking slightly less per day , but the big girls are drinkers for sure .... So getting better at mixing nutes, bought giant bag of disposable droppers, god damn so much easier for me . I have visual impairment, and shaky hands from the brain tumors. The visual impairment is bad, but the shakes come and go . I normally get a few good rips on the Dr Dabber Switch before i start to help. But the mixing went much better . less mess and i simply pitched the pipette after each use . YEs i know wasteful .... but for me , for now its what i have to do. 1 pipette for each nute for each bucket, they are cheap enough. This way not contaminating anything, and at the amount im mixing, 3 mils - 20 mils each . Biggest problem i have, and i guess maybe not a bad problem ... I have 4 girls on one side of the 4x9 tent, and 3 on the other. The four on the one side are all Glue Gelato Autos and my lord I can not get to the back left side bucket at all with the amount of foliage. So moved a bucket to the other side to allow me to drop in a pail to do a siphon out and refill. See pictures... So I am 10000% upgrading to the 13 gallon x 8 fall ponic system after this grow ..... THANK GOD the caramel cream autos are half the size and 1 of the glue gelatos is slightly smaller on the right to allow me to move around the tent slightly, and im a lean dude.... But i am surprised each day when i check the progress just how far they have come for my first try ... Still have low expectationsfor crops and yields , but am loving the time learning and getting to know hydroponics. I TOTALLY get when the OG growers say just listen to them they will tell you what they need, legit all i have done is feed, maintain enviroment and observe. positive i can not make the same moistakes i made so far net time just by learning my lessons and understanding better the purpose for each Nute and how to spot when the plants are asking for them .
