We have +30 heatwave in UK, i live in attic , so for 4 more days everything will be out of control. Watered today. 6.3 phed water. I love simple and affordable Mars Hydro products, if you can cope with heat TSL2000 can do magic in your tent ! Will update after heat wave us over. Should be in 4 days back to +20 ;))) Day 45. They GROW !!!! Distance is insanly small, but i have 30 cm of space left, wont move light for a week, then i will try to have 20 cm at least again. Planing last top up, need two more waterings before it, so it should be on last day of this or first of next week. Thinking to take down all LST at that time, need pots to breath better, too thin fabric, they dont keep form. Day 47. Drink every two days !!! 4 liters goes to nothing !!! Huge, still streching, tops almost rubbing TS2000, heat 30 inside, humidity 65-68 ..... will need heavy clearing again !!! Devil is looking droopy because was just watered. Happy Growing !!!!

I got there new drip system installed, I took a video of it finishing out 3 gallons to the 6. They are all very healthy and growing really fast. It has been hot but they are absolutely unphased. I just have to water just about every day. I'm letting them feed off the soil and only giving them enhancers. Hopefully I'm laying the foundation for a big harvest. I will be starting them on Sensi Bloom A and B at small dose soon. One of my White Widow XXL Autos died so that opened a spot for an extra IB. Shes just getting above ground and no issues to report.

Week 3 tested us with some brutal heat—the garage hit 98°F and stayed in the 90s most of the week. I held off on training to avoid stressing her further, but despite the conditions, she pushed through like a champ. On Day 20, she officially hit pre-flower, with pistils showing at the nodes. And today, Day 21, I started gentle LST, giving her a soft first bend to open up the canopy. I’ll continue shaping her slowly over the next few days to avoid over-bending like last time. Watering was based on feel and pot weight. I gave her RO water three times this week—once with Cal-Mag—and she absorbed it slower than usual after I topped the pot with fresh soil. No signs of overwatering. To finish the week strong, I brewed and applied my first batch of compost tea (“Tea Party #1”) using worm castings, molasses, and fish emulsion. It steeped for ~18 hours with strong bubbling, then I diluted it 50/50 with RO and gave her a healthy feed to kick off flower. Despite the heat, she’s right on track. Week 4 starts tomorrow, and I’m hyped to watch her stretch and stack.

Day 64 - June 5 June 5 - 09.45AM Swelling continues, Pistils are beginning to shake, with some vibrant orange. The end is maybe 10 days away. Senescence continues with minor purple hue starting. June 5 - 09.45AM Once AC is fixed I will push this further. June 5 - 09.45AM Temperature at 79F. June 5 - 03.45PM AC temporarily fixed. Day temps and night temps will be cooler. June 5 - 08.25PM Temps back down to sub-75F. Trichomes are still clear! June 6 - 04.20PM Day Temps under 75F. Trichomes still clear. June 6 - 04.20PM I regret removing 3 3-finger leaves beneath canopy, this was done to promote more airflow below, but with harvest being so near, it was likely unnecessary stress. June 9 - 09.30AM Trichomes are clear, some heads are half clear, half cloudy. June 10 - 09.30AM Removed wilted leaf, still lots of clear trichomes. June 10 - 05.10PM Soil is cold, likely due to the lower temperature. Weight of pot is still a little heavy, I'll water approximately 6L before lights out tonight. (Day 70) June 11 - 08.30AM Watered 5.5L to runoff, towel collecting droplets under roller. Was too tired to water yesterday. Time taken to saturate soil was roughly 1 hour.

Hands down she has raced to be the first plant that will be harvested, which I do not mind because this cheese scent she has is driving me crazy, my senses are drooling 🤤 and crying, patience is a skill reserved for the brave. Love how the LST has given me about 3 main stems, the crystallisation on this plant is incredible, it looks like I am growing it in an indoor environment. All she’s doing is fattening her buds, I hope she gives about 50grams of dry bud. I need to start formulating a questionnaire, I am going to dedicate 10grams to researching how well I grow bud, that is six strains, 10grams each, that is about 60 joints weighing a gram each. At the end I want to open my own community weed forum.

Ok the problem was twofold. Soil was wet and my nutrient dose was too low. I was also a bit busy and my peat soil shop closed so I have yet to source it from somewhere I had some deficiencies in this week that are fixed now. Growth was stunted and some leaves yellowed a bit. The problem is I couldn't water them quickly because the soil stays moist for so damn long under this purple crap. Don't get one folks just build Citizen or whatever COBs if you want cheap good led. The pots are pretty thoroughly rooted so I started to feed 700 ppm dose when I could. All the pics are lazy and after spraying or watering cause these were some busy weeks I culled one plant with really thin stems, after practicing my abuse skills Anyway they are going under the CMH later

she is pushing through the initial HST fimming very well. Nothing seems to slow her down. I am starting 1/4 strength nutes now to help her push through the stress. I also initiated some LST and tied her up, pulling down the branching. The fim job has produced a tripple top crown cola, top new side tops, and 2 new internodal branches, that will be tops down the line. Things are getting interesting folks! Stay tuned!

She's growing nice and healthy. She recieved a good drink the other day. On day 33 she recieved a good cut and most of the bigger fans and keaves were removed as well as a fre lower nodes. She really didn't seem to be bothered by the cutting.

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. 6/26 Rained last night. Might have showers bur the sky is clear. Real good weather coming. I need to transplant those seedlings. Plants are noticeably bigger every day. I see small spits of damage but it's isolated and in a high wind area. I'll address it and watch for nute deficiencies. Also need to transplant those seedlings. At leastcones an auto. 6/27 Rained overnight again. Looks clear today but we did get some rain yesterday. Tomorrow is all sun. I'm planning to transplant those 3 seedlings today. Also noticed some ragged holes so I've got a few pests. Looks like grasshoppers or something. With all the rain could be slugs or pillars I guess. Need to get ipm up amd running. I've got work to do. Found a plant on my gmo in the 30 bag. It got sun burnt and wind burnt but came out of it and they're all doing great. At first this one was a little behind after transplant but so were the other gmo's. Originally, it was one of my best plant prior to transplant outdoors. That one leaf I found during a thorough inspection of the garden. I'm hoping it's not tmv. Plants growing vigorously and better than but I'll keep an eye on it. I also transplanted the 3 seedlings. I added half new 707 in the 50 (prior soil was this same mix from last year) and transplanted one in that. One in a 10 gallon bag and the auto in a 5 gallon bucket. It will be interesting ingredients seeing how they turn out. All transplants went really smooth. 6/28 It's gonna be a hot one today. I haven't watered in over a week due to rain. Wind was whipping this morning! Looked like plants MIGHTVE been drooping but now that I think about it it was probably just the wind. ANYWAY I WATERED TWO AND A HALF GALLONS on the clones. That wind dries the bags out fast. Some still had some heft to them. Lately I've been going by my intuition which has seemed to be on point. All the seedling transplants look good and show no signs of stress. 6/29 The site was down so I couldn't update. Looks like it's gonna rain. It's noontime. This morning i found and killed two inch worms. There's not much damage so I'm wondering whether bt is necessary. Birds sit on the frame and dart I'm and grab them. I'll have to think on it. I also need to decide what I'm going to use for nutes this year. Don't need it yet. GMO's and sherb pie is putting out pistols everywhere. Same with the event horizon. Looks like I may have an early harvest this year. I certainly hope so. Still.....only did half what I did last year but with everything going on its all I can handle. 6/30 Site was down and it doesn't want to pet me upload my pictures 7/1 Trying to keep this updated. Need to spray bt. I'm seeing some damage. Not much but I need to get a handle on it now. Poured yesterday. Super sunny today. Plants seem to be flowering early this year while I still have a 2 seedlings that haven't shown their sex yet (they are fems but still). The clones are beginning to flower it looks like so I may have an early harvest this year. 7/2 WATERED THE GARDEN WITH 4 GALLONS. Spent some time looking over the plants and decided to hold off on the bt seeing as there isn't much damage. I spoke to a few shop owners and after seeing my garden this wad their advice as well. While watering I noticed red ants coming out of the soil of my GMO in the 30 gal. Some of these strains will be early finishers. The only time I've had stigmas like tjis was when I grew mendo breath and that was a super early harvest. Either way things are looking fantastic. The auto seedling finally showed a stigma. One seedling left (they should ALL be females) but I cant tell by the preflower yet. It looks female but I need to see that little white hair emerge to be sure.

Great week!!! What a resilient plant, a few different times now I’ve come up with issues, I attempt to diagnose and compensate with my limited growing knowledge and the thing just keeps coming back better and healthier and stronger then before. So far, I am very happy with this strain, Dresden Green Diamond from the Garden of Green seed company because it’s been so easy for a beginner like me and it’s going so well. Looks like they are either sold out or they discontinued the strain possibly I got them as freebies with my order on Seedsman but yea super happy with it. So on to the meat and potatoes of this week. I realized the biggest issue that I have now is going to be controlling the heigh of the plant. It’s only a 4 foot tent. The pot takes at least a foot of height space away, the light is currently as high as the pulley system allows and is still hanging down a foot from the top. (I may have to end up just juryrigging a new attachment system for it to get more space. Also the plant is now about a foot tall and the light is 10 inches away. I’ve heard that they can double or more in height during flowering which would be a problem. So what to do? I topped it this week for the first time. Hoping that will redirect some of the plants energy into developing the lower branches, of which I have a healthy number. So I’m hoping they will catch up with the top of the plant and I just have a bunch of top sites. There are also 2 new top branches starting to grow from the top site. As soon as they are big enough I will bend them at a 90 degree angle to try and prevent it from going any taller than this point. I haven’t got around to it yet but I will begin LST this week as well to spread the branches out a bit and have them more horizontal to fill up more of my space. Overall, things are going great.

What a fantastic strain.. Both my partner and myself are very happy with "Future #1".. It definitely seems to deliver on the hype it had buzzing around!.. It took a bit longer to dry than usual (im presuming from the extra weight tbh).. After my second roll i felt her strength creeping over me and was convinced this is a very unique strain.. She doesn't get covered in trichomes on her fan leaves like sum well known varieties and THE only negative i have is she obviously wouldn't produce alot of trim for extraction.. But - I really don't mind though because what you get in return is just a huge bounty of eye redin, nose twitching very dense, trichome laden buds.. I wasn't 100% sure about her flavour on first few joints but soon forgot i was meant to be takin notes🤣🙈.. Took 12/13 days hanging dry and she was jarred up and opened every day for 15mins(4-5days).. She's super smooth to smoke and very moreish.. I love this strain, it gets my nose tingling!.. im pretty active on it also with less aches so that is very positive.. I would 100% recommend "Future #1" to everyone.. If your a non-heavy smoker then just take her slowly at first, she will creep up on you.. 😁👍
