Plain RO water

this week I was a lil happy because I pollinate my C4matic with a Male pink kush the feminizing spray tiresias mist didn't work the way I thought it would. thank God I had a Male coming up in my outdoor garden...I can already see seeds a little more than I expected, for some reason I only wanted to pollinate 1 bud but got seeds on the main and a few lower buds still happy for that will update images .

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. Day 56: Gave the girls another plain watering pH adjusted to 6.5 then added Mammoth P @ 67°F. Not fading as quickly as I'd thought they would. Chopped the Triple Cheese today and moved our Gelat.O.G. into the open spot in flower. Breeder specs show 50-56 day Bloom an I think last run she may have went too long. Plan to be in the garden 8/5 (Day 58) and hoping to see some more fading and swelling going on. The aromas on the tent are absolutely tantalizing. I will try to get a few more photos for ya'll. Day 58: Did some minor defoliation in the veg tent and took photos. I decided today I would upload unfiltered and unedited photos. Enjoy! Day 61 of 12/12: I noticed seeds in the Skunk #1.😭😭😭 Possibly other plants too, but I was mostly on the lookout for the flowers to tonight. I noticed a single banana popping out of Purple Queen. I decided to harvest all but the Strawberry Amnesia and the Blueberry. I will get pictures soon and update with harvest deets. I need to take a closer look to see what plants may have been pollenated and if there are any other nanners. I did have a timer fail (which has been replaced) at the end if week 1 of flower. Not sure if this could be the cause, if I let her go too long, or if it's just the genetics. I am hoping for minimal damage. I'd be interested in a Purple Queen x Chenobyl cross. Think the seeds would be prone to hermies or would ya'll toss the beans in the bin?

Increased light intensity to 85% Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day. Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.

Flower week 9

Oct 12: super warm still so the season is still going. In previous years we’ve had a -10 C sort of hard frost by now. Anyway, Bruce here is taking advantage of the warm weather. Sunlight is weak so not producing as many trichomes as she could under stronger light, but she is still putting on weight and the buds are decently firm. Most fan leaves turned purple at which point they’re no good for photosynthesis so I figured it’s better to remove them here in the home stretch. Might harvest in a few days, or might not… Oct 13: first round of 940 g wet buds, mostly as fresh frozen, with 80 g of that hanging. Buds are less dense than the Gorilla Cookies so despite Bruce being the bigger plant, it looks like the final yields will be similar. Left biggest cola on plant to see how much further it can ripen. Oct 14: watered with 26 C water with some potassium sulphate. My TDS meter has been broken all season so was estimating. Oct 15: nice weather continues. Oct 16: +4.2 C temperature anomaly over last 30 days, and this is “extremely hot”. Yay. Oct 18: sun is so low now that I lose direct sun by late afternoon. Weather turns soon and there are just four more days to go. Bruce will be harvested this weekend.

So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

8/1 This wad the most fucked up morning ever. Didn't get much time with the girls. I was able to take a few pics when I got back amd a video this morning. Pillars are still around. I killed a couple but I probably should spray BT. I think we got rain last night. Bags are heavy. I defoliated a little bit more on the interior and found some small yellow leaves. Event horizon is still on point to flower first. I NEED to lst and add supports for flower bit I've got a lot of other things going on too. I'm going to TRY to spray BT tonight if weather permits and I should have the supports up this weekend. At least that's what I'm hoping. 8/2 Quickly watered as I had to fix a flat tire to get my wife to the doctor. Gave most a gallon but closer to 3/4 on one event horizon and the sherb pie. Half g for the 10 and I gave the 5 and the 50 a little water. I didn't give the 50 much. That holds water far longer. I'm glad I got it done. It was 90°+ and sunny all day. Earlier everything looked great. I think I'm gonna go check them and maybe add a few pictures. WENT OVER AND FOUND THE EVENT HORIZON I GAVE A LUTTLE LESS WATER TO, IN THE BACK COMPLETELY DEOOPED OVER AND DRY. I QUICKLY WATERED A GALLON.
