Update - Aug 11, SLH grew 2 inches vertically from last week. She looks healthy, just slow to grow. I trimmed off some of the smaller inner branches and leaves, as this strain does stretch a good amount in flowering, which will start in probably 2 weeks. I also cut the nutrient dosage in half, going to run this SLH at half the nutes, compared to my previous grows of this strain, just to see if there is a difference.

1st week of Flower

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

No problems this week, plants growing extremely well. Unfortunately, I was not able to set up a drip system yet. The only training I did was to tuck the fan leaves a bit, next week I will start LST. I used a foliar spray this week in the days that I feed the plant. DAY 22 - Nutes PH - 6.04 Solution Temp - 20 PPM-1500 Watering Volume per plant - 3L DAY 25 - Water PH - 5.92 Solution Temp - 20 PPM-570 Watering Volume per plant - 4L Plant B is about 20cm Height and Plant A is about 22 cm Height.

Hey Friends, end of week 8 from seed :) Many new things have occurred this week Plant 1 is beginning to mature, its not growing in height as much as before but now its getting thicker and looking stronger. I am slowing increasing the amount of nutrition, I don't want to burn them at this stage. I noticed some of the leaf stems were turning red, so I decreased the light and its turning back to green. Did some defoliation this week to give more room to the smaller leaves. Plant was getting taller and was too close to the grow Light so I installed some netting inside the tent and it helped control the height for now, if it gets taller ill purchase a bigger grow tent 😩 Looking forward in seeing some bud formation in week 9, will keep you guys posted. I finally got my LED light in and installed. The plants are in the first week of flower and are adapting well to the light

Day 51 - Really bushing out and getting wider. Some more hairs are visible, yet no real bud production yet. Roots are long and healthy looking. Still going strong with the same nutrient mixture. Day 53 - Topped up water today and had a casualty unfortunately. 😕 Day 56 - Switched lights to 12-12 to try and induce the flowering process on day 54. Today they are looking like they have more hairs coming along. Also topped up water again. Plants are still growing very fast. And getting bigger and bigger.

OK so this weeks kicking off big time lots of flowering everything’s really taking off plants are really loving the nutrients super happy with this grow so far I switched bulbs at the beginning of this week to my HPS super excited about the next few weeks I’ll update soon thanks for stopping by!! Quick update its dat 31 32-ish these things are really getting big the LST worked great some of them are kind of thin in the middle but got lots of tops nice bushes the OG Kush just looks killer has a kind of open spread out look I love it it’s going to produce some big buds I can tell! It’s the end of the week I Defoliated again and tied a few more branches down one of the jacks still has a pretty low center but it’s starting to catch up all the plants seem to really be loving the feeling and are starting to really stack up the buds The next few weeks should be fun!

Day 71! Moving along!! Day 72! Gonna start heavy defoliation at day 21 of flowering Day 73! Added some microbes for better uptake. The buds on this is going to be fire 🔥 🙏🏼😅 Day 74! There’s another one In the back same size as the big one. Ps- sorry for the crappy picture. I was in a rush ... Day 77! This concludes this week lmao
