Pineapple Express was an exciting plant to grow. It grew fast and stretched nicely. Purple Kush was just a runt. It did not like the hot climates from the previous week but grew it out anyway. By weeks end was feeding Remo's full flower lineup. Pineapple - 8ml per 3800ml Ph between 6 - 6.1 Purple - 5ml per 2000ml Ph between 6 - 6.1 No change in light scheduled as with Auto's they do not require the 12 hour darkness period to flower. **Spider Farmer lights generate a lot of heat.

Watermelon auto is starting her journey. The first seed that was cracked ended up being a dud. The second seed now has started with no issues. She will be growing under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 in Gen 1:11 organo-mineral nutrition. Everything is looking good so far. Getting so close to harvest!! She's just stacking the bud and trichromes daily! I'm watching the colors, waiting for ~60% amber. Smells amazing, like a funky orange cheese, some lite notes of vanilla/cream. Hopefully she's ready to dry this week Update Day 65: part of my original 600w light died, only 2/4 panels are working full power. I borrowed a "1000w" Amazon light from a buddy and set the 2 up for 900-1000ppfd in the cola/upper area, and 600-750 in all the lower areas. Going to run it like this for a few days and if she doesn't respond well I'll have to pull her a little early Day 67: dual lights seem to be really helping to bulk up the buds! Hopefully only a couple days left. Trichromes are ~75% CLOUDY, still very little amber yet (less than 5%). Terps are crazy, very OG/funk smell, once you touch the plant though it's like orange pixie sticks!!

Days 42 through 49 of flower and all three Phenos are expressing themselves differently. Pheno #1 continues to express darkened fan leaves almost purple and much more frosty than her sisters. Pheno #2 is the other end of the spectrum remaining green, but less frost. Pheno #3 seems to be a mix of the other two and its fan leaves are turning colors of autumn. Those are my visual observations as we head into week 8 of flower with harvest just around the corner. No nutrients or grow techniques used during week 7 flower. Other than a watering to saturation on day 42, I really haven't done anything other than observing and maintaining health of plant. For me, that involves tracking VPD to ensure optimal plant performance. Able to track VPD with recent upgrade to the AC Infinity Cloudline Pro fan system. Day#29Update : I took off about 8-10 fan leaves although I really did not want to take anything . I pony-tailed her main top although I wanted to pony-tail each of her tops . I’m hoping this second lite defoliation establishes those lateral branches letting them become symmetrical with the main top . If this happens I’ll pony-tail each branch for a day or two then when I untie them I’ll top each branch . For now that’s the plan , make as many arms “branches” with equal growth to the central “main” branch . Day#30 update : she’s been ponytailed for an entire 24hrs which is a 1st she always breaks out of the tie . This makes me happy I timed it better . Usually I ponytail her top when it’s slightly to large/strong so the benefits are short lived at most about 8hrs which still definitely helped those lateral branches reach the light but I was aiming to ponytail her at a smaller growth so that it would remain restrained until I decided to remove it . She’s almost ready for a drink . She could go for one today but I really want to wait until she’s absolutely famished and begging for it . So I’m going to wait another day or two then water her until runoff . The last time she received water was day #24. Day#31Update: well she’s still pony-tailed ! I’m shocked and amused . I’ll let her down finally tomorrow . Made it through an entire month she’s only gotten more beautiful since fixing the VPD issue. I broke and gave her water before she was absolutely begging for it . Mainly to address the low and falling humidity in my tent . I don’t want to lose anymore precious time dealing with issues and setback on those autos finishing up in here . After I last watered the tent day #24 I did a massive leaf defoliation of the flowering girls which dropped the overall tent humidity massively . So I adjusted the intake/exhaust fans as well as the oscillating fan to allow the humidity to rise in the tent . That worked well enough until but as the girls drink slowly the humidity is back falling again into the 45s. I don’t want it in the 40s until buds are swollen . I mixed up a gallon on water and added an ounce of trace micronutrients to it and ph’d it down to 6.4 loaded it into a 1gallon sprayer & sprayed my 3 autos . Having a little less than 1/4 gallon of this full strength solution I decided to see what my Cereal milk plant was made of and gave it to her . I haven’t given any of these girls a full strength dose of anything other than the Gaia Green . At day 42 & Day 35 of the autos in flower I did a too dress of flower nutes & a week later all 3 ladies showed burnt tips so I very well may exacerbate the issue by giving them a full stenches feeding of micronutrients . “Cellie” who went into this 1 gallon pot day#9 is showing what looks hunger signs with the yellowing of the lower leaves . Maybe because I’m letting her go thristy considering there should be 28 days of food in this medium at minimum really even more considering I added more than the recommended amount . So we’ll see. Month 1 Veg went great excited to see what kind of bush she looks like at the end of month 2 and fingers crossed by month 3 she’ll be read to flip to flower and scrog down Day#32 Update: RELEASE FROM PONYTAIL PRISON so to speak 😭. She has so many tops already ! It’s going to be a pleasure and a joy to defoliate her , ponytail all her tops for a couple days , then release the ponytails & top all the main tops once to widen her up some more ! She hasn’t shown signs of stress from that full strength micronutrient feeding I gave her last night so that’s wonderful . She’s going to look absolutely crazy when I strip her bare of a lot of these leaves and ponytail those tops BUT the woman she will be once she fills back out will be worth the temporary tragedy . It will take her relatively 14 days to rebound from the defoliation I’m going to put on her if I go as heavy as I’m planning to .

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

The plants look and feel incredible, I can't wait to do some serious supercropping later into this week. Follow along! This should be fun. Day 3 flower update: holy cow I love these plants, I am having a ton of growth and turned the optic 8s up to 100/50/25 and going to leave it here until 9/1 then switch to 100/60/50 and see how they react. Clones got cleaned out today to a buddy so we can further a couple other strains, the Chempie cuts were exquisite. Side note a little bit of nutrient burn noticed on main girl ZKWC but not anything to stress about, washing machine mother does not seem to mind a higher EC feed. The last few weeks have been a 30 second watering once a day. As of today 8/23 I am switching to 5/5/2.5/2.5 ml/g for BasisA/BasisB/StartR/Calimagic. I am obviously not an expert grower, just a guy trying to grow some beautiful big fat flowers. Take my advice with a grain of salt but feel free to lurk and watch the results! So day 4 of flower I was contemplating what my goal for this grow is, and I settled on schwazzing this grow, I did it with my first photo grow in Hydro and had awesome success on all but two plants (weaker blue dream phenos did not respond well and I had all kinds of feeding issues not entirely sure they would've made it without the schwaz either but anyways...) So yeah we're gonna try it out. Plants are bouncing back quickly from everything, I supercropping a ton to really spread the plant out and I'll be throwing a trellis back up after they have a chance to reach.

27/10/25: Gave her 2.5L of pH-balanced water.

Everything was fine until I seen what appeared to be nutrient burn starting. The tips were getting slightly burnt. So last week I stopped nutrients and gave plain RO water with SLF100 and Herculean harvest to break up whatever was causing the burn. I then gave it a light feeding and then fed again with just plain water and SLF100 with Herculean harvest. So flush feed flush is what I did. Well now I have a bigger problem. My bottoms are all turning yellow. No brown spots, no curling. Just going yellow. I have already gave them a huge feed today. They got everything in my Nectar Line up plus BioBiz Alg a Mic and roots Organics teas as a top dress. Doing this I plan on fixing the Nitrogen deficiency and Potassium deficiency. Of course I’m not 100% sure that’s what the problem is but I’m pretty damn sure. My PH and PPM are solid and on point so there is only so many things it could be from that point. Plants aren’t hot. They aren’t cold. Humidity is spot on. More than enough light. Not over fed or over watered. I’m hoping things will bounce back really soon cause I’m not too happy with myself right now.

Harvest Day 105

W16 - after a pretty hot week ESTHER shows some signs of existing on the dry side of her life. This made me concern about her well-being. Perhaps I slightly overlooked her recently in regards to watering. Nice weather ☀️ and beer gardens 🍻make me forget about her Also during a LST and my inattention, I damaged one of the branches 🙈 I taped it quickly to the main cola, thought that should help. After few days I removed the tape and check on it. By touching it I made it even worst. In the end, I remove the branch, cut off the loose end, and put it in the glass of water to prompt the plant to grow its roots. I don't have any idea what I am going to do with this... So after 4 months of quite smooth growing with a few bumps here and there, I had not the best week in the office 😕 I need a hug 😔
