It's week 9 and all she is presenting all of the beautiful colors of Fall 🍁 as she progresses deeper into senescence! She just seems to get frostier ❄️ by the day and her aroma is reminiscent a of sweet vanilla cake with a hint of kushy funk. I keep checking trichomes, but still not a much amber. Maybe another week or more. Also, I realized my BlueLab Conductivity Meter has the option to switch to EC. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM. Any advice, suggestions, or constructive criticisms are always welcome. I mixed 6 gallons of solution for all the plants I have running in this SOG. 2 gallons of that was then measured and fed to this cultivar. This week I used some gallon bottles filled with water and frozen to lower temps in the reservoir. 👩‍🔬NUTRIENT SOLUTION👩‍🔬 ⬇️Mixing Rundown⬇️ - The solution starts with 6 gal tap H2O through two kdf filters mixed in a 36 gallon reservoir. The solution is applied via wand sprayer powered by a submersible pump attached to a garden hose. Nutrients and additives are added to the reservoir in the order listed below and thoroughly mixed using a plastic stir spoon. The reservoir is oxygenated by four 4 inch air stones. First attempt LST tie down stems on Gelato 41. I decided to try lst on Gelato 41 since she charged out of the gate full force and was taller than the other sprouts. From the side view, the node structure is very close. I thought since she was shooting up so quickly, there would be more space between them. Week4 I was using thin wire pins for the last. I had to switch to 1/2 garden pins to hold down the stems. As you can see she is very short and bushy. The tight node Structive is indicative of indica dominance. Lots of leaves. Looks like an afro hair do. Pic 5/24, 5/27, 6/2. Put mirrors under the canopy to add more light 6/5. Start week 5 water feed. Check pins as her stems are strong and push the pins up. 6/7 water & feed 6/9 water & feed 6/11 water & feed 6/13 water & feed light deformation 6/16 1 gal flush Gelato 41 She's the last gal in the tent to start flower. Nothing yet. 6/25 pics 6/26 took her out of the tent today and put her outside. She is one of my Afro girls. I See flowers today. 2 months after the seed popped the soil. I thought she was an auto but maybe fast photo. I will say that she is very bushy. Because of the LST, she has an even canopy with at least 20 or more tops. 7/9 pics. She has acclimated to outside very well. It's hot and humid and we have had lots of rain. Her colas have shot up in bud formation. This plant has thin leaves.much different from most other strains I've grown 7/12 more pics showing LST tie down and bud development 7/22 more pics 7/30 outside girls.

It was quick to see the second pair of leaves! The stalk of the seedling is a bit thin.. waiting for it to thicken up. Using 60W lights

Flush Harvest next week

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Putting on weight fast now in peak flower. Love the structure of the plant and really regretting not taking a cutting. Oh well, ce la vie. Will stop adding PK in the next few days before cutting back on nutrients next week then flushing for the last 2 weeks. This plant is at the back of the timelapse.

2 of dem from the 2nd set don't seem to catch dem self yet🤷🏾‍♂️ but the rest are taking off....those from the 1st set still ain't transplanted and they are pushing hard ties ain't holding dem back. 2 that where transplanted previously jus tryin to get dem a good size n send dem on a breeding project for the beginning of the Most of new cutting have visible root

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

19.9 5th veg week done and still all rocking healthy and almost ready for flowering stage. I can't grow these much bigger space is the issue here. I decided to go jungle style this round and see how it goes. I'll see if I'll put netting in there to help with spacing.. One week and I'll flip to flower if not sooner let's see.. I removed some damaged leafs and lower parts also. These pics are day prior to that. Blue Fire's are about the same height other one is clearly more bushy at this stage. The New 's have pretty similiar structure. Other one is little smaller and it got topped one node earlier too. I think the size of these will determine when I start flowering. More precise when that smaller one gets bigger I'll flip my lights to 12/12 schedule. Ok so not much more thanks again for stopping by and for all the support! Thank you guys! 🙏 Happy growing !!

Day 99 09/08/24 Friday Feed today, using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, no plagron products this week due to seeing nute burn. But she has bounced back yet again from a heavy defoliation and topping last week. Trying to keep her small enough to flip in the tent 🤞 She is a demon though!! This week gorilla cookies finally got the chop! She was a very fun plant to grow and she produced dense,sticky buds that have some very pretty colors to her. If you wanna impress your friends with a plant,she’s one to do it with🔥

I really like to flush watering till lil run off 15 last days before harvest just to watch the fade green to yellow on the leaves! Tomorrow is the harvest! 75 days of flowering plus 48h dark so 77 days! I'm really proud of the ScrOG I made, did I said that? Hi, La sénescence se fait naturellement du fait d’une légère carence en N, j’ai quand même ajouté du Power Clean pour l’accélérer et améliorer encore plus le goût et l’odeur. Les couleurs violettes se propagent petit à petit vers le bas de la #2, et très légèrement sur la #1, comme des reflets. La puissance du panneau LED a été abaissé sur 55% La floraison est prévu pour 7-8 semaines et pourtant j’en suis à 10, sûrement du à la carence post stretch qui a ralentit la floraison et réduit le rendement ; J’ai observé les trichromes le 28/10, ils sont presque tous laiteux et les premiers ambrés arrivent doucement.. A la semaine prochaine 👋
